Name Description

David Heinz

Maj. Gen. David Heinz is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. He served as an Independent Director of IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. As of October 2012, Mr. Heinz is the president of Marine Robotic Technologies (MRT), Inc. in North Carolina. MRT specializes in underwater robotic solutions for commercial, military and government markets. He recently left iRobot, where he was the vice president of Maritime Systems, to start his own business. Mr. Heinz has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Systems Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Computer Science with a subspecialty in Artificial Intelligence and a Master of Arts degree in National Security and Strategic Studies. Mr. Heinz has substantial financial experience and is a decorated retired senior U.S. Marine Corps officer whose most recent military assignment was as the Program Executive Officer (PEO) for the F-35 Lightning II Program in Arlington, VA.

Simon Anderson

Mr. Simon Anderson is Chief Financial Officer, Secretary of IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. He has been President, S2 Management Inc. (2008 – present) Vice President, MCSI Consulting Services Inc. (1996 – 2008). He was a director of Wex Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Chris Huskamp

Mr. Chris Huskamp is Acting President of IBC Engineered Materials Corp of the Company. He was Executive Vice President - Business and Technical Development of the Company. Mr. Huskamp has been engaged by IBC since 2011 as a consultant providing a range of successful business and product development initiatives across the Company. He has been particularly focused on the competitive and technically demanding aerospace market where he has been instrumental in advancing IBC’s initiative with Lockheed Martin to provide proprietary Beralcast® components for the F-35 Lightning II program. Mr. Huskamp has extensive experience with advanced materials for aerospace applications and was previously an Associate Technical Fellow at The Boeing Company working on aerospace materials development and implementation projects. He also has significant high performance automotive experience and is the principal of Huskamp Motorsports Engineering where he provides materials consulting services to Formula One®, IndyCar® and NASCAR® teams.

Mr. Ray White is President of IBC Engineered Materials, a subsidiary of IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. He has been President, IBC Engineered Materials (2010 to present), L-3 Communications (2007 to 2010).

Mark Wolma

Mr. Mark Wolma is President of IBC Copper Alloys, a subsidiary of IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. He has been President, IBC Copper Alloys (2007- present) VP Operations, Scherer Industrial Group (2001 to 2007).

Anthony Dutton

Mr. Anthony Dutton is Vice President of Special Projects of IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. He has been Principal, Primary Capital Group (2006 – present) Chief executive officer and director of IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. (2006 – present) Corporate Finance and Strategic Advisor for Curzon Capital Corporation (2004 – 2006).

James Malone

Mr. James Malone is Vice President - Nuclear Fuels of IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. He has been Vice President Nuclear Fuels, IBC Advanced Alloys (2010 to present) Executive Nuclear Consultant (2009 to present) Vice President Nuclear Fuels, Exelon (2007-2009).

Jerry Jarvis

Mr. Jerry Michael Jarvis is Independent Director of IBC Advanced Alloys Corp., effective June 19, 2012. Mr. Jarvis founded Franklin Power Products, which grew to be a profitable automotive manufacturer with 2,700 employees, in 1983. Based in Indiana, Franklin Power Products had 16 locations in the US and Canada serving domestic and international customers including Ford, International, GM, Chrysler, Nissan, Toyota, MerCruiser and numerous other manufacturers. The company remanufactured gas and diesel engines, transmissions, electrical systems and other components for automotive, truck, construction and locomotive applications. Mr. Jarvis served as president of Franklin Power Products until its sale to Delco Remy in 1999. He then served as president and manager of Delco Remy's Powertrain Division until establishing Jarvis Enterprises in 2004. Mr. Jarvis currently oversees Jarvis Enterprises which holds and manages various businesses in sectors including real estate, farming, telecommunications, health and automotive technology.
