Name Description

Eric de Seynes

 Mr. Eric de Seynes has served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Hermes International SCA since March 3, 2011 and was appointed as a Member of the Supervisory Board on June 7, 2010. He was also previously a Member of the Supervisory Board of Hermes International SCA from June 2, 2005 until March 6, 2008 and was a Member of the Management Board of Emile Hermes between 2008 and 2010. He graduated from Ecole Superieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquees, where he specialized in marketing. Until 2009, he successively served as Head of Development of Mobil Oil Francaise, Director of Sponsoring of Seita, Director of Marketing of Sonauto-Yamaha, Director of Sales and Marketing Yamaha Motor France and President of Groupe Option. Since 2009, he has worked for Yamaha Motor France where he currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Member of the global executive committee of Yamaha Motor Corporation, and Member of the Strategy Committee of Yamaha Motor Europe. He is also the Chairman of the Motorcycle branch of the Chambre syndicale international de l’automobile et du motocycle. He also holds other mandates, including President of Groupe Option SAS and Director of Brame et Lorenceau, H51 SAS and Les Producteurs.

Patrick Thomas

 Mr. Patrick Thomas is a Co-Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Committee of Hermes International SCA as of September 15, 2004. He graduated from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris. He was Managing Director of Hermes International from 1989 to 1997. He was then Chairman of the Lancaster group from 1997 to 2000 and then Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of William Grant & Sons from 2000 to 2003. He joined the Company again on July 15, 2003 as Managing Director.  Mr. Charles-Eric Bauer has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Hermes International SCA since June 3, 2008. He graduated in Technical Analysis from Institut des Techniques de Marches, part of Centre de Formation de la Profession Bancaire, as well as from Ecole d'administration et direction des affaires (EAD) with a specialization in Finance. He served as Co-Managing Director and Head of Mutual Fund Management at CaixaGestion from 2000 to 2005, and as Director, Corporate and Institutional Clients, CaixaBank France, from 2005 to 2007. Since March 2007, he has been Associate Director of Hem-Fi Conseil, a consulting firm active in the allocation and selection of financial assets. He also holds other mandates, including Manager of Almareen, Sabarots, Yundal, Samain B2 and Zumsee, as well as Director of H51 SAS.

Matthieu Dumas

 Mr. Matthieu Dumas has served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Hermes International SCA since June 3, 2008. He holds a degree in Law from Universite Paris II-Assas and also a Masters degree in Management specialized in strategic marketing, development and communication, from the lnstitut Superieur de Gestion. From 2001 to 2003, he served as Head of Promotion and Partnerships at Cuisine TV (Canal+ Group), then as Marketing and Business Development Director from 2003 to 2006. In 2008, he served as Head of Brands at 13e Rue, NBC Universal group, and then as Deputy Chief Executive Officer for all PureScreens brands from 2010. Blaise Guerrand

 Mr. Blaise Guerrand has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Hermes International SCA since May 29, 2012. He is a graduate of HEC and started his career as an Analyst within the Equity capital markets division of NM Rothschild & Sons in London from 2005 until 2006. Between 2007 and 2010, he served as an Associate and then Director of Equity Investments for the Indian subsidiary of Ashmore Investment Management. Since 2011, he has been the Director of Asset Management of Avest Capital, based in London and Mumbai. He has also been a Director of the ACCESS Health International foundation since 2007.  Mr. Renaud Mommeja has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Hermes International SCA since June 2, 2005. He graduated from Ecole Superieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquees. Mr. Mommeja was Director of Advertising at BMW France from 2000 to 2001. Subsequently, he was Director of Sales of Carat Local Agence Conseil Media from 2001 to 2003, and from 2003 to 2004, he was Director of Carat Sud-Ouest. Robert Peugeot

 Mr. Robert Peugeot has been an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of Hermes International SCA as of January 24, 2007. He graduated from Ecole Centrale de Paris and holds an MBA from Institut europeen d'administration des affaires (INSEAD). He was Director of Quality and Innovation and Member of the Executive Committee of PSA Peugeot Citroen from 1998 until January 2007. He has been a Supervisory Board member of Peugeot SA since February 2007 and Chairman of the Strategic Committee since December 2009. He has also served as a Director of Faurecia since February 2007.
