He is also the lead independent director of Bank of America Corporation and Lowe’s Companies, Inc., is a director of Golden Corral Corporation and serves on the national executive board of the Boy Scouts of America. |
| Fritsch, Edward | Edward J. Fritsch has been a Director of Highwoods Properties, Inc. since January 2001and became Chief Executive Officer in July 2004 and President in December 2003.
