Manuel Pangilinan

Mr. Manuel (Manny) V. Pangilinan serves as President Commissioner of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since 1999. He also serves as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of First Pacific Company Limited, and Chairman of Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT), Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC), Manila Electric Company (Meralco), ePLDT Inc, Smart Communications Inc, PLDT Communications and Energy Ventures Inc (formerly Pilipino Telephone Corporation), Maynilad Water Services Inc, Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation, Manila North Tollways Corporation, Philex Mining Corporation, Philex Petroleum Corporation, Landco Pacific Corporation, Medical Doctors Inc (Makati Medical Center), Davao Doctors Inc and Conilas Verdes Corporation (Cardinal Santos Medical Center), Mediaquest Holdings Inc and Associated Broadcasting Corporation (TV 5), and Vice Chairman of Roxas Holdings Inc. Anthoni Salim

Mr. Anthoni Salim serves as President Director and Chief Executive Officer of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since June 25, 2004. He is also a member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company. He has also been the President Director of ICBP since 2009, Chairman of First Pacific since 2003, Vice President Commissioner of NICI, President Commissioner of FFI, and is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Salim Group. Joseph Bataona

Mr. Joseph Bataona has been Director at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since 2013. He also served as Head of Corporate Human Resources Division. He began his career in 1980 at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk as a management trainee until he was promoted to Human Resources Director in 2000. Subsequently in 2011, he joined with PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and occupied the same position. Mr. Bataona earned Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management from the Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya. Paulus Moleonoto

Mr. Paulus Moleonoto serves as Director of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since May 26, 2009. He was awarded a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the Universitas Tarumanagara, a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Universitas Indonesia and a Master of Science degree in Administration & Business Policy from Universitas Indonesia. He is concurrently an Executive Director and Head of Finance & Corporate Services of IndoAgri; Vice President Director of SIMP; Vice President Director I of Lonsum; and Commissioner of ICBP. He began his career in 1984 with Drs. Hans Kartikahadi & Co., a public accounting firm in Jakarta. Mr. Moleonoto is a registered accountant in Indonesia. Before joining the Plantations Division of the Indofood Group as Chief Financial Officer, he has held various management positions in the Salim Plantations Group. Axton Salim

Mr. Axton Salim serves as Director of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since 2009. He has been a Director of ICBP from 2009 and heads the Dairy Division. He was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado in 2002. He is concurrently Director of ICBP, where he heads the Dairy Division; Director of Pacsari Pte. Mr. Darmawan (Kevin Sietho) Sarsito serves as Director of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since May 26, 2009. He was Company's Vice President Director from June 25, 2004 until 2008. Utomo Josodirdjo

Mr. Utomo Josodirdjo serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk since June 25, 2004. He obtained a Master Degree in Business Economics from Rotterdam, Holland and accountancy credentials from the University of Indonesia. He attended the AMP program of the Harvard Business School in Boston in 1971. He was founder and managing partner of SGV Utomo (now Prasetio, Sarwoko & Sandjaja); Commissioner of PT Karabha Unggul; Advisor to the World Bank Group’s International Finance Corporation (“IFC”) and ING Bank in Indonesia; and board member of World Vision International.
