Name Description

Manuel Pangilinan

Mr. Manuel (Manny) Velez Pangilinan serves as President Commissioner of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since 1999. He received Bachelor of Arts from Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines, and Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, USA. He is concurrently Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of First Pacific Company Limited (“First Pacific”); Chairman of Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (“PLDT”), Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (“MPIC”), Manila Electric Company (Meralco), ePLDT Inc., Smart Communications Inc., PLDT Communications and Energy Ventures Inc. (formerly named Pilipino Telephone Corporation), Maynilad Water Services Inc., Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation, Manila North Tollways Corporation, Philex Mining Corporation, Philex Petroleum Corporation, Landco Pacific Corporation, Medical Doctors Inc. (Makati Medical Center), Davao Doctors Inc., Colinas Verdes Corporation (Cardinal Santos Medical Center), Mediaquest Holdings Inc., and Associated Broadcasting Corporation (TV 5); and Vice Chairman of Roxas Holding, Inc. Anthoni Salim

Mr. Anthoni Salim serves as President Director and Chief Executive Officer of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since June 25, 2004. He was awarded Bachelor of Arts in Business from Ewell County Technical College in London, UK. He is responsible to develop the Company’s strategic direction and ensure that all goals and objectives are met, and concurrently serves as President Director of ICBP, Chairman of First Pacific, Vice President Commissioner of NICI, President Commissioner of FFI, and is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Salim Group. In 2015, he participated in training programs, workshops and seminars, including “Synopsis on Legal and Regulatory Issues” held on 16 October 2015 and “Indonesia Economic Outlook 2016” on 4 December 2015.

Joseph Bataona

Mr. Joseph Bataona serves as Independent Director at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since 2013. Mr. Bataona earned Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management from the Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya. He concurrently heads the Corporate Human Resources Division. Prior to Indofood, he served as Human Resources Director of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk and PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Paulus Moleonoto

Mr. Paulus Moleonoto serves as a Director of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since May 26, 2009. He was awarded a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the Universitas Tarumanagara, a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Universitas Indonesia and a Master of Science degree in Administration & Business Policy from Universitas Indonesia. He heads the Plantations Division. He is concurrently an Executive Director and Head of Finance & Corporate Services of IndoAgri, Vice President Director of SIMP, President Commissioner of Lonsum, and Commissioner of ICBP. He began his career in 1984 with Drs. Hans Kartikahadi & Co., a public accounting firm in Jakarta. Mr. Moleonoto is a registered accountant in Indonesia. Before joining the Plantations Division of the Indofood Group as Chief Financial Officer, he held various management positions in the Salim Plantations Group. Axton Salim

Mr. Axton Salim serves as a Director of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since 2009. He was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado in 2002. He is concurrently Director of ICBP, where he heads the Dairy Division and oversees the Beverages Division; Director of Pacsari Pte. Ltd. and IASB; Non-Executive Director of IndoAgri and Gallant Venture Ltd.; Vice President Director I of Indolakto; and Commissioner of SIMP, Lonsum and NICI. Darmawan Sarsito

Mr. Darmawan (Kevin Sietho) Sarsito serves as a Director of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since May 26, 2009. He was Company's Vice President Director from June 25, 2004 until 2008. He was awarded Bachelor of Science from University of California, Berkeley and Master of Business Administration from San Francisco State University in California, Berkeley. Ms. Setiawan holds Bachelor of Science Accounting from San Francisco State University, California, USA, in 1983. Mr. Joedianto Soejonopoetro serves as a Director of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since 2015. He holds Bachelor of Economics in Management from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan. Franciscus Welirang

Mr. Franciscus Welirang has been reappointed as Director of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since May 26, 2009. He was awarded a Diploma in Chemical Engineering by South Bank Polytechnic in London (now London South Bank University), UK. He heads the Bogasari Group. Taufik Wiraatmadja

