Name Description

Eric Yeaman

Mr. Eric K. Yeaman is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Hawaiian Telcom Holdco Inc. He became President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director in June 2008. He was an executive officer and Director of the Company at the time of its chapter 11 filing in December 2008. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Yeaman served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hawaiian Electric Company, Inc. (HECO) from January 2008 to June 2008, where he was responsible for its Oahu operations, energy solutions, public affairs and the financial and administrative process areas. From January 2003 to January 2008, Mr. Yeaman served as Financial Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Hawaiian Electric Industries, Inc. (HEI), HECO's parent company. At HEI, he oversaw the controller, treasury, investor relations, corporate tax, information technology and enterprise risk management functions. Mr. Yeaman began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP in September 1989. Mr. Yeaman is a director of the United States Telecom Association and serves as a director of several Hawaii non-profit organizations, including as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Queen's Health Systems. He earned his bachelor of business administration degree (with distinction) in accounting from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and is a certified public accountant in the State of Hawaii.

Robert Reich

Mr. Robert F. Reich is Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Hawaiian Telcom Holdco Inc. He became Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in May 2008. He previously served as Senior Vice President and interim Chief Financial Officer from March 2008 and Vice President, Finance and Controller from April 2007 to March 2008. Mr. Reich oversees financial operations, including financial analysis and reporting, corporate and regulatory accounting, tax, risk management, treasury and investor relations. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Reich was with McLeodUSA Incorporated from 2002 to 2007, a facilities-based competitive local exchange carrier servicing small and mid-sized businesses in the Western and Midwestern United States, serving most recently as Vice President, Controller and Treasurer. Mr. Scott K. Barber is Chief Operating Officer of Hawaiian Telcom Holdco, Inc. Mr. Barber previously served as the Vice President of Operations at Consolidated Communications, a incumbent local exchange carrier based in Illinois, since July 2012. Prior to that, Mr. Barber held various executive positions at SureWest Communications beginning in 1994, most recently as Chief Operating Officer from April 2011 to July 2012.

John Komeiji

Mr. John T. Komeiji is Senior Vice President, General Counsel of Hawaiian Telcom Holdco Inc. He is responsible for legal, government affairs, support services, external affairs, and as of November 2010, human resources and labor relations. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Komeiji was senior partner at Watanabe Ing & Komeiji LLP from 1998 to June 2008, where his practice focused on litigation of complex commercial, personal injury and professional liability matters. He is the past president of the Hawaii State Bar Association and has served on the American Bar Association's Standing Committee on Lawyer Competence. He was appointed as an arbitrator and master mediator by the State of Hawaii Judiciary. Bradley Fisher

Mr. Bradley J. Fisher is Senior Vice President - Strategy and Marketing of Hawaiian Telcom Holdco Inc. Mr. Fisher brings an communications background to the Company, with 13 years' experience in developing, managing and marketing new products and services at Bell Canada, communications provider. At Bell Canada, Brad served as Vice President, Consumer Internet Services from 2005 to 2008 and as General Manager, Services Development from 2000 to 2005, where he led the innovation, design and implementation of new products and new lines of business for Bell Canada's voice, video and Internet divisions. Mr. Fisher holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Western Ontario and has 18 years experience in telecommunications and information technology. He also holds a U.S. patent for designing improvements to wireless data network communications for mobile commerce.

Michael Czerwinski

Mr. Michael E. Czerwinski is Senior Vice President - Customer Operations of Hawaiian Telcom Holdco, Inc. Mr. Czerwinski leads the team that is responsible for all facets of customer experience, overseeing functions such as order entry, provisioning, customer care, field operations, revenue assurance, billing operations, and network reliability. He has more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications operations, having previously served at Speakeasy Networks as Chief Operating Officer from May 2010 to January 2011 and Vice President of Operations from May 2006 to May 2010. From May 2011 to June 2011, Mr. Czerwinski provided consulting services to the company in the area of customer experience. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York.

Kevin Paul

Mr. Kevin T. Paul is Senior Vice President - Technology of Hawaiian Telcom Holdco, Inc. Mr. Paul is responsible for the architecture, engineering, development, test and support of network and systems. Mr. Paul has held leadership technology roles for over 25 years. Prior to joining the company, he served in various capacities at Level 3 Communications since 2000, including as Vice President of Content Engineering & Development from January 2009 to July 2011, where he had responsibility for the architecture, engineering, development, test and tier IV support of Level 3's CDN and VYVX services, and Vice President of Network Integration from November 2005 to December 2008, where he had responsibility for network due diligence, integration, planning and execution. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Jason Fujita

Mr. Jason K. Fujita is Vice President - Consumer Sales of Hawaiian Telcom Holdco, Inc. Mr. Fujita is in charge of customer contact centers as well as public communications, wireless, multiple dwelling unit, and video sales organizations. He began his career with company in 1997, having most recently served as Executive Director—Consumer and Business Sales from April 2012 to August 2012 and Director—Contact Centers from May 2009 to April 2012.

Paul Krueger

Mr. Paul G. Krueger is Vice President - Business and Wholesale Sales of Hawaiian Telcom Holdco, Inc. Mr. Krueger is in charge of business sales, business sales operations, sales engineering, sales planning and performance analysis, and wholesale markets. Prior to joining, he served in various capacities at SureWest Communications since 1995, most recently as Executive Director of business sales since 2008.

