Mr. Scott W. Holmes is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Healthcare Realty Trust Inc. Mr. Holmes has served as the Chief Financial Officer since January 1, 2003 and was the Senior Vice President – Financial Reporting (principal accounting officer) from October 1998 until January 1, 2003. Mr. Holmes is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining the Company, he was with Ernst & Young LLP for more than 13 years. |

Mr. B. Douglas Whitman, II, is Executive Vice President - Corporate Finance of Healthcare Realty Trust Inc. Mr. Whitman joined the Company in 1998 and became the Executive Vice President – Corporate Finance on February 17, 2011 and is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s financing activities, including capital raises, debt compliance, banking relationships and investor relations.
