Javier Monzon de Caceres

 Mr. Javier Monzon de Caceres serves as Chairman of the Board and Executive Member of the Board of Indra Sistemas SA. He has been on the Company's Board since December 17, 1992. He has also been Member of the Board of Directors of ACS Actividades de Construccion y Servicios SA, ACS Servicios y Concesiones SL and YPF SA, as well as Representative of Indra Sistemas SA on the Board of Banco Inversis SA. He started his professional career in Caja Madrid, where he stayed until 1984 being Director of Corporate Banking. Later, he was Chief Financial Officer and General Director of Corporate Development of Telefonica, where occupied also the position of Chairman of Telefonica International. In 1991, he was appointed Chairman of Inisel. He is Economist.

Javier de Andres Gonzalez

 Mr. Javier de Andres Gonzalez serves as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Indra Sistemas SA. He became Chief Executive Officer and Executive Member of the Company's Board on June 21, 2011.
