Name Description

Jerry Wetherbee

 Mr. Jerry Lynn Wetherbee is the Chairman of Board for HaloSource, Inc. He served as HaloSource, Inc's President and Chief Executive Officer from June 1999 to March 2004 when he became Chairman. Prior to joining the Company, he held the position of chief executive officer of Spectrum Aeromed, Inc., a medical-equipment manufacturing firm, for four years to 1998. His career also includes 17 years in the healthcare industry as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Sterling Healthcare Corporation in Bellevue, WA, President and Chief Executive Officer of Crest View Hospital in Casper, WY, and as associate administrator and chief operating officer at Memorial Hospital of Natrona County in Casper, WY where he started in 1977. He spent eight years in the United States Air Force as an engineer and pilot. He holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota.

Martin Coles

 Mr. Martin Patrick Coles is President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director at HaloSource Inc. Prior to joining HaloSource, he held the positions of chief operating officer and later president of international at Starbucks Coffee Company. His career also includes 35 years of serving in a variety of senior executive and board positions at Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, Nike and Reebok. He also served as a non-executive director at Levi Strauss. Mr. Coles began his career at Procter & Gamble UK in 1977 as a graduate-entry production manager. He currently serves on the not-for-profit International Education Advisory Boards of the University of Washington Business School at Bothell, previously serving as chairman of the UW Foster Business School Advisory Board and Seattle University, where he is a fellow of the Albers Business School. He is a graduate of the University of Wales at Swansea, where he received a BSc in Biochemistry.

James Thompson

 Mr. James Thompson is Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Business Development, and Director at HaloSource, Inc. Prior to joining the Company, he was a Principal in Alexander Hutton Venture Partners(AHVP), an investor in HaloSource. While at AHVP, James led the investment in and provided board-level support to early-stage technology companies. Prior to joining AHVP, James was a securities analyst with Security Capital Group. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Gonzaga University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Jeff Williams

 Dr. Jeff Williams is the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of HaloSource, Inc. He was a professor of microbiology at Michigan State University for 26 years. He is an experienced consultant to the research units of pharmaceutical companies, including Merck (1980-1983) and Pharmacia & Upjohn. Jeff received BVSc and MRCVS degrees in veterinary medicine from the University of Bristol (UK) in 1964, and in 1968 he received his PhD in pathobiology from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Fulbright Scholar. He has published more than 200 scientific papers and book chapters in the fields of tropical and infectious diseases.

Rick Lockett

 Mr. Rick Lockett has been serving as the Senior Vice President for HaloSource, Inc since 2003 in regional management, national sales management and now, water clarification and water purification businesses. He comes from a long background of commercial sales management in the hospitality, multi-housing, government and water park industries. He is a National Merit Scholar recipient from the University of Texas - Austin.

Debbie Krogman

 Ms. Debbie Krogman is Vice President of Human resources at HaloSource Inc. She has more than 20 years of human resources experience include positions in various companies, including 10 years with Simpson Investment, a forest products company, and ten years with two local Seattle biotech organizations. She received her bachelor of science degree in education and counseling from the University of Wisconsin
