Biographies

Name Description

Martin Brooks

Mr. Martin Brooks is Executive Chairman of the Board of IDOX Plc. He was previously founding chief executive of Financial Times Information. Before joining the FT and a 30 year career in TMT businesses, he served with the 7th Gurkha Rifles for six years. He has also been an adviser or director to other organisations including the ICAEW and is currently chairman of the Cornwall Development Company, as well as being a trustee of the Gurkha Museum in Winchester.

Richard Kellett-Clarke

Mr. Richard Graham Quinton Kellett-Clarke is Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of IDOX Plc. He has 28 years of directorial experience. He joined Idox first as CFO in 2006, then COO in 2007. He was appointed CEO in November 2007. Before this he has held a number of CFO appointments with Brady plc, Pickwick Group plc, and in subsidiaries of Pearson PLC and Invensys plc. In addition, he was a founder and Managing Director of AFX NEWS Ltd, now part of Thomson Reuters, IT Director of Financial Times Information, and Founding Director of Sealed Media Ltd. a DRM Internet start up (now part of Oracle). In 2011 he joined the board of dotDigital Group plc as a Non–Executive Director.

Jane Mackie

Ms. Jane Mackie is a Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, Director of the Company. She has been a member of the Company's finance team for over eight years, where she has held the position of Group Financial Controller since 1 March 2009 and Company Secretary since 1 December 2009. Prior to this Jane was an assistant audit manager at Grant Thornton in Glasgow where she qualified as a Chartered Account in 2004. Jane has a first class degree in Accounting from the University of Strathclyde, where she graduated in 2001.

Wendy Hall

Professor Dame Wendy Hall has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of IDOX Plc., effective October 01, 2012. Wendy Hall is Professor of Computer Science at the University of Southampton and Dean of the Faculty of Physical and Applied Sciences, a Fellow of the Royal Society, as well holding many other Fellowships, honorary degrees and awards, including from: the Royal Academy of Engineering; the Association of Computing Machinery; and the British Computer Society. She has also been given the rare honour of being made a Guest Professor at Tsinghua University, Beijing, China and sits on the boards of the British Library and the Defence Science Technology Laboratory. Wendy is well-known as vocal advocate for women's opportunities in Science, Engineering and Technology. Wendy has been a member of the Prime Minister's Council for Science and Technology, a member of the Scientific Council of the European Research Council and a council member of the EPSRC. She was the holder of an EPSRC Senior Fellowship from 1996-2002. Wendy was also a founding director, along with Professor Sir Tim Berners-Lee, Professor Nigel Shadbolt and Daniel J. Weitzner, of the Web Science Research Initiative, a research collaboration between the University of Southampton and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, launched in 2006, and is now a director of the Web Science Trust. Professor Hall has published over 400 papers in areas such as hypermedia, multimedia, digital libraries, web science and web technologies, particularly the Semantic Web. She regularly speaks at conferences and events around the world and was the President of the Association of Computing Machinery from 2008-2010, the first person from outside America to hold this prestigious post.

Peter Lilley

The Right Honourable Peter Lilley, MP, is Senior Non-Executive Independent Director of IDOX Plc.Peter Lilley is, MP for Hitchin and Harpenden, was Parliamentary Private Secretary to Ministers for Local Government and after a period at the Treasury served as Secretary of State for Trade and Industry and Secretary of State for Social Security until 1997. He is a Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chairman of Tethys Petroleum Ltd: and serves on the Advisory Board of YiMei Capital. He is the senior independent Non-Executive Director of Idox and chairs the Audit Committee.

Jeremy Millard

Mr. Jeremy Millard has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of Idox PLC., effective June 11, 2013. He is currently a partner of Smith Square Partners LLP, where he provides corporate finance advice to public and private clients, primarily within the Technology and Telecommunications sectors. Prior to this, Jeremy spent over five years at Rothschild as a Director based in their London office, advising IT Services, Software and Telecommunications companies, both private and public, on all aspects of corporate finance, including on a number of cross-border transactions encompassing Europe, North America and the Middle East. Between 2001 and 2007, Jeremy was an Associate Director at Hawkpoint Partners, working in its Corporate Advisory team, where he specialised in mid-market transactions, with a focus on advising UK listed companies. Prior to moving into the City in 2000, Jeremy obtained a first class Master's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University and worked in a number of engineering industry roles for both the Ministry of Defence and Mars Snack Foods Europe before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1999.
