Name Description

Todo Sihombing

 Mr. Todo Sihombing has been President Commissioner of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk since 2004. He also serves as President Director of PT. Seccop Indonesia. He joined the Armed Forces of Indonesia in 1965 and held the last position as Major General. He is a graduate of Indonesian Military Academy (Akademi Militer Nasional) in 1964 and obtained a course in Defense Resources Management. He is also a graduate of Sekolah Staf Komando Bagian Gabungan (SESKOGAB) in 1981, Staf dan Komando Angkatan Darat (SESKOAD) in 1977 and Lembaga Ketahanan Nasional (LEMHANAS) in 1987.

Agoes Soelistyo Santosa

 Mr. Agoes Soelistyo Santosa has been President Director of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk since June 27, 2006. He has worked with PT Daya Knitto, Indomobil Group, Sinar Mas Group, PT Budi Acid Jaya Tbk, PT Ometraco Corporation Tbk and PT Java Paradise Island. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Economics Faculty of Universitas Katolik Parahyangan in 1985.

 Ms. Amelia Gozali serves as Vice President Commissioner of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from University of Southern California in 2006. Patrick Santosa Rendradjaja

 Mr. Patrick Santosa Rendradjaja has been Director of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk since June 27, 2006. He has worked with Atelier 6 Group, Lippo City Development, Ometraco Realty, Bentala Sanggrahan Group, Tekton Architectenm and Han Awal Architects.  Mr. Edhie Bambang Siswoko serves as an Independent Director of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk. He graduated from the Faculty of Social and Politics of Universitas Gadjah Mada in 1974. He was a Procurement Assistant pf PT Djasa Ubersakti, Oil and Gas Facilities Contractors, Personnel and Administration Officer of PT Petroindo Gunapersada Engineering, Oil and Gas Facilities Consultants, and Personnel and General Affairs Manager of PT Circlekindonesia Waserba and PT Ometraco Realty. He also worked with PT Ometraco Land and PT Langgeng Ayomlestari.

Diana Solaiman

 Ms. Diana Solaiman has been Director of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk since June 27, 2006. She has worked with PT Putera Ometraco Electric, PT Ometraco Corporation Tbk, PT Global Mega Wisata Mandiri International, PT Java Paradise Island, PT. Grahatama Indah Lestari, PT Grahatama Kreasibaru and PT Tirta Saga Wangi. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Philippine Christian University in 1992.
