Name Description
Lefrancois, Gilles Mr. Lefrancois was, before the incorporation of Innergex Management Inc. in October 2002, President of Innergex GP Inc. While a member of the management team of Innocan Inc., he founded Innergex in July 1990. Since then, he has overseen and has been responsible for the development of Innergex as well as the development or acquisition of Innergex’s facilities. He graduated from Université Laval with a bachelor’s degree in commerce in 1962 and a master’s degree in commercial sciences (accounting) in 1963. Mr. Lefrançois has been a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1964.
Letellier, Michel Mr. Letellier is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Manager and Trustee. Before he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Manager. Mr. Letellier was, before the incorporation of Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. (formerly Innergex Management Inc.) in October 2002, Executive Vice President of Innergex GP Inc. He joined the Innergex Group in 1997. Mr. Letellier holds an MBA from Sherbrooke University (1988) as well as a bachelor’s degree in commerce (finance) from Université du Québec à Montréal (1986). Hanna, John John A. Hanna is Trustee of Innergex Power Income Fund. From 2003 until July 2005, From 2003 until July 2005, Mr. Hanna was Chief Executive Officer of Rexel Canada Electrical Inc. and was, prior to 2003, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rexel North America Inc. since 2000. Mr. Hanna graduated from Loyola University (now Concordia University) in 1967 with a bachelor’s degree of commerce (accounting) and is also a Fellow of the Certified General Accountants Association (1990). Mrs. Lachapelle was President of the Canadian Pulp and Paper Association from 1994 to 2002 and now acts as advisor to corporations and governments on strategic and economic issues.
