Name Description

Stephen McCluski

Mr. Stephen C. McCluski is Independent Chairman of the Board of ImmunoGen Inc. Mr. McCluski served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bausch & Lomb Incorporated, a manufacturer of health care products for the eye, from 1995 to his retirement in 2007. Prior to that he served in various executive capacities at Bausch & Lomb and its subsidiaries from 1989 to 1995. Mr. McCluski is also a director of Standard Microsystems Corporation and the James P. Wilmot Cancer Center of the University of Rochester and, within the past five years, he also served as a director of Indevus Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Daniel Junius

Mr. Daniel M. Junius is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of ImmunoGen Inc. Prior to that he served as the company's President and Chief Operating Officer and Acting Chief Financial Officer from July 2008 to December 2008, as the company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2006 to July 2008, and as the company's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2006. John Lambert

Dr. John M. Lambert, Ph.D., is Executive Vice President - Research and Development, Chief Scientific Officer of ImmunoGen, Inc. He joined ImmunoGen in 1987, and has served as the Executive Vice President, Research and Development and Chief Scientific Officer since July 2008. Prior to that he served as the company's Senior Vice President, Research and Development and Chief Scientific Officer from early 2008 to July 2008, as the company's Senior Vice President, Pharmaceutical Development, from 2000 to early 2008, as the company's Vice President, Research and Development, from 1994 to 2000, and as the company's Senior Director of Research from 1987 to 1994. Prior to joining ImmunoGen, Dr. Lambert was an assistant professor at Harvard Medical School working at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Dr. Lambert holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from University of Cambridge in England, and completed his postdoctoral work at the University of California at Davis and at Glasgow University in Scotland.

Charles Morris

Dr. Charles Q. Morris has been appointed as Executive Vice President, Chief Development Officer of ImmunoGen, Inc. effective November 26, 2012. Dr. Morris brings to ImmunoGen nearly twenty years of experience in the development of anticancer compounds, including experience with registration clinical trials, regulatory approvals, pharmacovigilance, and medical affairs support for marketed products. Prior to joining ImmunoGen, he was the executive vice president and chief medical officer at Allos Therapeutics, Inc., where he led the company's clinical development functions including clinical operations, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance. Prior to joining Allos in 2010, Dr. Morris was vice president worldwide clinical research at Cephalon, Inc., where he contributed significantly to the company achieving its first approved oncology drug, Treanda(R) (bendamustine). Prior to joining Cephalon in 2007, Dr. Morris was with AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals (formerly Zeneca Pharmaceuticals), serving most recently as vice president, clinical development projects, oncology. Dr. Morris held a number of leadership roles during his more than ten years with AstraZeneca, including managing the clinical development of all late-stage pipeline and marketed oncology products. Dr. Morris holds Degrees of Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, and Bachelor of Medical Science in Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics from the Sheffield University Medical School, UK, and is a member of the Royal College of Physicians of London.

He joined ImmunoGen in 2007, and has served as the company's Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since that date. James O'Leary

Dr. James J. O'Leary, M.D., is Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of ImmunoGen, Inc. He joined ImmunoGen in 2008, and has served as the company's Vice President and Chief Medical Officer since that date. Prior to joining ImmunoGen, Dr. O'Leary served as Senior Medical Director Clinical Oncology of Bayer Corporation, a pharmaceutical company, from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, he served as Medical Director Clinical Oncology of Pfizer Global Research and Development, a pharmaceutical company, from 2003 to 2006, and as Assistant Medical Director Clinical Oncology of Pfizer from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, he served as a Medical Reviewer, Division of Oncology Drug Products at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration from 1998 to 2000. Dr. O'Leary has a Doctor of Medicine degree from the State University of New York—Health Science Center at Brooklyn.

