| McGee, Liam | Mr. Liam E. McGee serves as Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Hartford Financial Services. He was appointed as President of the company effective December 17, 2009. He is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc., effective October, 1, 2009. He comes to the Company from Bank of America Corporation, which he joined in 1990. Most recently, Mr. McGee served as President, Bank of America Consumer and Small Business Bank, a position he held since August 2004. In that role, he operated the nation’s retail bank, serving more than 50 million consumer households and small businesses through a distribution network that included over 6,100 branches and the nation’s online and mobile bank. From August 2001 to August 2004, he served as President, Global Consumer Banking; from August 2000 to August 2001, he served as President, Bank of America California; and from August 1998 to August 2000, he served as President, Southern California Region. |
| Zlatkus, Lizabeth | Ms. Lizabeth H. Zlatkus is Chief Financial Officer of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc, effective May 1, 2008. Ms. Zlatkus joined the Company in 1983 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in finance, risk management and business operations. In 1996, she became Director of The Hartford’s disability and group life business and was elected Senior Vice President in 1997. In 1999, she was named head of the Group Benefits Division. | Andrade, Juan | Mr. Juan Andrade has been appointed as President, Chief Operating Officer of Property and Casualty Operations of Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. He has served as Executive Vice President - Sales and Distribution of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. He was Executive Vice President and Head of Property and Casualty Operations of the company. In his new role, Andrade brings a proven record of relationship building and commitment to winning in the marketplace to a very strong field organization supporting 10,000 independent agents and brokers who distribute the company's portfolio of personal and business insurance products. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Kreczko held various senior positions within the United States Government. | Concannon, Michael | Mr. Michael Concannon is Executive Vice President - Property and Casualty Sales and Distribution Organization of Hartford Financial Services. An industry veteran with experience in sales, underwriting, product and finance, Concannon joined The Hartford in 1995 working in product management for the personal lines insurance center. He has held several positions with increasing levels of responsibility at The Hartford, including leadership roles in the affinity business unit and product management. Prior to joining The Hartford, Concannon held a number of finance and underwriting management positions at Allstate Insurance Company, E.F. Hutton & Co. and Dean Witter Reynolds. | Whelley, Eileen | Ms. Eileen Whelley serves as Executive Vice President for Human Resources of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc, a position she has held since June 2007. She previously held the position of Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources. Prior to joining the Company in December 2006, Ms. Whelley spent 17 years at General Electric where she held a number of human resources leadership roles. In 2002, she was named executive vice president of human resources for NBC Universal, responsible for HR and talent negotiations for the NBCU Television Group and corporate staff functions. | Walters, John | Mr. John Walters is an Executive Vice President of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc and serves as Chief Operating Officer of The Hartford’s life operations. Mr. Walters joined Hartford Life in April 2000 from First Union Securities, the brokerage subsidiary of First Union Corp. In that position, he managed their consulting services group, which provided investment consulting to high net worth clients. Mr. Weaver's extensive career in marketing, communications and investor relations brought her most recently to BearingPoint, a management and technology consulting company, where she served as executive vice president and chief marketing officer. Prior to her role with BearingPoint, Weaver held a similar post at AT&T, capping a 10-year career with the telecommunications company.
