He is also the Chairman of the board and Chief Executive Officer of the Advisor, Executive Trustee of Transco Realty Trust, and a director of T.G.I.F. Texas, Inc. Mr. Wiener has provided the strategic vision in the development of the business over the past thirty-seven years.

 Mr. Lawrence I. Rothstein is President, Treasurer, Secretary, Director of HMG Courtland Properties Inc. He has been a director since 1998. Mr. Rothstein has been President since 1997 and was Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary of the Company since 1983. He is also a Director, President, Treasurer and Secretary of the Advisor, a trustee and vice president of Transco and vice president of T.G.I.F. Texas, Inc.
