Name Description

Lars Westerberg

Mr. Lars Westerberg has been Independent Chairman of the Board of Husqvarna AB since 2006. He is Member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees of the Company. Apart from his duties at Husqvarna, he also serves as Member on the Boards of AB Volvo, Meda AB, SSAB, Sandvik AB and Stena AB. Mr. Westerberg is a former President, Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Autoliv Inc. (1999-2007). In the past, he also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Granges AB (1994-1999) and Esab AB (1991-1994). He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Stockholms universitet (Stockholm University) and a Master of Science in Engineering from Kungliga Tekniska Hogskolan – KTH (Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm).

Kai Warn

Mr. Kai Warn has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Husqvarna AB, effective as of July 1, 2013. He has also been Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since April 10, 2014. He started his carrier at power and automation technologies company ABB (1985 -2004), where he held various senior international positions including roles in Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom. His last assignment at ABB was President of the Business Unit ABB Robotics Products. Between 2004 and 2010, he was President and CEO at Seco Tools AB, a metal cutting tools company. Thereafter, he moved to the position of Operations Partner at the private equity firm IK Investment Partners. Mr. Warn graduated from Kungliga Tekniska Hogskolan – KTH (the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm).

Henric Andersson

Mr. Henric Andersson has been appointed Head of Technology Office at Husqvarna Aktiebolag effective as of January 1, 2015. Before that, he has served as Executive Vice President, Head of Product Management and Development at Husqvarna AB since January 1, 2012. He joined the Company in 1997 and has since held such roles as Vice President, Construction Equipment (2008-2011), Vice President, Commercial Lawn & Garden and President of Husqvarna Turf Care (2004-2008) and Vice President, Riders & Robotic Mowers (2002-2004), among several other positions in Product and Business Management (1997-2004). Mr. Andersson holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Linkoping Institute of Technology at Linkopings universitet.

Pavel Hajman

Mr. Pavel Hajman has been appointed President of Husqvarna Division at Husqvarna Aktiebolag effective as of January 1, 2015. Before that, he has been Executive Vice President, Head of Business Unit Asia/Pacific at Husqvarna AB since June 1, 2014. He has over 20 years of international business experience within several different areas including sales, marketing, logistics and manufacturing. Most recently, he comes from Assa Abloy, where he has been heading operations in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Previous experiences include numerous managerial roles within Seco Tools. He holds a Master of Science degree, Industrial Engineering and Management from Linkoping Institute of Technology, Sweden.

Sascha Menges

Mr. Sascha Menges has been appointed President of Gardena Division at Husqvarna Aktiebolag effective as of January 1, 2015. He has previously been Executive Vice President, Head of Manufacturing and Logistics at Husqvarna AB since 2012. He joined the Company in 2004, and has since held leadership positions in Supply Chain Management and Operations (2007-2011), and the role of Vice President Supply Chain Management at Gardena AG (2004-2007). Prior to that, he worked within Associate Principal Management Consulting of McKinsey & Company, Inc (1996-2004). Mr. Menges holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich, and a Master of Business Administration degree from INSEAD, France.

Frida Norrbom Sams

Ms. Frida Norrbom Sams has been appointed Head of Strategic Sales Initiatives at Husqvarna Aktiebolag effective as of January 1, 2015. Before that, she has been Executive Vice President, Head of EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) at Husqvarna AB since January 1, 2013. She was previously Vice President Sales and Service Europe Asia/Pacific, Nordic and Baltic region since 2011. Prior to joining the Company in 2011, she was Managing Director North Europe/Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing (2009-2011) and Chief Information Officer/Executive Vice President at (2007-2009) at Sanitec Corporation. Earlier in her carrier, she served as Senior Manager at Bearingpoint (2002-2007) and Manager at Andersen Business Consulting (1999-2002). Ms. Norrbom Sams holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from Uppsala Universitet.

Alan Shaw

Mr. Alan Shaw has been appointed President of Consumer Brands Division at Husqvarna Aktiebolag effective as of January 1, 2015. Before that, he has been Executive Vice President, Head of Business Area Americas at Husqvarna AB since August 15, 2013. He has over 25 years of global experience from consumer durables including barbeque grills and accessories, lawn and garden equipment and home appliances. Most recently, he came from the barbeque grill and accessories company Char-Broil LLC, United States, where he has been President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since 2005. Between 2003 and 2005, he held the position as President and CEO of the consumer lawn and garden equipment manufacturer Murray Group, United States. Between 1987 and 2003, he held numerous positions within the home appliance company Whirlpool Corporation. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Idaho.

Anders Stroby

Mr. Anders Stroby has served as Executive Vice President, Head of Construction at Husqvarna AB since 2006. He was also Acting Head of Product Management & Development at the Company in the period from November 1, 2011 until January 1, 2012. He joined the Company in 1980 and held the position of Head of Garden Equipment and Construction Products within Electrolux (1996-2002), among others. Mr. Anders Stroby holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Kungliga Tekniska Hogskolan - KTH (Royal Institute of Technology), Stockholm, Sweden.

Martin Austermann

Mr. Martin Austermann no longer serves as Senior Vice President, Head of Global Purchasing at Husqvarna Aktiebolag, effective as of January 1, 2015. He has held this position since 2011. He joined the Company in 2008 as Chief Procurement Officer (2008-2011). Prior to that, he was Vice President Group Purchasing at Grammer AG (2002-2008) and Vice President Supply Chain Management at Metabo AG (1996-2002). In the past, he also served for Philips Electronics as Director of Sales, Access Products AT&T Network Systems (1994-1996) and Director Purchasing (1986-1994). Mr. Austermann holds Dipl. Tom Johnstone

Mr. Tom Johnstone has been Member of the Board of Directors of Husqvarna AB since 2006. He also chairs the Company’s Remuneration Committee. Mr. Johnstone is President, Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of AB SKF. Additionally, he serves as Member on the Board of Directors of Investor AB. Ms. Katarina Martinson has been Member of the Board of Directors of Husqvarna AB since 2012. She is responsible for portfolio management for the Lundberg Family. Ms. Ulla Litzen has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Husqvarna AB since April 27, 2010. She is also Member of the Company’s Audit Committee. Apart from her duties Husqvarna, she serves on the Boards of Directors of Atlas Copco AB, AB SKF, Boliden AB, Alfa Laval AB and NCC AB. Ms. Litzen is a former President of W Capital Management AB (2001-2005). In the past, she held senior management positions and served as Member of the Management Group at Investor AB (1996-2001). She also has experience as Managing Director responsible for Core Holdings (1999-2000) and as President (1996 -1998) from Investor Scandinavia AB.
