Name Description

Adelene Perkins

Ms. Adelene Q. Perkins is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Infinity Pharmaceuticals Inc. She is President and Chief Business Officer from October 2008 through December 2009 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer between September 2006 and October 2008. Ms. Perkins served as Executive Vice President of IPI from February 2006 until its merger with DPI in September 2006 and Chief Business Officer of IPI from June 2002 until the DPI merger. Prior to joining IPI, Ms. Perkins served as Vice President of Business and Corporate Development of TransForm Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a private pharmaceutical company, from 2000 to 2002. From 1992 to 1999, Ms. Perkins held various positions at Genetics Institute, most recently serving as Vice President of Emerging Business and General Manager of the DiscoverEase® business unit. From 1985 to 1992, Ms. Perkins held a variety of positions at Bain & Company, a strategy consulting firm. Ms. Perkins received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Lawrence Bloch

Dr. Lawrence E. Bloch, M.D., J.D., has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Chief Business Officer of Infinity Pharmaceuticals Inc., since July 2012. Prior to joining Infinity, Dr. Bloch served as chief executive officer of NeurAxon, Inc., a privately-held biopharmaceutical company, from 2007 to 2011. Previously, he served as chief business officer and chief financial officer of NitroMed, Inc., a publicly-held biopharmaceutical company, from 2004 to 2006. From 2000 to 2004, Dr. Bloch served as Chief Financial Officer, and from 1999 to 2002 as Vice President of Business Development, of Applied Molecular Evolution, Inc., a publicly-held biopharmaceutical company. Dr. Bloch began his career as an emergency medicine resident physician at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham & Woman’s Hospital. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an M.D. from Harvard Medical School and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Julian Adams

Dr. Julian Adams, Ph.D., is President - Research & Development of Infinity Pharmaceuticals Inc., since October 2007. He is Chief Scientific Officer between September 2006 and May 2010, as Chief Scientific Officer of IPI from October 2003 until the merger with DPI in September 2006, as President between September 2006 and October 2007 and as President of IPI from February 2006 until September 2006. Prior to joining Infinity, Dr. Adams served as Senior Vice President, Drug Discovery and Development at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 1999 to 2001, where he led the development of Velcade®. Dr. Adams served as Senior Vice President, Research and Development at LeukoSite Inc., a private biopharmaceutical company, from July 1999 until its acquisition by Millennium in December 1999. Dr. Adams served as a director and Executive Vice President of Research and Development at ProScript, Inc., a private biopharmaceutical company, from 1994 until its acquisition by LeukoSite in 1999. Prior to joining ProScript, Dr. Adams held a variety of positions with Boehringer Ingelheim, a private pharmaceutical company, and Merck & Co., Inc., a publicly traded pharmaceutical company. Vito Palombella

Dr. Vito J. Palombella, Ph.D., is Chief Scientific Officer of Infinity Pharmaceuticals Inc., since May 2010. He is responsible for drug discovery and preclinical development activities. Prior to his role as Chief Scientific Officer, Dr. Palombella was Vice President, Drug Discovery from September 2006 to May 2010 and Vice President, Biology of IPI from January 2004 to September 2006. Prior to joining Infinity, Dr. Palombella was Director of Molecular Biology and Protein Chemistry at Syntonix Pharmaceuticals where he was responsible for improving and expanding its core Fc receptor-mediated drug delivery technology. Before joining Syntonix, Dr. Palombella was Senior Director of Cell and Molecular Biology at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, which he joined through its acquisition of LeukoSite, at which he held the same title, in 1999. Prior to its acquisition by LeukoSite, Dr. Palombella held a number of positions at ProScript, Inc. between 1994 and 1999. While at ProScript, LeukoSite and Millennium, Dr. Palombella was involved in the discovery and development of Velcade® (bortezomib), a proteasome inhibitor for cancer therapy. He also managed a number of additional projects, including research into NF-kB regulation. Dr. Palombella received a B.S. in Microbiology from Rutgers University and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Viral Oncology and Immunology from the New York University Medical Center. He was also a post-doctoral fellow at Harvard University in the laboratory of Dr. Tom Maniatis.

Winselow Tucker

Mr. Winselow S. Tucker, Jr., is Vice President - Marketing of Infinity Pharmaceuticals Inc., since May 2010. Mr. Tucker has 15 years of comprehensive commercial pharmaceutical experience in sales, new product marketing and brand leadership in both global and country level positions across a number of therapeutic areas. Prior to joining Infinity, Mr. Tucker held roles of increasing responsibility at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company, in the US and Global operations from 2003 to May 2010, most recently at Novartis Oncology where he was the global brand leader for the company’s Gleevec® (imatinib) and Tasigna® (nilotinib) franchises. Prior to that, he spent several years in commercial roles at GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company, from 1996 to 2003. Mr. Tucker holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Howard University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Indiana University.