Theresa Wingrove

Dr. Theresa G. Wingrove, Ph.D., is the Vice President - Regulatory Affairs of ImmunoGen, Inc. She joined ImmunoGen in January 2011, and has served as the company's Vice President, Regulatory Affairs since that date. Prior to joining ImmunoGen, she served as Vice President, Regulatory and Clinical Affairs, at Histogenics, Inc., a medical device company, from 2006 to January 2011. Prior to that, she served as Senior Director, Regulatory and Clinical Affairs, at MediSpectra, Inc., a medical device company, from 2000 to 2006. Prior to that, she served in various regulatory and clinical management capacities at Infusaid Inc., a subsidiary of Pfizer Inc., a pharmaceutical company, from 1988 to 1999. Dr. Wingrove holds a Ph.D. in biochemical toxicology from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, and completed her postdoctoral work at the University of Rochester Medical Center.

Mark Goldberg

Dr. Mark Goldberg, M.D., serves as the Independent Director of ImmunoGen Inc. Prior to that he served in various management capacities of increasing responsibility at Genzyme Corporation, a biopharmaceutical company, from 1996 to 2011, most recently as Senior Vice President, Clinical Research and Global Therapeutic Head, Oncology, Genetic Health, and as Chairman of Genzyme's Early Product Review Board. Howard Pien

Mr. Howard H. Pien is Independent Director of ImmunoGen Inc. Mr. Pien served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Medarex, Inc., a biotechnology company, from 2007 to its acquisition by Bristol-Myers Squibb Company in September 2009. Prior to that he was a private consultant from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Chiron Corporation, a biopharmaceutical company, from 2003 to its acquisition by Novartis AG in 2006. Prior to that he served in various executive capacities at GlaxoSmithKline plc (GSK), a pharmaceutical company, and its predecessor companies, including as President of GSK's International Pharmaceuticals business from 2000 to 2003, and as President of Pharmaceutical Operations of SmithKline Beecham plc (a predecessor of GSK). Mr. Pien also worked for six years at Abbott Laboratories, a diversified health care products company, and for five years at Merck & Co., Inc., a pharmaceutical company, in positions in sales, market research, licensing and product management. Mr. Pien is also a director of Ikaria, Inc., Talon Therapeutics, Inc., Vanda Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and ViroPharma Incorporated and, within the past five years, he also served as a director of Medarex, Inc and Chiron Corporation and, for a period of approximately two months during 2007, the Company.

Mr. Skaletsky has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Fenway Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a business development advisory firm serving the biotechnology industry, since 2008. Prior to that he served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Trine Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (formerly Essential Therapeutics, Inc.), a drug development company, from 2001 to 2007. Prior to that he served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of The Althexis Company, Inc. a drug discovery company, from 2000 to its acquisition by Essential Therapeutics in 2001. Mr. Skaletsky is also a director of Alkermes, Inc. and Targacept, Inc. and, within the past five years, he also served as a director of Icoria, Inc. (acquired by Clinical Data, Inc.) and AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Joseph Villafranca

Dr. Joseph J. Villafranca, Ph.D., is Independent Director of ImmunoGen, Inc. Dr. Villafranca has served as the President of BioPharmaceutical Consultants LLC since May 2012. Prior to that he served as Senior Vice President, SOU Head, Life Sciences, of Tunnell Consulting, a consulting firm focusing on the life sciences industry, from 2009 to his retirement from Tunnell Consulting in April 2012, where he continues to act as a special consultant. Prior to that he served as Senior Vice President—Operations and Principal & Practice Director, Life Sciences, of Tunnell Consulting from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that he served as President of Biopharmaceutical Consultants LLC from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that he served as Executive Vice President, Pharmaceutical Development and Operations at Neose Technologies, Inc., a biotechnology company, from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that he served in various executive positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company over a period of 11 years. Dr. Villafranca holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry/Chemistry from Purdue University and completed his postdoctoral work at the Institute for Cancer Research in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Richard Wallace

Mr. Richard J. Wallace is Independent Director of ImmunoGen, Inc. Mr. Wallace served as a Senior Vice President for Research and Development at GlaxoSmithKline plc (GSK), a pharmaceutical company, from 2004 to his retirement in 2008. Prior to that he served in various executive capacities for GSK and its predecessor companies and their subsidiaries from 1992 to 2004.
