Name Description

Donald Copeland

Mr. Donald B. Copeland serves as Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Iona Energy Inc. Mr. Copeland has been involved in a senior management capacity with a number of companies and has been a co-founder of several exploration and production companies active in western Canada, South America and the UK sector of the North Sea. In 1986, Mr. Copeland became Senior Vice President of Trilogy Resource Corporation in charge of land, exploration and gas marketing. Mr. Copeland has served as President of Pangman Resource International Ltd., a private investment and consulting company, since 1992. He has also held served on the board of directors of several oil and gas companies including: non-executive Chairman of the Board of Oilexco, a TSX listed company focused in the North Sea, Orca Petroleum, and Vision 2000 Exploration.

Neill Carson

Mr. Neill A. Carson serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Iona Energy Inc. Prior thereto, he was President, Chief Operations Officer, and Director of Ithaca Energy Inc. from April 2004 until August 2007.

Graham Heath

Mr. Graham Heath is Interim Chief Financial Officer, Vice President - Corporate Development of Iona Energy Inc. He has been appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective October 29, 2013. He is VP Corporate Development of Iona since December 2010. Prior thereto, IT consultant within the Alberta oil and gas industry working with Colt Engineering, PanCanadian Petroleum, EnCana Corporation, and Cenovus Energy.

Philip Oldham

Mr. Philip Oldham has been appointed as Interim Chief Operating Officer of Iona Energy Inc., with effect from 3 June 2014. Mr. Philip Oldham originally joined the Company to elevate its capacity for execution and growth as a UK North Sea operator. Mr. Oldham brings valuable executive level broad business and commercial North Sea experience with respect to operatorship, joint ventures, new business operations, supply chain management, and infrastructure access. Mr. Oldham previously led the organizational development of Nexen Petroleum U.K. Limited ("Nexen UK") from a small non-operated position to being the second largest oil production operator in the UK Continental Shelf. At the time of his departure, Nexen UK had grown to over 1,200 staff and was producing approximately 250,000 boepd. Mr. Oldham managed typical annual net cash flows of $3 billion and operations and development budgets of $1 billion each. As a member of Nexen's Corporate Executive Management Committee, he also assisted in overviewing all corporate operations and activities worldwide. Additionally, Mr. Oldham was a Director of six Nexen subsidiaries, including Nexen Exploration Norway AS and Nexen Energy Marketing Limited. Mr. Oldham graduated from the University of Leicester with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Fluid Mechanics.

Nick Ritchie

Mr. Nick Ritchie has been appointed as Vice President - Asset Management of Iona Energy Inc., with effect from 3 June 2014. Mr. Nick Ritchie originally joined Iona in February 2014 and, having quickly demonstrated strong capability, has been promoted to the role of VP Asset Management. Mr. Ritchie is responsible for numerous facets of delivery items for the Company's Orlando, Kells, and West Wick developments, and additionally holds the role of Interim Drilling and Wells Manager in relation to Iona's numerous development efforts. Prior to joining Iona, Mr. Ritchie was the Director Facilities Engineering and New Developments Technical Director for Endeavour Energy UK Ltd ("Endeavour"). While at Endeavour Mr. Ritchie was a member of the International Leadership Team and during his tenure was jointly accountable for delivering significant reserves and production growth, as well as engaging in strategic planning and business development. He was instrumental in the creation, day-to-day running, resourcing and output of the facilities engineering and new development division at Endeavour. He was OCM chairman and Asset Manager for the Rochelle development and the Renee/Rubie decommissioning projects, as well as the non-operated Joint Venture manager for the Columbus and the Ivanhoe/Rob Roy and Goldeneye decommissioning projects.