Joshua Hamermesh

Mr. Joshua D. Hamermesh is Vice President - Business and Corporate Development of Infinity Pharmaceuticals Inc., since April 2011. Prior to joining Infinity, Mr. Hamermesh held the position of senior vice president, strategy and corporate development at Pervasis Therapeutics, Inc. from October 2009 to April 2011 where he led strategic partnering initiatives for the company’s product development portfolio. Between October 2008 and October 2009, Mr. Hamermesh served as an independent business development and strategy consultant. Prior to that, he served as vice president, commercial and business development at Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from April 2005 to October 2008 where he completed numerous in-licensing transactions and supported the company’s initial public offering. Mr. Hamermesh began his biotechnology career at Genzyme Corporation, where he served as chief operating officer of MG Biotherapeutics, a joint venture with Medtronic, Inc., after holding positions of increasing responsibility in the marketing and business development groups from September 1999 to April 2005. He also served as a business strategy consultant to the industry at the Monitor Company. Mr. Hamermesh received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and his B.A. in Economics from Amherst College.

Pedro Santabarbara

Dr. Pedro Santabarbara, M.D., Ph.D., is Chief Medical Officer of Infinity Pharmaceuticals, Inc., since November 2010. Prior to joining Infinity in November 2010, Dr. Santabarbara spent five years with PharmaMar, a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company, where he most recently led the development and approval of Yondelis® (trabectedin). Prior to joining PharmaMar, he served as vice president of clinical research oncology at OSI Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company, from 2001 to 2005 where he led the approval of Tarceva® (erlotinib). Before joining OSI, Dr. Santabarbara led development activities for Campath® (alemtuzumab) at ILEX Oncology, Inc., a private biopharmaceutical company, from 1996 to 2001. He was also employed at Rhone Poulenc Rorer, a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company, from 1994 to 1996 where he led the North American clinical development of Taxotere® (docetaxel), which he led to approval in breast cancer and designed the strategy for non-small cell lung cancer. Prior to Rhone Poulenc Rorer, Dr. Santabarbara was at Bristol-Myers Squibb, a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company, where he contributed to the development of Taxol® (paclitaxel). Dr. Santabarbara’s experience also includes 14 years in research and clinical practice. Dr. Santabarbara holds a M.D. and Ph.D. from University of Barcelona, School of Medicine.

Anthony Evnin

Dr. Anthony B. Evnin, Ph.D., is Lead Outside Independent Director of Infinity Pharmaceuticals Inc., since September 2006. He also serves as a member of the board of directors of Infinity Discovery, Inc. from June 2001 until the time of its merger with company's predecessor company in September 2006. Since 1975, Dr. Evnin has served as a Partner of Venrock, a venture capital firm. Dr. Evnin serves as a director of AVEO Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Pharmos Corporation, publicly traded biopharmaceutical companies. Dr. Evnin also serves as a director of Acceleron Pharma, Inc., Constellation Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Metabolex, Inc., privately held biopharmaceutical companies. Dr. Evnin is also a Trustee of The Rockefeller University, a trustee of The Jackson Laboratory, a Trustee Emeritus of Princeton University, a member of the Board of Overseers and Managers of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and a director of the New York Genome Center. Martin Babler

Mr. Martin Babler is Independent Director of Infinity Pharmaceuticals Inc., since May 2008. Mr. Babler is Chief Executive Officer and a director of Principia BioPharma, Inc., a start-up company established to develop novel drugs for autoimmune diseases, a position he has held since April 2011. From February 2008 to April 2011, Mr. Babler served as Chief Executive Officer of Talima Therapeutics, Inc., a privately-held drug delivery company. Prior to joining Talima, from 2000 to 2006, Mr. Babler was Vice President of Immunology Sales and Marketing, and Director of Cardiovascular Marketing, at Genentech, Inc, a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company. Prior to joining Genentech, Mr. Babler held various roles of increasing responsibility in sales, sales management, marketing and business development with Eli Lilly and Company. Gwendolyn Fyfe

Dr. Gwendolyn A. Fyfe, M.D., serves as Independent Director of Infinity Pharmaceuticals Inc., since March 8, 2012. From 1997 to 2009, Dr. Fyfe held various positions with Genentech, Inc. (now a member of the Roche Group), including Vice President, Oncology Development; Vice President, Avastin® Franchise Team; as well as the honorary title of Senior Staff Scientist. Dr. Fyfe played an important role in the development of Genentech’s approved oncology agents including Rituxan®, Herceptin®, Avastin® and Tarceva®. Dr. Fyfe sat on the development oversight committee for all of Genentech’s products and participated in the Research Review Committee that moved products from research into clinical development. Since leaving Genentech in 2009, Dr. Fyfe has been a consultant for venture capital firms and for a variety of biotechnology companies. Dr. Fyfe has served on the board of directors of Array BioPharma, Inc., a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company, since January 2012 and previously served on the board of Pharmacyclics, Inc., a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company, during the last five years. She received her M.D. from Washington University School of Medicine and a board certified pediatric oncologist.

