McCluski, Stephen Mr. Stephen C. McCluski has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of ImmunoGen Inc. on November 11, 2009. Mr. McCluski has served on the ImmunoGen Board of Directors since April 2007, bringing to it extensive business and financial expertise. He was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bausch & Lomb Inc. prior to his retirement in 2007. Mr. McCluski is also a director of the James P. Wilmot Cancer Center of the University of Rochester and of Standard Microsystems Corporation.
Junius, Daniel Mr. Daniel M. Junius has been appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of ImmunoGen, Inc. effective January 1, 2009. Prior to that he served as President and Chief Operating Officer and Acting Chief Financial Officer from July 2008 to December 2008, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2006 to July 2008, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2006. Prior to joining ImmunoGen, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of New England Business Service, Inc. O'Leary, James Dr. James J. O'Leary has been appointed as Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of ImmunoGen, Inc. Prior to joining ImmunoGen, Dr. O'Leary served as Senior Medical Director Clinical Oncology of Bayer Corporation, a pharmaceutical company from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, he served as Medical Director Clinical Oncology of Pfizer Global Research and Development, a pharmaceutical company, from 2003 to 2006, and as Assistant Medical Director Clinical Oncology of Pfizer from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, he served as a Medical Reviewer, Division of Oncology Drug Products at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration from 1998 to 2000. Dr. O'Leary has a Doctor of Medicine degree from the State University of New York—Health Science Center at Brooklyn.
Cadden, Suzanne Ms. Suzanne Cadden has been appointed as Vice President, Regulatory Affairs & Quality of ImmunoGen, Inc. Ms. Cadden brings to ImmunoGen over 20 years of experience gained at both pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Prior to joining ImmunoGen, she was Vice President of Regulatory Affairs & Clinical Development at Sierra Neuropharmaceuticals Inc., where she was responsible for developing global regulatory and clinical strategies for novel therapeutics with a focus on the US and Europe. Before that, she was Vice President of Regulatory Affairs & Clinical Operations at ActivBiotics Inc. in Boston, MA, where she oversaw the development of global regulatory/clinical strategies, including Phase II and III clinical programs. Ms. Cadden has published in her areas of expertise and holds a M.Sc. in Pharmacology from the University of Western Ontario and a B.Sc. in Biochemistry & Nutrition from the University of Guelph.
Williams, Peter Mr. Peter Williams joined ImmunoGen Inc. in August 2009, and has served as the Vice President, Business Development since that date.