David Sherrard

Mr. David Sherrard has been appointed as Vice President - Developments, Chief Development Officer of Iona Energy Inc., with effect from 3 June 2014. Mr. David Sherrard will resume his role as VP Developments, the position he held with Iona between December 2010 and July 2013, when he became the Company's Reserves Advisor. John Baillie, Iona's VP Developments since mid-2013, will be leaving the company to pursue other interests. Iona would like to thank Mr. Baillie for his hard work and efforts during his time with the Company and wish him continued success in his future endeavors. Mr. Sherrard has worked as an upstream technical manager for over 30 years, gaining Major company experience in Europe and North America with Chevron and BP. He was the development manager at BP's Wytch Farm oil field in England where world record step-out horizontal wells were the transforming technology that unlocked reserves. Latterly at BP, Mr. Sherrard was responsible for the management of a portfolio of joint venture gas field operations in the UK Southern North Sea covering pre-development acreage, producing fields, pipelines and terminals, and was tasked with all technical and commercial activities that underpinned 200 MMscf/d of gas production. Mr. Sherrard graduated from Cambridge University with a B.A. in Engineering Science and later earned a Master degree in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh. He is also a Chartered Petroleum Engineer and is a member of Iona's Health, Safety and Environment Committee.

Robin Baxter

Mr. Robin Baxter serves as Vice President - Business Development of Iona Energy Inc. He is VP Business Development and prior thereto, Chief Commercial Officer of Iona UK since September 2009. Director of Business Development of Maersk Oil from 2005 until 2008. Prior thereto, Legal Director and Company Secretary of Kerr-McGee (UK).

Adrian Harvey

Mr. Adrian Harvey serves as Corporate Secretary of Iona Energy Inc. He is associate with Burstall Winger LLP (Barristers and Solicitors) since June 2010. Prior thereto, associate with Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Barristers and Solicitors).

Richard Ames

Mr. Richard Ames has been appointed as Director of Iona Energy Inc., with effect from October 23, 2013. Mr. Ames brings to the Iona board 32 years of broad range experience in the oil and gas industry with senior executive roles in full-cycle oil and gas exploration and production, information technology, and oil and gas services. He has held several vice-president positions in TNK-BP, Sidanco and Amoco in Russia and Kazakhstan, where he was responsible for government liaison, the implementation of business strategies, and the management of exploration and new venture projects. He has recently held advisory board of director positions in Accenture Russia, Kiawah Conservancy and DataSpace. Mr. Ames graduated from Duke University with a bachelor of science degree in geology and from the University of Georgia with a master of science in geology. He joined Amoco in 1981 and worked as a geologist responsible for reserve definition in several international petroleum basins including the North Sea.

J. Roger Laing

Mr. J. Roger Laing serves as an Independent Director of Iona Energy Inc. He is a Business Unit Leader with RLG International, an international performance consulting firm since 1988.

Roderick Maxwell

Mr. Roderick D. Maxwell serves as Independent Director of Iona Energy Inc. Mr. Maxwell is Managing Director of StoneBridge Merchant Capital Corp. and has over 25 years of experience in the investment and financial advisory services industries. Prior to cofounding StoneBridge Merchant Capital Corp. in 1997, Mr. Maxwell was a Partner with KPMG LLP in the Corporate Finance/Business Valuations practice. Mr. Maxwell holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. He is a Chartered Accountant and is a member of both the Alberta and Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. In addition, Mr. Maxwell is a Chartered Business Valuator and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators. Mr. Maxwell serves on the board of a number of private and public companies including the TSX-listed Cathedral Energy Services Ltd., TSXV-listed Hyperion Exploration Corp. and TSXV-listed Invicta Energy Corp.

Jay Zammit

Mr. Jay M. Zammit serves as Independent Director of Iona Energy Inc. Mr. Zammit is a Partner at Burstall Winger LLP and is a Director of Iona. Mr. Zammit practices in the areas of corporate finance and securities, advising on public and private financing matters as well as reorganizations, takeovers, mergers, shareholder disputes, acquisitions, dispositions and strategic relationships. Mr. Zammit serves on the boards of several public and private companies as well as several non-profit organizations. Mr. Zammit attended the University of Manitoba and received a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) in 1982, following which he served as a consultant to the International Air Transport Association. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws in 1987 from the University of Manitoba and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1988. In 1989, Mr. Zammit was seconded to the Alberta Securities Commission.