Eric Lander

Dr. Eric S. Lander, Ph.D., is Independent Director of Infinity Pharmaceuticals Inc., since September 2006. Dr. Lander was a co-founder and a member of the board of directors of Infinity Discovery, Inc. from 2001 until the time of its merger with predecessor company in September 2006. Dr. Lander has been a Professor and Associate Professor of Biology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology since 1990 and a Professor of Systems Biology at Harvard Medical School since 2004. Dr. Lander has served as the founding Director of The Eli and Edythe L. Broad Institute, a biomedical research institute formed by MIT and Harvard University, since 2003 and as a member of the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research since 1989. Dr. Lander currently serves as co-chair of the United States President’s Council of Advisers on Science and Technology. From 1993 to 2003, Dr. Lander was the Director of the Whitehead/MIT Center for Genome Research. He also served as a director of Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company, during the last five years. Dr. Lander received an A.B. in Mathematics from Princeton University and a D.Phil. in Mathematics from Oxford University, which he attended as a Rhodes Scholar.

Patrick Lee

Mr. Patrick P. Lee is no longer Independent Director of Infinity Pharmaceuticals Inc., effective June 11, 2013. He also serves as a member of the board of directors of Infinity Discovery, Inc. from September 2002 until the time of its merger with company's predecessor company in September 2006. Mr. Lee has been a General Partner of Ares Life Sciences, an investment firm, since February 2009. Prior to joining Ares Life Sciences, Mr. Lee was a General Partner of Advent Venture Partners, a venture capital firm, and was employed by Advent Venture Partners from 1999 through February 2009. From 1989 to 1999, Mr. Lee held various positions with Rhone-Poulenc Rorer in the United States, and Rhone Poulenc in Paris, France, where he was most recently Group Vice President for Mergers & Acquisitions. Thomas Lynch

Dr. Thomas J. Lynch, Jr., M.D., is Independent Director of Infinity Pharmaceuticals Inc., since October 2009. Dr. Lynch is the Director of the Yale Cancer Center and the Physician-in-Chief at Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale-New Haven, a position he has held since February 2009. Prior to 2009, Dr. Lynch was the Chief of Hematology-Oncology at Massachusetts General Hospital, or MGH, and a Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He received his M.D. from Yale University and completed his internship and residency at MGH. Before joining the staff at MGH, Dr. Lynch served as a fellow in medical oncology at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Dr. Lynch is a founding board member and vice chair of the board of the Kenneth B. Schwartz Center for Compassionate Healthcare, a foundation devoted to promoting compassionate health care.

Norman Selby

Mr. Norman C. Selby serves as Independent Director of Infinity Pharmaceuticals Inc., since March 8, 2012. Mr. Selby has served as a Senior Advisor of Perseus, L.L.C., a merchant bank and private equity fund management company, since August 2005 and as executive chairman of Real Endpoints, LLC, a healthcare information company focused on the changing landscape of reimbursement, since October 2010. Previously, Mr. Selby was President and CEO of TransForm Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company that was acquired by Johnson & Johnson in April 2005. Prior to TransForm Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Selby was an Executive Vice President at Citigroup/Citicorp from 1997-2000. Mr. Selby spent the bulk of his career at McKinsey & Company where he was Director (Senior Partner) in the firm’s New York office. He held several leadership roles at McKinsey, including head of the firm’s Global Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products Practice. From 1987-1989, Mr. Selby took a leave of absence from McKinsey to serve as Chief Operating Officer of the New York Blood Center, the community blood organization in the country, where he led its financial and operational turnaround. Mr. Selby served as a director of Nanobio, Inc., a privately held biopharmaceutical company, between August 2006 and October 2011, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company from May 2000 until it was acquired by Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited in May 2008, and Windhover Information, a publishing and information company in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries, from May 2004 until it was sold to Reed Elsevier in March 2008. Ian Smith

Mr. Ian F. Smith, CPA., is Independent Director of Infinity Pharmaceuticals Inc., since May 2008. Mr. Smith is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a position he has held since February 2006. From November 2003 to February 2006, he was Vertex’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and from October 2001 to November 2003, he served as Vertex’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
