Enrique Arzac

 Professor Dr. Enrique R. Arzac Ph.D., is Independent Chairman of the Board of Aberdeen Indonesia Fund Inc. Mr. Arzac is a Professor of Finance and Economics at the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University (education). He has served in this position since 1971. He is Director of Epoch Holding Corporation since 2006; Director of The Adams Express Company since 1983; Director of Petroleum and Resources Corporation since 1987; Director of Mirae Asset Management Funds (5 funds) since 2010; Director of Credit Suisse Funds (9 funds) since 1990.

Christian Pittard

 Mr. Christian Pittard is President of Aberdeen Indonesia Fund Inc. Currently, Group he is Group Head of Product Development of Aberdeen Asset Management Ltd. Previously Director and Vice President (from 2006 to 2008), Chief Executive Officer (from October 2005 to September 2006) and employee (from June 2005 – 2008) of Aberdeen Asset Management Inc.; Member of the Executive Management Committee of Aberdeen Asset Management PLC (since August 2005); Managing Director of Aberdeen Asset Managers (C.I.)  Mr. James J. Cattano is Independent Director of Aberdeen Indonesia Fund Inc. Mr. Cattano is the President of Costal Trade Corporation (international commodity trade) since October 2011.
