| Gulett, Michael | Michael Gulett is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Ikanos Communications Inc. Gulett has served on the Ikanos Board of Directors since August 2003. For the past 14 years, Mr. Gulett has been the president, CEO or COO of a number of publicly traded and privately held companies. From March 2006 to October 2007, Mr. Gulett was Chief Executive Officer of TZero Technologies, a semiconductor company. From December 2004 to August 2005, Mr. Gulett served as the interim Chief Executive Officer of Siliquent Technologies, Inc., a semiconductor company, which was acquired by Broadcom Corporation in August 2005. From December 2001 to December 2003, Mr. Gulett was President and Chief Executive Officer of ARC International plc, a technology licensing and embedded software company. Prior to ARC, Mr. Gulett served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Virata Corporation, a leading supplier of DSL processors. Mr. Gulett has also held a range of engineering, operations and business management positions at VLSI Technology, California Devices, NCR Microelectronics and Intel Corporation. Mr. Gulett holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Dayton. He is Board Member of Cellscient, a private company, from August 2005 to present. |

| Pal, Debajyoti | Mr. Debajyoti "Debu" Pal is Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer of Ikanos Communications, Inc. A 27-year veteran in the communication and semiconductor industry, Pal has extensive experience identifying and developing new technologies and products, and a proven record of successfully bringing products from concept phase to product delivery. Prior to joining Ikanos, Pal spent over five years at Tallwood Venture Capital in a variety of roles, including CTO and executive-in-residence. His extensive communications experience includes founding Telicos Corporation, a developer of 10 Gigbit Ethernet over copper physical layer (PHY) technology, and Excess Bandwidth Corporation, an xDSL PHY chipset company that was acquired by Virata Corporation. At Virata, Pal was a vice president, responsible for xDSL PHY technology and IC product development. In addition, his communications industry experience includes key senior technical and technical management roles at ADSL and VDSL technology pioneer, Amati Communications Corporation (acquired by Texas Instruments), and senior technical positions at AT&T Bell Laboratories, where he was involved in developing algorithms, architectures, ICs and systems for wire line as well as wireless communications. Mr. Pal started his carrier at Intel Corporation, where he was on the 80286-microprocessor design engineering team. Mr. Pal holds seven U.S. patents, has published more than 30 technical papers, is a Fellow of the IEEE and has served as a consulting professor of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University over the last 12 years. He received a B.Tech. (Honors) degree in Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering (ECE) from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, India; a M.S.E.E. degree from Washington State University; and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. |
| Karr, Daniel | Mr. Dan Karr is Senior Vice President - Worldwide Sales of Ikanos Communications, Inc. Before joining Ikanos, Karr held executive sales and marketing positions at high-growth public companies such as S3, Virata and GlobespanVirata. Mr. Karr also held the position of president and CEO of Level 5 Networks, where he grew the company from an unfunded start-up to corporate acquisition. Mr. Karr also was the vice president of sales and marketing at Tzero Technologies and the vice president of sales at Avnera.
