Name Description

Ian Godden

Mr. Ian Adam Godden has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company, effective 25 January 2017. Formerly Managing Partner of Roland Berger (UK). Currently Senior Adviser, The Parthenon Group. Non-executive director of E2V Technology Limited. The senior independent member of the Board. He is currently a director of several other companies, including Bristow Group Inc, the world-leading industrial helicopter services company, based in Houston, US, and Glenmore Gas Inc, a US gas company that he founded in 2007. He was also, in the last five years, a director of KBC Advanced Technologies Private Limited (India), KBC Advanced Technologies (Beijing) Co Ltd, KBC Advanced Technologies Inc (US), KBC Advanced Technology PTE LTD (Singapore), Glenmore Energy Limited, UK Council for Electronic Business, The Society of British Aerospace Companies and Polygnostics Limited.

David Ritchie

Mr. David Ritchie is Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. He joined Havelock in 2013 as Group Commercial Manager having previously worked for Balfour Beatty plc (1998 - 2013) and Wimpey PLC (1989-1998). Mr Ritchie is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has a MBA in Business Administration from University of Strathclyde, Graduate Business School.

Donald Borland

Mr. Donald Borland has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. s a former Group Finance Director of Miller Group, the Edinburgh-based real estate business whose main subsidiary, Miller Homes, is the UK's largest privately-owned housebuilder. He spent 18 years with Miller Group, in various finance and accounting roles, becoming Group Finance Director in 2014, with responsibility for financing, corporate M&A and restructuring transactions, as well as ongoing liaison with the board and corporate shareholders. Mr Borland has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland (ICAS) since 1990 and is an accountancy graduate of the University of Glasgow. Upon graduating, he spent a decade at KPMG in a number of accountancy and audit roles, prior to joining Miller Group in 1998.

Hew Balfour

Mr. Hew Edward Ogilvy Balfour has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of Havelock Europa Plc, effective June 2016. Hew Edward Ogilvy Balfour, 64, was chief executive of Havelock Europa from 1989 until 2010 and has held senior roles in the manufacturing, construction, and public sectors both in the UK and internationally. He is an experienced non-executive director, currently a member of the board of Ebico Limited as well as serving as chairman of Ebico Trading Limited and a non-executive director of Social Ventures in Energy Limited. In addition, he is a non-executive director of SAS Holdings Limited, The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo Limited and The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo (Charities) Limited.

Andrew Burgess

Mr. Andrew Burgess has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of Havelock Europa PLC., effective November 18, 2013. He has more than 13 years' experience in the business to business sector, including senior management positions at Paragon Labels Ltd, MacFarlane Packaging Ltd and Paragon Print & Packaging Ltd, where he was Finance Director. He is currently a non-executive director at GJ Design Ltd and Equator Design Ltd.