Kurt Cellar

Mr. Kurt M. Cellar is Independent Director of Hawaiian Telcom Holdco Inc. He has been a consultant to companies in the telecommunications, retail and insurance industries since January 2008. He has experience in telecommunications as both an investor and board member. As the lead director in Telcove, fka Adelphia Business Solutions, he was instrumental in the company’s turnaround, growth and eventual sale to Level 3 Communications. Mr. Cellar was a partner and portfolio manager with the hedge fund Bay Harbour Management, L.C. from 1999 to 2008. Prior to Bay Harbour, Mr. Cellar was with the private equity firm Remy Investors. Prior to that, he was a strategy consultant at LEK/Alcar. He is currently a director of Penn Traffic Company (Pink Sheets: PTFC) and the Home Buyers Warranty Corporation, a private company. Mr. Cellar has a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Walter Dods

Mr. Walter A. Dods, Jr., is Independent Director of Hawaiian Telcom Holdco Inc. He joined Hawaiian Telcom’s Board of Directors in May of 2005, and served as its Chairman from May of 2008 through the Company’s emergence from reorganization proceedings in October of 2010. In December of 2010, he agreed to rejoin the Board as a Director and Chairman of the Board’s Nominating and Governance Committee. In December of 2008, he retired as chairman of the board of First Hawaiian Bank, a subsidiary of BancWest Corporation, a $74-billion bank holding company based in Honolulu, Hawaii. He retired as chief executive officer of First Hawaiian Bank on December 31, 2004. BancWest's subsidiaries are First Hawaiian Bank in Hawaii, Guam and Saipan; and Bank of the West in California and 20 other Western and Midwestern states. BancWest is a wholly owned subsidiary of BNP Paribas. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. and Mid Pacific Petroleum, LLC, and as trustee with the Estate of Samuel Mills Damon. In addition to BancWest Corporation, First Hawaiian Bank and Bank of the West, Mr. Dods serves on the boards of the following Hawaii businesses: Alexander & Baldwin, Inc., and subsidiary Matson Navigation Company, Inc.; First Insurance Company of Hawaii, Ltd.; Grace Pacific Corporation; Mid Pac Petroleum, LLC; Pacific Guardian Life Insurance Co., Ltd..; and Servco Pacific Inc. Mr. Dods graduated from St. Louis High School, Honolulu, and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Hawaii.

Warren Haruki

Mr. Warren H. Haruki is Independent Director of Hawaiian Telcom Holdco Inc. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Grove Farm Company, Inc., a privately-held land development company located on Kauai, Hawaii, since February 2005. He also is the Executive Chairman (since January 2009) and Interim Chief Executive Officer (since May 2009) of Maui Land & Pineapple Company, Inc. He also serves on the Board of Directors of TeleGuam Holdings, LLC, a privately-owned telecommunications provider serving Guam, as well as the boards of several privately-held companies located in Hawaii. He is a Certified Public Accountant. From 1991 until his retirement in 2003, Mr. Haruki served as President of the predecessors of Hawaiian Telcom, Inc., and as a result is knowledgeable about the strategic issues facing the Company and the Hawaii markets and communities in which the Company operates. During his 26 year career with GTE and Verizon, he gained experience in all aspects of operations of a telecommunications company.

Richard Jalkut

Mr. Richard A. Jalkut is Independent Director of Hawaiian Telcom Holdco Inc. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of U.S. TelePacific Corp. (dba TelePacific Communications), the third wireline telecom provider in California and second in Nevada, since 2002. Mr. Jalkut has more than 35 years' experience in the telecommunications industry, including previously serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Pathnet Telecommunications, Inc., a wholesale provider of services to more than one hundred second- and third-tier markets located across the U.S., and President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of NYNEX Telephone Companies. Mr. Jalkut has served on the Board of Directors of other telecom companies, including Covad Communications Group, Inc. from 2005 to 2008 and Birch Telecom from 2000 to 2005.

Steven Oldham

Mr. Steven C. Oldham is Independent Director of Hawaiian Telcom Holdco Inc. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of SureWest Communications, a publicly-held integrated communications provider headquartered in Northern California, since January 2006. Prior to joining SureWest, Mr. Oldham served as a Senior Advisor to The Brattle Group, which provides consulting services and testimony on economic, finance, regulatory and strategic issues, from May 2002 to May 2005. Mr. Oldham has been a member of SureWest's Board of Directors since January 2004 and was chairman of its audit committee from June 2004 to December 2005. He served as Chairman of the United States Telecom Association, the trade association representing broadband service providers, manufacturers and suppliers, from October 2009 to November 2011.

Bernard Phillips

Mr. Bernard R. Phillips is Independent Director of Hawaiian Telcom Holdco Inc. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative (NRTC) from 1987 until his retirement at the end of May 2010. NRTC is a cooperative that represents the advanced telecommunications and information technology interests of more than 1,500 rural utilities and affiliates, including an affiliate of the Company. Mr. Phillips served on the Board of Directors of Digital Bridge Communications Corp., a private operator of WiMAX 4G broadband networks in underserved and rural America, and served on the Board of Director of privately-held Avail-TVN, a digital media services company, until May 12, 2010.
