John Nelson

 Mr. John Nelson is no longer a Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Hammerson PLC., effective May 9, 2013. He is a Chartered Accountant with a banking background. He was appointed as Chairman of Lloyd’s of London in October 2011. He is also a senior advisor to Charterhouse Capital Partners LLP. David Atkins

 Mr. David J. Atkins is Chief Executive, Executive Director of Hammerson PLC. He is a Chartered Surveyor who joined the Company in 1998. His career at Hammerson began as Group Property Executive, responsible for strategy and investment performance, where he worked on a number of overseas transactions, particularly in France.
