David McGlade

Mr. David P. McGlade is Chief Executive Officer of Intelsat Global Holdings SA. Mr. McGlade is a 29-year telecommunications and media industry veteran with experience in cable TV, broadband and wireless. At Intelsat, Mr. McGlade is focused on continuously improving operations and on creating new revenue growth through enhanced communications service offerings for Intelsat’s customers in the media, network services and government/military sectors. Mr. McGlade joined Intelsat in April 2005, following the company’s acquisition by a group of private equity firms, collectively named Intelsat Holdings. This acquisition, and the integration,resulted in an attractive valuation expansion, reflected in the sale of Intelsat in February 2008 to a consortium of investors led by BC Partners. Prior to joining Intelsat, he served as Chief Executive Officer of O2 UK (previously BT Cellnet) since October 2000. Mr. McGlade has experience bringing new technologies and converged services to businesses and other customers. As President, West Region, Sprint PCS, he launched the first CDMA network outside of Asia. Mr. McGlade is a non-executive board member of Skyworks Solutions, and is deputy chairman of Intelsat. Michael McDonnell

Mr. Michael R. McDonnell is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Intelsat Global Holdings SA. He is responsible for Intelsat’s financial operations, including the accounting, treasury, financial planning, tax, investor relations and information technology functions. Mr. McDonnell has 22 years experience and complex financial organizations, as well as prior experience in the satellite industry. Before joining Intelsat in November 2008, Mr. McDonnell served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at MCG Capital Corporation, a publicly-held commercial finance company. Before joining MCG Capital in 2004, Mr. McDonnell served as the Chief Financial Officer of direct-to-home satellite television operator EchoStar Communications, formerly known as DISH Network Corporation. During his tenure at EchoStar, the company realized more than 100% revenue growth in a four-year period and closed nearly $7 billion of convertible debt, high-yield and equity transactions. Earlier in his career, Mr. McDonnell held several positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where he was admitted as a partner in 1996 and was responsible for audit and related services for technology clients. Mr. McDonnell is a member of the board of directors of Catalyst Health Solutions, Inc., formerly known as HealthExtras, a publicly-held pharmacy benefits management company, serving as audit committee chairman and as a member of the compensation committee. Phillip Spector

Mr. Phillip L. Spector is an Executive Vice President - Business Development, General Counsel of Intelsat Global Holdings SA. Mr. Spector joined Intelsat in 2005 from the international law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where he was the managing partner of the Washington office and the Chairman of the firm's Communications & Technology Group. Mr. Spector has a background in the satellite sector, having represented in private practice Intelsat, other satellite operators, users of substantial satellite capacity, and satellite manufacturers. The former Chairman of the American Bar Association's International Communications Committee, Mr. Spector was recognized by European Counsel as "the satellite specialist in Washington," and was profiled for his "skilled legal work" in American Lawyer. Mr. Spector clerked on a federal appeals court and for Justice Thurgood Marshall of the U.S. Supreme Court, before serving in the White House as Associate Assistant to the President. Mr. Spector has co-authored the book Communications and Technology Alliances, has written numerous articles and speaks regularly on satellite and communications topics, and has served on the boards of directors of several companies. Mr. Spector graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he received a BA degree, with highest honors. He then went to Harvard University, where he received a master's degree in public policy and a law degree, magna cum laude. Mr. Spector was Supreme Court Editor of the Harvard Law Review. Stephen Spengler

Mr. Stephen Spengler is an Executive Vice President - Sales, Marketing & Strategy of Intelsat Global Holdings SA. He is responsible for Intelsat’s global sales, marketing, strategy, and customer support engineering organizations, which provide services to media, network and other satellite related services customers in approximately 200 countries and territories. Mr. Spengler has 25 years experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Spengler was Senior Vice President, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific Sales. In that role he was responsible for Intelsat’s market, customer and regional partner strategies and led the company’s sales personnel and regional offices in those regions. Mr. Spengler was acting Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, including business development and sales support engineering functions, in the period up to Intelsat’s merger with PanAmSat. Mr. Spengler joined Intelsat in July 2003 as Vice President, Global Sales for Intelsat's Network Services and Telecom group. He was responsible for global revenue as well as for the unit’s customer acquisition and retention strategies. Before joining Intelsat, Mr. Spengler held positions in the telecommunications industry, including Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Broadband Access Networks, at Cirronet, Inc., Vice President for Sales and Marketing at ViaSat Satellite Networks, Regional Sales Director for Satellite Networks in Europe, Middle East and Africa for Scientific-Atlanta Europe based in London, and sales and marketing positions at GTE Spacenet and GTE Corporation. Mr. Spengler received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and his Master's in Business Administration from Boston University in Massachusetts.

Thierry Guillemin

Mr. Thierry Guillemin is Senior Vice President, Chief Technical Officer of Intelsat Global Holdings SA. He is responsible for managing Intelsat’s terrestrial and space segment operations encompassing Customer Operations & Engineering, Space Systems Management and Planning, and Satellite Operations and Engineering. He was responsible for the safety and the excellent service availability of Intelsat in-orbit assets, in addition to operating the satellites of a growing number of third-party customers. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Guillemin was responsible for all aspects of operations and engineering of Intelsat’s satellite fleet as Vice President of Satellite Operations and Engineering. Mr. Guillemin formerly served as Intelsat’s Director, Spacecraft Programs, when he supervised the development of the Intelsat-IX and Intelsat-X series satellites. He then managed the launch missions and operations of the Intelsat fleet as Director, Satellite Engineering. Prior to joining Intelsat in 1999, Mr. Guillemin served for eight years with EADS Astrium as a System Engineering Manager and a Spacecraft Program Manager. He served as an engineer and a technical manager at Alcatel Space from 1982 to 1990. Mr. Guillemin earned a Master’s Degree in Space Engineering from the Ecole Nationale Superieure de l’Aeronautique et de l’Espace in Toulouse, France. Michelle Bryan

Ms. Michelle Bryan is Senior Vice President - Human Resources of Intelsat Global Holdings SA. She is responsible for all aspects of Intelsat's human resources function, including recruiting, compensation and benefits, diversity, organizational development, training and employee relations. Ms. Bryan has 20 years of senior corporate executive experience, both in human resources and legal affairs. During her tenure at US Airways, she served as Executive Vice President for Corporate Affairs and General Counsel. Prior to joining Intelsat in January 2007, she served as interim general counsel for Laidlaw International, helping its board of directors with governance matters and establishing board and executive compensation programs.