Mr. Taufik Wiraatmadja has been reappointed as a Director of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since May 26, 2009. He was Company's Director from June 25, 2004 to 2008. He holds Bachelor of Engineering degree in Agricultural Technology from Bogor Agricultural University (Bogor Institute of Agriculture) and Master of Business Administration from the GS Fame Institute of Business in Jakarta. Previously, she served as Corporate Secretary of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk for the period of 2011-2014. Robert Nicholson

Mr. Robert Charles Nicholson serves as a Commissioner of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since June 25, 2004. Mr. Nicholson graduated from the University of Kent and is qualified as a solicitor in England, Wales and Hong Kong. He concurrently serves as Executive Director of First Pacific; Executive Chairman of Forum Energy Plc.; Chairman of Goodman Fielder Pty. Benny Setiawan Santoso

Mr. Benny Setiawan Santoso serves as a Commissioner of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since June 25, 2004. He completed his education at Ngee Ann College (now Ngee Ann Polytechnic), Singapore. Mr. Santoso sits as Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company. He also serves as a President Commissioner of PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, Commissioner of PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk, Director of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (“Indocement”), Non-Executive Director of First Pacific, and Member of the Advisory Board of PLDT. Edward Tortorici

Mr. Edward Anthony Tortorici serves as a Commissioner of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since 2001. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University and a Master of Science degree from Fairfield University. Concurrently, he serves as Executive Director of First Pacific and Director of MPIC, Philex Mining Corporation, FPM Power Holdings Limited, FEC Resources Inc. of Canada, and the AIM-listed Forum Energy Plc. He founded EA Edwards Associates, an international management and consulting firm with offices in USA, Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Tortorici has concurrent appointments as Trustee of the Asia Society Philippines, Adviser for IdeaSpace Foundation and Director for Jeti Investments, LLC. He is on the Board of Advisors of the Southeast Asia Division of the Center for Strategic and International Studies, a Washington DC-based non-partisan think tank, and is also Commissioner of the US-ASEAN Strategy Commission. Christopher Young

Utomo Josodirdjo

Mr. Utomo Josodirdjo serves as an Independent Commissioner of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since June 25, 2004. He holds a degree in Accountancy from University of Indonesia and Doctorate degree from Nederlandse Economische Hogeschool (now Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam). He also attended Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He was Founder and Managing Partner of SGV Utomo (now Prasetio, Sarwoko & Sandjaja), Commissioner of PT Karabha Unggul, Advisor to the World Bank Group’s International Finance Corporation (“IFC”) and ING Bank in Indonesia; and Board Member of World Vision International. He is a current Board Member of World Vision Indonesia, and one of the founders of President University in Jakarta.

Adi Pranoto Leman

Mr. Adi Pranoto Leman serves as an Independent Commissioner of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since 2015. He holds Bachelor in Accounting from Universitas Airlangga in 1978. He also serves as Chairman of PT Infinity Capital and Independent Commissioner of PT Indoritel Sukses Internasional Tbk. Previously, he was a Partner at Purwantono, Sarwoko & Sandjaja; Chairman of the Public Accountant Professional Standards Committee and Chairman in Education and Training of IAI-KAP. He also served as Independent Commissioner of ICBP. In 2015, he participated in training programs, workshops and seminars, including “Indonesia Economic Outlook 2016” on 4 December 2015.

Bambang Subianto

Mr. Bambang Subianto serves as an Independent Commissioner of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since 2015. He holds Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1973, Master of Business Administration from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in 1981 and Doctorate in Applied Economics from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in 1984. Currently, he serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Indoritel Makmur International Tbk. He was previously Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia from 1998 to 1999, and Director General of Financial Institutions at the Finance Department of the Republic of Indonesia from 1992 to 1998. He also served as President Commissioner of PT Kliring Deposit Efek Indonesia, PT Bursa Efek Surabaya, PT Telkom Tbk, PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk, and PT Jamsostek, and as Independent Commissioner of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. He was also lectured at the Faculty of Economics of University of Indonesia from 1974 until his retirement in 2005.
