Michael Doar |
Mr. Michael Doar is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Hurco Companies Inc. He served as President of the Company. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2000. Mr. Doar was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors and Company's Chief Executive Officer in fiscal 2001. He was appointed to the additional office of President in November 2009. Prior to joining Hurco, Mr. Doar served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Ingersoll Contract Manufacturing Company, a subsidiary of Ingersoll International, an international engineering and machine tool systems business, having previously held various management positions with Ingersoll International from 1989. Mr. Doar also serves as a director of Twin Disc, Incorporated, a manufacturer of marine and heavy duty off-highway power transmission equipment. |

Mr. Gregory S. Volovic has been appointed as President of Hurco Companies Inc., effective March 14, 2013. He served as Executive Vice President - Technology & Operations and North American Sales/Service of the Company. He has been employed by the company since March 2005. From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Donlon served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Ansaldo STS, a worldwide supplier of automation technologies to the rail industry. Earlier in his career, Mr. Donlon held executive sales and management positions with other multi-national companies including Honeywell and ABB, and he has international experience in the emerging markets of China, Russia and Brazil. |
