Name Description

Margaret Whitman

Ms. Margaret C. Whitman is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Hewlett Packard Co. Ms. Whitman has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since September 2011 and as a member of the Board since January 2011. From March 2011 to September 2011, Ms. Whitman served as a part-time strategic advisor to Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, a private equity firm. Previously, Ms. Whitman served as President and Chief Executive Officer of eBay Inc., an online marketplace and payments company, from 1998 to March 2008. Prior to joining eBay, Ms. Whitman held executive-level positions at Hasbro Inc., a toy company, FTD, Inc., a floral products company, The Stride Rite Corporation, a footwear company, The Walt Disney Company, an entertainment company, and Bain & Company, a consulting company. Ms. Whitman also serves as a director of The Procter & Gamble Company and is a former director of DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc. and Zipcar, Inc.

Catherine Lesjak

Ms. Catherine A. Lesjak is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Hewlett Packard Co. Ms. Lesjak served as interim chief executive officer of HP from August 2010 through October 2010.As a 24-year veteran of the company, Lesjak has held a broad range of financial leadership roles across HP. Before being named CFO, Lesjak served as senior vice president and treasurer, responsible for managing the company’s worldwide cash, debt, foreign exchange, capital structure, risk management and benefits plan administration. Earlier in her career at HP, she managed financial operations for Enterprise Marketing and Solutions and the Software Global Business Unit. John Schultz

Mr. John F. Schultz is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of Hewlett Packard Co. Prior to his role as General Counsel, John was the Deputy General Counsel for Litigation Investigations and Global Functions where he managed all litigation filed against HP globally, including all intellectual property, government investigations, and commercial and employment disputes. Before joining HP in September 2008, Schultz was a partner in the litigation practice of Morgan Lewis focusing on complex litigation, primarily defending consumer class-action, fiduciary liability, and technology-related commercial litigation. He was previously at Drinker Biddle & Reath for 14 years, where he also specialized in commercial and product liability litigation. He holds a J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his undergraduate degree from Albright College.

William Veghte

Mr. William L. Veghte is Executive Vice President, General Manager - Enterprise Group of Hewlett-Packard Co. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer from May 2012 to August 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Veghte served as Executive Vice President of HP Software from May 2010 to May 2012. Prior to joining HP, Mr. Veghte served as Senior Vice President of the Windows business group at Microsoft Corporation, a software company, from February 2008 until January 2010.

Tracy Keogh

Ms. Tracy S. Keogh is Executive Vice President - Human Resources of Hewlett Packard Co. She has worldwide responsibility for HP's strategic human resources activities, including workforce development and organization effectiveness, benefits and compensation, staffing, global inclusion and diversity, and HR processes and information management.Prior to joining HP in 2011, Keogh was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Hewitt Associates, human resources consulting services. Her accomplishments included creating an award-winning virtual learning and development network, implementing a disciplined global succession planning process, and designing a comprehensive and employee engagement program. Previously, Keogh held the top HR job at Bloomberg LP, the financial data, news, and analytics provider. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Keogh was Vice President of Human Resources for Analog Devices, where she introduced a series of new HR programs ranging from a total compensation strategy and global succession planning process to a new employee listening program.In addition to her human resources background, Keogh has a wide range of leadership experience in operations, sales, marketing, and consulting for a number of organizations. Keogh holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Harvard School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Smith College. She also attended the University of Geneva in Switzerland.

John Hinshaw

Mr. John M. Hinshaw is Executive Vice President - Technology and Operation of Hewlett Packard Co. He oversees company operations including global information technology, global sales operations, global procurement, global business shared services, global real estate, and global security. John is a member of the company's Executive Council and serves on the Ethics and Compliance Committee. Prior to Hewlett Packard, John spent 4 ½ years at The Boeing Company, most recently the Information Solutions business unit. He was also Boeing's Chief Information Officer and led their companywide corporate initiative on Information Management and Information Security. While at Boeing, in 2009, John was named CIO of the Year by the Executives' Club of Chicago and the Association of Information Technology Professionals. He was also named to Crain's 40 under 40 list in 2008. Prior to Boeing, John spent 14 years at Verizon where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Verizon Wireless. He also held a number of key positions focused on enabling business growth, reducing costs and improving business productivity. In 2007 John's Verizon Wireless organization was ranked in the top 15 of Computerworld's Best Places to work in IT. Earlier in his career, John also served as a consultant with Accenture. John is a member of the board of directors at the National Academy Foundation, an organization dedicated to preparing young people for college and career success and fostering partnerships between the business and education communities to provide opportunities to underserved students. He has also served on numerous technology company advisory boards and non- profit organization's boards. His philanthropic focus has been on improving secondary and higher education and improving cancer research. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in computer information systems from James Madison University in Harrisonburg.

