Mr. John F. Schultz is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of Hewlett Packard Co. Prior to his role as General Counsel, John was the Deputy General Counsel for Litigation Investigations and Global Functions where he managed all litigation filed against HP globally, including all intellectual property, government investigations, and commercial and employment disputes. Before joining HP in September 2008, Schultz was a partner in the litigation practice of Morgan Lewis focusing on complex litigation, primarily defending consumer class-action, fiduciary liability, and technology-related commercial litigation. Mr. David A. Donatelli is Executive Vice President and General Manager, Enterprise Group of Hewlett Packard Co. In this role, he is responsible for the development and delivery of server, storage, networking and technology services solutions that support HP’s Converged Infrastructure strategy. Before that, he served on the leadership team of Meg Whitman’s gubernatorial campaign in 2009 and 2010. For most of the previous decade, Gomez worked at eBay in a variety of roles including senior vice president for Corporate Communications and president of Skype. He oversees company operations including global information technology, global sales operations, global procurement, global business shared services, global real estate, and global security. John is a member of the company's Executive Council and serves on the Ethics and Compliance Committee. Prior to Hewlett Packard, John spent 4 ½ years at The Boeing Company, most recently the Information Solutions business unit. He was also Boeing's Chief Information Officer and led their companywide corporate initiative on Information Management and Information Security. While at Boeing, in 2009, John was named CIO of the Year by the Executives' Club of Chicago and the Association of Information Technology Professionals. He was also named to Crain's 40 under 40 list in 2008. Prior to Boeing, John spent 14 years at Verizon where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Verizon Wireless. He also held a number of key positions focused on enabling business growth, reducing costs and improving business productivity. Mr. Michael G. Nefkens is Executive Vice President - Enterprise Services of Hewlett Packard Co. Mr. Nefkens has most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of HP Enterprise Services in the EMEA region. In that role he has been responsible for all of HP’s client outsourcing business in the region, covering growth and current contracts, a business with more than 2,000 clients and 33,000 employee across HP’s application, business process, and infrastructure services business. Nefkens took up his EMEA role in November 2009, with a remit to drive a turnaround in EMEA, focusing on enhancing both client and employee satisfaction. Nefkens has spent most of his professional career managing and restructuring global businesses and is recognized for his turnaround experience, experience and success. Before his EMEA role, Nefkens led turnarounds in three of HP’s businesses: General Motors (2007-2009); ABN AMRO (2005-2006); and Delphi (2003-2004). Nefkens was recognized by all three companies’ CIOs as a “trusted advisor” and was awarded EDS’ “client executive of the year” in 2005. He joined EDS in 2001 to lead the Industrial Manufacturing team in developing world-class, industry-specific solutions. In that role he was responsible for numerous outsourcing wins in Europe, the U.S. and Latin America. Before joining EDS, he spent ten years with Holland Chemical International NV, a downstream industrial distribution company, where he held a range of executive positions including regional president and general manager in Mexico, Nicaragua, Venezuela and the Western U.S. Nefkens holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and also holds a degree in finance from Texas Christian University. |
