Name	Description
William Campbell	Mr. William V. Campbell is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Intuit Inc. Mr. Campbell has been an Intuit director since 1994. He served as Intuit's President and Chief Executive Officer from April 1994 through July 1998. He has served as Chairman of the Board since August 1998 and was Acting Chief Executive Officer from September 1999 until January 2000. Mr. Campbell has been a member of the board of directors of Apple, Inc. since 1997, where he serves on the Compensation Committee and chairs the Nominating Committee, and he has been a member of the Board of Directors of GSV Capital Corp. since 2012. In addition to Mr. Campbell's public company leadership experience, he serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Columbia University. Mr. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Masters of Science from Columbia University.

David Williams	Mr. David Williams is Chief Tax Officer of Intuit Inc. In this newly created position, Williams will lead the company's tax strategy, including implementing programs supporting the Affordable Care Act and tax system implications of pending Immigration Reform proposals. He will also serve as the executive director of the American Tax & Financial Center at TurboTax. Established in November 2012, the Tax Center provides objective and independent data and insights on tax and personal finance trends. In that role, he worked with top government officials from national revenue agencies across the globe including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore among other countries. Christopher Brody	Mr. Christopher W. Brody is Independent Director of Intuit Inc., since December 1993.