Abdo Kadifa

Mr. Abdo George Kadifa is Executive Vice President - Strategic Relationships of Hewlett-Packard Co. Kadifa previously served as Operating Partner at Silver Lake, a global technology investment firm. He was responsible for driving growth and operational improvement in a wide range of enterprises within the 24-company portfolio of the firm’s -cap investment fund. Kadifa has in building and managing technology businesses. He has held various leadership positions at technology and management consulting companies such as IBM, Corio Corporation (founder), Oracle, Booz-Allen & Hamilton and Xerox. Kadifa holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the American University in Beirut, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A., with Honors, from the University of Chicago.

Michael Nefkens

Mr. Michael G. Nefkens is Executive Vice President - Enterprise Services of Hewlett Packard Co. Mr. Nefkens has most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of HP Enterprise Services in the EMEA region. In that role he has been responsible for all of HP’s client outsourcing business in the region, covering growth and current contracts, a business with more than 2,000 clients and 33,000 employee across HP’s application, business process, and infrastructure services business. Nefkens took up his EMEA role in November 2009, with a remit to drive a turnaround in EMEA, focusing on enhancing both client and employee satisfaction. Nefkens has spent most of his professional career managing and restructuring global businesses and is recognized for his turnaround experience, experience and success. Before his EMEA role, Nefkens led turnarounds in three of HP’s businesses: General Motors (2007-2009); ABN AMRO (2005-2006); and Delphi (2003-2004). Nefkens was recognized by all three companies’ CIOs as a “trusted advisor” and was awarded EDS’ “client executive of the year” in 2005. He joined EDS in 2001 to lead the Industrial Manufacturing team in developing world-class, industry-specific solutions. In that role he was responsible for numerous outsourcing wins in Europe, the U.S. and Latin America. Before joining EDS, he spent ten years with Holland Chemical International NV, a downstream industrial distribution company, where he held a range of executive positions including regional president and general manager in Mexico, Nicaragua, Venezuela and the Western U.S. Nefkens holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and also holds a degree in finance from Texas Christian University.

Prior to joining HP, he was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Product and Mobile Internet Digital Home Groups at Lenovo Group Ltd., a technology company, from January 2008 to December 2011.

Robert Youngjohns

Mr. Robert Youngjohns is Executive Vice President - HP Software of the Company. He leads HP’s multi-billion dollar software portfolio that includes IT Operations Management, Application Delivery Management, HP Autonomy, Enterprise Security and HP Vertica. Together, this portfolio enables enterprise IT organizations to develop, operate, secure, govern, and monetize their data, applications and operations. Robert Youngjohns previously served as senior vice president and general manager of the HP Autonomy/Information Management business unit, within HP Software. In this role, he was responsible for a portfolio of products that enabled companies to analyze and draw business value from unstructured information. Known for being a technology evangelist, Youngjohns has more than 30 years of sales, marketing, strategic business development and general management experience in the technology industry. He joined HP from Microsoft where he was most recently president of Microsoft North America. Before he joined Microsoft, Youngjohns was president and CEO of Callidus Software, a $120 million public company, where he initiated the company's transition from traditional enterprise software to SaaS (Software as a Service). Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Sun Microsystems, where he had a variety of leadership positions in sales and general management both regionally and globally. Youngjohns also had a successful 18-year career at IBM, holding key leadership roles from deep technology specialization to general management. Youngjohns holds a master's degree with honors in Physics and Philosophy from Oriel College, Oxford University.

Jeff Ricci

Mr. Jeff T. Ricci is Senior Vice President, Principal Accounting Officer, Controller of Hewlett-Packard Company. Mr. Ricci has served as Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of HP on an interim basis since November 1, 2013. Previously, Mr. Ricci served as Vice President of Finance for HP’s Technology and Operations organization from May 2012 to October 2013. Mr. Ricci served as Vice President of Finance for Global Accounts and HP Financial Services from March 2011 to May 2012 and Vice President of Finance for HP Software from March 2009 to March 2011. Todd Morgenfeld

Mr. Todd R. Morgenfeld is Senior Vice President - Corporate Development and Corporate Analytics, Treasurer of Hewlett Packard Co. Previously, Mr. Morgenfeld served as Senior Vice President, HP Mobility, supporting our strategy of providing integrated solutions for the rapidly changing information technology landscape, from June 2013 to October 2013. Patricia Russo

Ms. Patricia F. Russo is Lead Independent Director of Hewlett Packard Co. Ms. Russo served as chief executive officer of Alcatel-Lucent, a communications company, from 2006 to September 2008. Previously, she served as chairman of Lucent Technologies Inc., a communications company, from 2003 to 2006 and chief executive officer and president of Lucent from 2002 to 2006. Russo also is a director of Alcoa, Inc., General Motors Company and Merck & Co., Inc. In addition to her other public company directorships, she is a director of KKR Management LLC, the managing partner of KKR & Co., L.P. She served as a director of Schering-Plough Corporation from 1995 until its merger with Merck in 2009.

