Name Description

Lars Westerberg

 Mr. Lars Westerberg has been Independent Chairman of the Board of Husqvarna AB since 2006. He is Member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees of the Company. Apart from his duties at Husqvarna, he also serves as Member on the Boards of AB Volvo, Meda AB, SSAB, Sandvik AB and Stena AB. Mr. Westerberg is a former President, Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Autoliv Inc. (1999-2007). In the past, he also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Granges AB (1994-1999) and Esab AB (1991-1994). He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Stockholms universitet (Stockholm University) and a Master of Science in Engineering from Kungliga Tekniska Hogskolan – KTH (Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm).

Hans Linnarson

 Mr. Hans Linnarson has been Member of the Board of Directors of Husqvarna AB since 2012. He no longer serves as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company, effective as of July 1, 2013. Prior to that appointment on December 2, 2011, he held the position of Husqvarna’s Acting President and CEO. In the past, he was also responsible for Sales in Europe and Asia/Pacific (2006-2013), and before that, served as Executive Vice President - Head of Consumer Products Rest of the world, Commercial Lawn and Garden. Prior to joining Husqvarna in 1994, he was Head of Consumer Products Rest of the world within Electrolux (1994) and held various management positions in product development, marketing and production within Electrolux Major Appliances, Europe (1996-2003). Mr. Linnarson serves as Board Member of Nibe AB. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lunds Universitet (Lund University) and an Electronic Engineering degree from Teknikum in Vaxjo, Sweden.

Henric Andersson

 Mr. Henric Andersson has served as Executive Vice President, Head of Product Management and Development at Husqvarna AB since January 1, 2012. He joined the Company in 1997 and has since held such roles as Vice President, Construction Equipment (2008-2011), Vice President, Commercial Lawn & Garden and President of Husqvarna Turf Care (2004–2008) and Vice President, Riders & Robotic Mowers (2002-2004), among several other positions in Product and Business Management (1997–2004). Mr. Andersson holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Linkoping Institute of Technology at Linkopings universitet.

Earl Bennett

 Mr. Earl Bennett has served as Executive Vice President, Acting Head of Americas at Husqvarna AB since 2013. His other assignments within the Company include Vice President and General Counsel Americas. He joined Husqvarna in 2008. Prior to that, he was General Counsel, Senior Vice President and Secretary at Formica Corporation (2001–2008). Mr. Bennett holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College and a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law.

Nicolas Lanus

 Mr. Nicolas Lanus has served as Executive Vice President, Head of Asia/Pacific at Husqvarna AB since 2013. His previous roles within the Company include Vice President Sales & Service, Asia/Pacific region (2011-2013), Vice President Sales & Service, Latin America (2008-2011) and Regional Director, Southern Europe (2006-2008). In the past, he also served in various management positions in product management, sales and marketing at Electrolux Major Appliances and Electrolux Consumer and Professional Products (1999-2006). Sascha Menges

 Mr. Sascha Menges has served as Executive Vice President, Head of Manufacturing and Logistics at Husqvarna AB since 2012. He joined the Company in 2004, and has since held leadership positions in Supply Chain Management and Operations (2007–2011), and the role of Vice President Supply Chain Management at Gardena AG (2004–2007). Prior to that, he worked within Associate Principal Management Consulting of McKinsey & Company, Inc (1996-2004). Frida Norrbom Sams

 Ms. Frida Norrbom Sams has been Executive Vice President, Head of EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) at Husqvarna AB since January 1, 2013. She was previously President Sales and Service Europe Asia/Pacific, Nordic and Baltic regions. Prior to joining the Company in 2011, she was Managing Director North Europe/Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing (2009-2011) and Chief Information Officer/Executive Vice President at (2007–2009) at Sanitec Corporation. Earlier in her carrier, she served as Senior Manager at Bearingpoint (2002–2007) and Manager at Andersen Business Consulting (1999–2002). Ms. Norrbom Sams holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from Uppsala Universitet.

Anders Stroby

 Mr. Anders Stroby has served as Executive Vice President, Head of Construction at Husqvarna AB since 2006. He was also Acting Head of Product Management & Development at the Company in the period from November 1, 2011 until January 1, 2012. He joined the Company in 1980 and held the position of Head of Garden Equipment and Construction Products within Electrolux (1996-2002), among others. Tom Johnstone
