Name Description

Ipung Kurnia

Mr. Ipung Kurnia serves as President Commissioner of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk since December 10, 2008. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Simon Fraser University, Canada, in 1986 and a Master of Business Administration degree in Business and Finance from the City University, Canada. He also attended the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School, Boston, the United States, in 1999. Prior to his appointment as President Commissioner, he served as Commissioner from June 26, 2008 to December 10, 2008, President Director from 1992 to June 26, 2008 and Director of the Company from 1989 to 1992. He is a Member of the Honorary Committee of APRINDO (Indonesian Retail and Merchants Association). In 2013, he attended the Economic Outlook 2014 Forum organized by the Company on December 9, 2013.

Stephane Deutsche

Mr. Stephane Deutsche serves as the President Director of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk since July 1, 2014. Stephane worked for Carrefour for 23 years, as Chief Financial Officer in Portugal, Korea and China, Chief operating officer for Carrefour South China. In 2010, Stephane became Chief Executive Officer for Carrefour Malaysia and Singapore, he joined Dairy Farm in August 2013 as Chief Executive officer in Vietnam. A retail industry executive for his entire career with 25 years of experience in senior strategic, operations and finance roles in China, Malaysia, Singapore, Korea, Vietnam, Portugal and France. He has worked in Asia for the last 15 years and brings a deep commitment to the region to this role.

Arief Istanto

Mr. Arief Istanto serves as a Director of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk since March 3, 2014. He served as a Commissioner from January 29, 2014 to March 3, 2014. He earned a bachelor degree in technology from the Universitas Indonesia in 1973. He has decades of experience of career in Astra Group and has held various positions, including as Section Head, Motor Vehicle Division (1973), Workshop Manager Field (1974), Branch Manager Palembang (1975-1979), Branch Manager Bandung (1980-1983) and Zone Manager West Java (1983-1988) at PT Astra Motor Sales, Marketing Director of PT Astra Credit Company (1988-1994), Director of PT Nusantara Astratel (1994-2005). Mark Magee

Mr. Mark Magee serves as a Director of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk. He was appointed on May 14, 2014. In 1996 he was awarded a Master of Arts degree in Retail Management from Manchester University, majoring in International Franchising. He was appointed as Director of the Company in May 2014. His career begins in MFI Furniture Centres Ltd., London in 1982. He started as a Store manager rising to Head of International Operations at MFI. In September 2005 he joined Inter IKEA Systems BV, Delft, Netherlands as Business Development manager supporting IKEA franchise operations in European, Arabic and Asia Pacific markets. In June 2012, he was appointed General Manager of IKEA Indonesia responsible for all IKEA retail operations in Indonesia. In 26 March 2015, he was elected as a board member of the European Chamber of Commerce, as a board member of the Swedish Business Association, Jakarta on 30 October 2013 and previously served as a board member of the Taiwan British Business Council (TBBC) in 2002-2005.

Heru Pribadi

Mr. Heru Pribadi serves as a Director of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk. He was appointed on May 14, 2014. He graduated from Universitas Padjadjaran from the Faculty of Math and Natural Science. His career begins in PT PZ Cussons Indonesia as Production Supervisor (1990-1992), Assistant Production Manager (1992-1993), Production Manager (1993-1995), and Factory Manager (1995-2003). He then moved to the PZ Cussons International, Manchester, United Kingdom as Manufacturing Development Manager (2003-2004), he returned to Indonesia and served as Supply Chain Director at PT PZ Cussons Indonesia (2004-2011). In January 2011 until January 2013, he worked for PT Danone Dairy Indonesia and served as Supply Chain Director. From January to December 2013, he worked for PT Columbia, Jakarta as Chief Supply Chain Officer, and in December 2013 he joined PT Hero Supermarket Tbk as Logistics Director. In July 2014, he served as Supply Chain Director of HERO Group.

Xavier Thiry

Mr. Xavier Thiry serves as a Director of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk since January 10, 2014. He holds a Master degree from Brussels University in 1997, Master in Tax Law from Brussels University in 2000, Master in Business Administration from Universite de Liege and Master in Law from Universite Catholique de Louvaine. He started his career at Fortis Bank in 1995 as High Potential Junior Manager. In March 1997, he joined Price Waterhouse Coopers as Financial Services Manager. In April 2000, he joined Galeria-INNO; a Belgian Department Store company (100% subsidiary of METRO Group) as CFO - Member of Executive Board of Directors. In February 2004, He was appointed as CFO and Logistic Director - Member of Executive Board of Directors at METRO Vietnam. In February 2008, he was appointed as CFO - Member of Executive Board of Directors at METRO Netherland and from 2010-2013, he served as Marketing and Sales Director - Member of Executive Board of Directors, also at METRO Netherland.