Klaus Kleinfeld

Dr. Klaus C. Kleinfeld is Director of the Company. He serves as chairman and chief executive officer of Alcoa, a global leader in lightweight metals technology, engineering and manufacturing. Under Kleinfeld’s leadership, Alcoa has been pivoting from a commodities-focused company to a diversified lightweight metals enterprise for the automotive, aerospace, defense and commercial transportation industries. Prior to Alcoa, Kleinfeld spent two decades at Siemens, rising to become the chief executive officer of the global electronics and industrial conglomerate. During his tenure, Kleinfeld presided over a dramatic transformation of the company, reshaping its portfolio around three high-growth areas, resulting in an increase of revenues and a near doubling of market capitalization.

Raymond Lane

Mr. Raymond J. Lane Ph.D., is Director of Hewlett Packard Co. Mr. Lane served as executive Chairman of HP from September 2011 to April 2013 and as non-executive Chairman of HP from November 2010 to September 2011. Since April 2013, Mr. Lane has served as Partner Emeritus of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, a private equity firm, after having previously served as one of its Managing Partners from 2000 to 2013. Prior to joining Kleiner Perkins, Mr. Lane was President and Chief Operating Officer and a director of Oracle Corporation, a software company. Before joining Oracle in 1992, Mr. Lane was a senior partner of Booz Allen Hamilton, a consulting company. Prior to Booz Allen Hamilton, Mr. Lane served as a division vice president with Electronic Data Systems Corporation, an IT services company that HP acquired in August 2008. Mr. Lane is a director of several private companies and is a former director of Quest Software, Inc.

Ann Livermore

Ms. Ann M. Livermore is Director of Hewlett Packard Co. Ms. Livermore served as Executive Vice President of the former HP Enterprise Business from 2004 until June 2011 and has served has served as an Executive Advisor to our CEO since then. Prior to that, Ms. Livermore served in various other positions with HP in marketing, sales, research and development, and business management since joining the company in 1982. Ms. Livermore also is a director of United Parcel Service, Inc.

Marc Andreessen

Mr. Marc L. Andreessen is Independent Director of Hewlett Packard Co. Mr. Andreessen is a co-founder of AH Capital Management, LLC, doing business as Andreessen Horowitz, a venture capital firm founded in July 2009. From 1999 to 2007, Mr. Andreessen served as Chairman of Opsware, Inc., a software company that he co-founded. During a portion of 1999, Mr. Andreessen served as Chief Technology Officer of America Online, Inc., a software company. Mr. Andreessen co-founded Netscape Communications Corporation, a software company, and served in various positions, including Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Products from 1994 to 1999. Shumeet Banerji

Mr. Shumeet Banerji is Independent Director of Hewlett Packard Co. Mr. Banerji served as a senior partner of Booz & Company, a consulting company, from May 2012 until his retirement in March 2013. Previously, Mr. Banerji served as Chief Executive Officer of Booz & Company from July 2008 to May 2012. Prior to that, Mr. Banerji served in multiple roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, a consulting company and predecessor to Booz & Company, while based in offices in North America, Asia and Europe, including President of the Worldwide Commercial Business from February 2008 to July 2008, Managing Director, Europe from 2007 to February 2008 and Managing Director, United Kingdom from 2003 to 2007. Robert Bennett

Mr. Robert R. Bennett is Independent Director of Hewlett-Packard Company. Mr. Bennett has served as Managing Director of Hilltop Investments, LLC, a private investment company, since 2005. Previously, Mr. Bennett served as President of Discovery Holding Company, a media and entertainment company, from 2005 to September 2008. Mr. Bennett also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Media Corporation (now Liberty Interactive Corporation), a video and on-line commerce company, from 1997 until 2005 and continued as President until 2006. Mr. Gupta has served as Chairman of Avantor Performance Materials, a manufacturer of chemistries and materials, since August 2011 and as Senior Advisor to New Mountain Capital, LLC, a private equity firm, since July 2009.
