Brijmohan Munjal

Shri., Dr. Brijmohan Lall Munjal is Executive Chairman of the Board of Hero MotoCorp Limited (formerly named as Hero Honda Motors Limited). He is the Past President of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) and was a Member of the Board of the Country's Central Bank (Reserve Bank of India). In recognition of his contribution to industry, Mr. Lall was conferred the Padma Bhushan Award by the Union Government. Prior to joining Hero MotoCorp in 2009, he has worked with leading automotive companies including M/s Escorts Yamaha Limited, M/s Maruti Suzuki India Limited, General Motors and Delphi Corporation. Mr. Mathur is responsible for purchase of over $ 4.0 Billion for the world largest two wheeler manufacturer and leads a team of over 250 professionals covering Strategic Sourcing, Inbound logistics, Supplier Development, Supplier Relationship Management, Vendor Up gradation and Materials Management. He is also responsible for developing new alliances with global suppliers to enhance Hero MotoCorp’s strategic sourcing proposition. Mr Mathur is a mature and experienced Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain Management professional with broad international experience who fits well into many different diverse cultures both professionally and personally. He is well respected for his "down to earth" get things done attitude, uncompromising integrity, love of diversity and fun attitude. Harjeet Singh

Mr. Harjeet Singh is Vice President - Research & Development of Hero Motocorp Limited. Mr. Singh has more than thirty four years of experience in automotive industry. He started his career with Escorts Ltd (in Motorcycle and Scooter Division) and worked for 9 yrs on Yamaha Projects, Design / Development and Localization Approval. Then in 1988 he joined Hero Honda in R&D. Over the years he has worked on Various New Product Development Projects as LPL and is now working as Vice President (R&D). Mr. Singh is a well known figure in the automotive R&D sector and is the chairman of the two Wheeler Technical Committee of SIAM and was President-SAFE (Society of Automotive Fitness and Environment) for two years 2008-10 and Vice President 2006-08 (SAFE is SIAM initiative at national level to create awareness among common people on Environment and road Safety issues) He is widely travelled and has presented many Technical Papers at National and International Conferences. Mr. Singh is a B.Tech (Mechanical Engg) from IIT-Kanpur. He has also attended number of training programs organized by leading institutes.

Sunil Munjal

Shri. Sunil Kant Munjal is Joint Managing Director, Executive Director of Hero MotoCorp Limited (formerly named as Hero Honda Motors Limited) with effect from August 17, 2011. He underwent training in the field of Mechanical Engineering after his graduation. Presently he is Managing Director of Hero Cycles Ltd. (C.R. Division). In 2004-05, he became the President of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), India 's premier business association. He is also on the Board of Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and is visiting faculty at various Business Schools and Corporate. His specialization is in Business Studies and Holistic Management Practices. Apart from the above he is a member of Prime Minister's Council on Trade and Industry, Consultative Group on Industry, Planning Commission, Government of India and SEBI Committee on Disclosures. He has made contributions to some of the National-level Economic and Labour reforms in India either by chairing some of the reforms Committee or as a member.

Rajat was a Senior Partner in McKinsey & Company's Gurgaon office before joining Herp MotoCorp. He co-led McKinsey's Operations and Industrial Practices in India and led the Purchasing & Supply Management Practice in Asia Pacific. At McKinsey, he worked with Automotive OEMs, Suppliers and other Industrial companies on bottom line improvement, strategy and organization transformation. Vikram Kasbekar

Mr. Vikram Kasbekar is Head - Operations and Supply Chain in Hero MotoCorp Limited. He is responsible for Operations & Supply Chain function which is catering to the domestic, exports & after sales market demand. His responsibilities includes managing the entire supply chain in the most efficient and effective manner to offer best possible return on assets and capital employed, consistent with the policy of continuously developing the business as a long-term viable operation for the Plants & Supply Chain. Mr. Kasbekar has over 37 years experience in the Auto Industry and has worked in commercial vehicles, Auto ancillary & two wheelers sectors. A stint at Birla Copper as 'Business Head' gave him exposure to the copper business & during this period the Mitsubishi and auto component smelter technology was stabilized & the business was turned profitable. He is actively associated as member of CII northern region council. Mr. Kasbekar was born and brought-up in Indore (M.P.) and educated in Daly College (Public School), Indore which gave him an all-round exposure to academic, sports, culture and literary activities. He then graduated from IIT, Madras in Mechanical Engineering stream in the batch of 1976.
