| Woltz, H. | Mr. H. O. Woltz III is the Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer of Insteel Industries Inc. He was elected Chief Executive Officer in 1991 and has been employed by the company and subsidiaries in various capacities since 1978. He was named President and Chief Operating Officer in 1989 and was named Chairman of the Board in February 2009. He served as Vice President from 1988 to 1989 and as President of Rappahannock Wire Company, formerly a subsidiary of the Company, from 1981 to 1989. Mr. Woltz has been a director since 1986 and also serves as President of Insteel Wire Products Company. Mr. Woltz served as President of Florida Wire and Cable, Inc. until its merger with Insteel Wire Products Company in 2002. |
