Wucherer, Klaus Prof. Dr. Klaus Wucherer has been proposed as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Infineon Technologies AG with effect from February 11, 2010. Previously he was Member of the Supervisory Board at the Company. Additionally, he acts as Member of the Executive Committee, Mediation Committee, Nomination Committee as well as Strategy and Technology Committee of the Company. Prof. Dr. Wucherer serves as Member of the Supervisory Board at Leoni AG and SAP AG. Until December 31, 2008 he was Member of the Supervisory Board at Deutsche Messe AG. He also occupied the position of Chairman of the Advisory Board at Siemens Ltd. in Seoul, Korea, until January 31, 2009.
Bauer, Peter Mr. Peter Bauer has been Spokesman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of Infineon Technologies AG since June 1, 2008. Previously, he was Executive Vice President, Member of the Management Board and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer since the inception of Infineon Technologies AG in April 1999. From 1998 to 2002 Mr. Schroeter was Head of Central Controlling. In January 2003 he became Member of the Management Board at Schenker AG in Essen, Germany. He took over the position as Chief Financial Officer with responsibilities in Accounting, Finances, Controlling, Risk Management and Purchasing.
Ploss, Reinhard Dr. Reinhard Ploss has been Member of the Management Board, Executive Vice President and Head of Operations at Infineon Technologies AG since June 1, 2007. He is responsible for Operations comprising central manufacturing Frontend and Backend, Test, Quality Management as well as Logistics. Additionally, he was appointed as President of eupec GmbH Co. KG in 1999. Since 2000 he headed the Automotive & Industrial Business Group, which then encompassed power semiconductors, electric drives, automotive applications and the Microcontroller Business Unit. In 2005 Dr. Ploss assumed responsibility for manufacture, development and operational management in the Automotive, Industrial and Multimarket Business Group.
Eul, Hermann Prof. Dr. Hermann Eul is Executive Vice President, Member of the Management Board and Head of Sales, Marketing, Technology and Research and Development at Infineon Technologies AG. He serves as Head of Communication Solutions Business Group. In addition, Prof. Dr. Eul acts as Member of the Supervisory Board of 7Layers AG and since July 18, 2008 also has been Member of the Supervisory Board at Infineon Technologies Austria AG in Austria. Until 1999, he was General Manager of the Digital TeleCom and Data Com ICs operations at Siemens. When Infineon was formed, he took over the Wireless Baseband and Systems Business Group as Vice President and General Manager. From 2001 to 2002, Prof. Dr. Eul was responsible for Security & Chip Card ICs operations as Chief Executive Officer. In 2003, he was appointed as full Professor and Faculty Chair for RF-Technology and Radio-Systems at the Hanover University.