Hadrianus Wahyu Trikusumo

Mr. Hadrianus Wahyu Trikusumo serves as a Director of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk since January 14, 2016. He holds Bachelor of Law from Universitas Trisakti in 1997. He joined the Company in May 2015 as Group Counsel. Iwan Nurdiansyah

Mr. Iwan Nurdiansyah serves as Corporate Secretary of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk since December 23, 2014. He holds Bachelor in Law from Universitas Trisakti. He has experienced in Corporate Secretary and legal fields. He joined PT Hero Supermarket Tbk in early 2013 as Senior Legal Manager in the Corporate Secretary Division. He previously worked in several companies, among others were at PT Garda Tujuh Buana Tbk as Corporate Secretary (2012), PT Sepatu Bata Tbk as Corporate Secretary (2008-2012) and PT HITSS SDN Consultant as Human Resources Relationship Coordinator (2008). During 2014, he attended various training programs and seminars, including the Dairy Farm Legal Conference in Singapore on January 10-11, 2014, and a legal conference in Bangkok from October 30 to November 2, 2014, organized by Jardine Matheson. He attended Legal Conference in Taiwan (November 6-8, 2015) organized by Jardine Matheson Limited.

Graham Allan

Mr. Graham Denis Allan serves as a Commissioner of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk since January 10, 2014. He was educated at Melbourne Grammar School and later went to Monash University in Economics & Law. In 1978, he joined a prominent law firm in Melbourne. Five years later, he completed an MBA at University of Melbourne. In November 1983, he joined McKinsey & Co. Inc. In April 1989, he joined the Fosters Brewing Group as specialist consultants and advisers of Head and CEO. In 1992, he joined PepsiCo in Restaurant Division as Director of Planning and Finance, KFC South Pacific based in Australia. In November 2003, he was appointed as the CEO/President of Yum! International Restaurant and responsible to KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell in all International market except China. In 2011, Mr. Allan was promoted to Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Yum! European and execute all operational Yum! in Europe. From 2010-2012, Mr. Allan has served as a non-executive Director of the InterContinental Hotels Group. On June 1, 2012, he joined the Dairy Farm as Chief Operating Officer. He was appointed as Chief Executive Officer Dairy Farm Group on January 1, 2013 and also became Director of Dairy Farm on that date.

Jonathan Chang

Mr. Jonathan Chang serves as a Commissioner of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk since April 2010. He holds a degree in Accounting from Monash University. In 2013, he attended the Economic Outlook 2014 Forum organized by the Company on December 9, 2013. He has served as Country Chairman of the Jardine Matheson Group Indonesia since August 2009, including PT Astra International Tbk, PT Tunas Ridean Tbk, PT Jakarta Land, Mandarin Oriental, PT Jardine Lloyd Thompson and PT Berca Schindler. He has a long career in the banking sector in Indonesia, in the fields of investment bank and capital market transactions. He was Country Chairman and Managing Director the Investment Banking of UBS Indonesia He has also served as Country Head Indonesia with JP Morgan and Jardine Fleming until acquired by JP Morgan in 1999.

Neil Galloway

Mr. Neil Galloway serves as a Commissioner of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk. He was appointed on May 14, 2014. He was educated at Robert Gordon’s College and subsequently the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honours. In September 1990, he joined HSBC Investment Bank working in both London and Paris before moving to Asia in 1995. He worked for HSBC in the Philippines from January 1996 until the end of 1997 following which he assumed a regional role in Hong Kong at the start of 1998 until 2000. In July 2000, he was appointed as Managing Director and Head of Asian Telecoms for ABN AMRO and joined the bank’s Global Telecom, Media & Technology Executive Committee. In July 2005, he was transferred with ABN AMRO to London as Head of EMEA Telecom, Media & Technology Banking. In March, 2007, he returned with ABN AMRO to Hong Kong as Managing Director and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets for Asia. From September 2008 to August 2013, he was appointed the Finance Director & Chief Financial Officer of The Hongkong & Shanghai Hotels (HSH), Limited and he was one of 3 Executive Directors on the Board. He sat on the HSH Group Management Committee and Finance Committee in addition to chairing the Group’s ORSO Pension Scheme and Group Risk Committee. On September 2013, he was appointed by Dairy Farm as Group Finance Director becoming a member of the Leadership Team, and joined the Dairy Farm Board from October 2013.

Martin Lindstrom

Mr. Martin Lindstrom serves as a Commissioner of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk since June 17, 2015. He was appointed by Dairy Farm Group as Group Director, IKEA in January 2013 with responsibilities for the Group’s IKEA operations in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Indonesia. Prior to that, he was General Manager of IKEA Taiwan in 2007 and subsequently Chief Executive Officer of the Dairy Farm IKEA business in 2010. Mr. Martin Lindstrom has more than 20 years' experience in a variety of senior positions with the IKEA business in Europe, Eastern Europe and more than ten years in the Asia Pacific region.

Budi Setiadharma

Mr. Budi Setiadharma serves as a Commissioner of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk since June 8, 2006. He graduated from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (Parahyangan Catholic University) in 1970. He has served in various positions in Astra Group, including as President Director of PT Astra International Tbk since June 2002 to 2005. He serves as President Commissioner of PT Astra International since May 2005. He was the Vice President Director of PT Astra International Tbk from 1998 to 2002, President Director of PT Federal Motor (currently PT Astra Honda Motor) from 1978 to 2000 and General Manager for Honda Division at PT Astra International Tbk from 1975 to 1978. He has served as Commissioner of PT Jakarta Land (April 1, 2007 to October 1, 2009).

Lindawati Gani

Ms. Lindawati Gani serves as an Independent Commissioner of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk since June 19, 2012. She has Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Airlangga (1985); studied MBA at the Institute of Management Development Indonesia (IPMI) (1986); an MM Education in Management Accounting from the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Indonesia (FEUI) (1994); and a PhD in Management Accounting from FEUI in 2002. Currently she is Council Member of Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants, a member of the Research Panel Centre of Excellence Southeast Asia, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), member of the Managing Board of Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) and a member of the Examiners Board of Certified Professional Management Accountants (CPMA) Indonesia. Previously served as Director of Master of Accounting Program and Accounting Profession Education, Faculty of Economics and Business University of Indonesia and member of Certification Board for Professional Accountants, Indonesian Institute of Accountants (DSAP).

Erry Riyana Hardjapamekas

Mr. Erry Riyana Hardjapamekas serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk since June 2009. He was the Chairman of Company’s Audit Committee. He holds an Accounting degree from Universitas Padjadjaran and has attended various trainings at Harvard Business School. He has more than 20 years senior executive level experience. His previous positions included President Commissioner of PT Bank BNI Tbk, Deputy Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), Finance Director and President Director of PT Timah Tbk, Chief of the Accounting Division of PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam, President Commissioner of Bursa Efek Jakarta (now called Bursa Efek Indonesia), Commissioner of PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, PT Semen Cibinong Tbk, among others. He is also Independent Commissioner of PT Tirta Investama Tbk, PT ABM Investama, PT Weda Bay Nickel, Maybank Sdn Bhd and President Commissioner of PT MRT Jakarta. He was appointed in February 2008 by the President of Republic Indonesia as the Chairman of the National Team of Military Business Transfer. In July 2008, he has appointed as Chairman of the Founding Committee of the University of Indonesia Center for the Study of Governance. Since November 2010, he has served as Chairman of the Independent National Bureaucracy Reform responsible to the steering committee chaired by the Vice President Republic Indonesia.

Natalia Soebagjo

Ms. Natalia Soebagjo serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk since January 14, 2016. She holds Master in Chinese Studies from Universitas Indonesia (1981) and Master of Arts from University of California, Berkeley, USA (1985). She has work experience in the fields of finance and capital markets in Indonesia, she owns and manages two securities companies (PT Binaartha Parama and PT Citramas Securindo) and serves on various bodies of the capital markets, including as the chairman of the Committee on the Jakarta Stock Exchange (1992). She began her career with Dharmala Group (1985-1987). She is currently an Independent Commissioner of PT AIG Indonesia (2013). She has been involved in Center for Governance Studies at the University of Indonesia (2010-2015) and was appointed as a member of the Independent National Bureaucracy Reform Team (2011), Chairman of the Selection Committee for the Secretariat of Civil Service Commission (2015) and the Selection Committee for the Commissioner of the Corruption Eradication Commission (2015), she served as a board member of various civil society organizations, including the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Jakarta. She is a Board Member of Transparency International with a secretariat in Berlin, Germany and the Chairman of the Executive Board of Transparency International Indonesia.
