Name Description

Michael Stanfield

 Mr. Michael R. Stanfield is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Intersections, Inc. Mr. Stanfield joined Loeb Partners Corporation, an affiliate of Loeb Holding Corporation, in November 1993 and served as a Managing Director at the time of his resignation in August 1999. Mr. Stanfield has been involved in management information services and direct marketing through investments and management since 1982, and has served as a director of CCC Information Services Inc. and BWIA West Indies Airways. Prior to beginning his operational career, Mr. Stanfield was an investment banker with Loeb, Rhoades & Co. and Wertheim & Co. He holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Emory University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

John Scanlon

 Mr. John G. Scanlon is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Intersections Inc. Mr. Scanlon served as Chief Operating Officer - Business Services from December 2007 until November 2010 and was promoted to Executive Vice President in January 2007. Mr. Scanlon joined Intersections in November 2006 from National Auto Inspections, LLC where he was President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Scanlon previously served as a senior executive at Capital One Financial Corporation from 2000 to 2006, where he held general management responsibility for the company’s direct banking business and previously led a portion of the Information Technology organization. Mr. Scanlon holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University, and a Masters of Management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Steven Schwartz

 Mr. Steven A. Schwartz is President - Intersections Partner Services Group of Intersections Inc. Prior to his current role, Mr. Schwartz served as Executive Vice President, Consumer Services and Senior Vice President, Consumer Services since joining Intersections in July of 2003. Prior to joining Intersections, Mr. Schwartz held senior marketing, client and business management positions at The Motley Fool and Time-Life Inc. Mr. Schwartz holds a B.S. from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University.

Steven Sjoblad

 Mr. Steven A. Sjoblad is President - Intersections Special Services Group of Intersections Inc. He serves as Chief Marketing Strategist and was President of subsidiary Captira Analytical since 2005, prior to the acquisition of that company by Intersections. Prior to joining Intersections, Mr. Sjoblad held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Fair Isaac Corporation, where he managed their Global Consumer Services division and was a member of the Fair Isaac Executive Committee.

Neal Dittersdorf

 Mr. Neal B. Dittersdorf is Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Legal Officer of Intersections Inc. Mr. Dittersdorf served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel from February 2003 until July 2004. From January 2002 to January 2003, Mr. Dittersdorf was of counsel at the law firm of Venable LLP. From July 1997 to June 2001, he served as Deputy General Counsel and then General Counsel of Credit Management Solutions Inc. Previously he was a law firm partner and prior to that a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division. Mr. Dittersdorf holds a B.A. from Brandeis University and a J.D. from the New York University School of Law.

Madalyn Behneman

 Ms. Madalyn C. Behneman is Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of Intersections, Inc. Prior to joining Intersections, Ms. Behneman previously held various finance and accounting positions at other companies, including MCI, Inc. and NII Holdings, Inc. from April 1989 until June 2004. Ms. Behneman was employed on the audit staff of Ernst & Young and is a CPA. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech.

Dean Brown

 Mr. Dean Brown is Chief Information Officer of Intersections Inc. Mr. Brown previously served as the Chief Information Officer at Advance America from February 2009 until joining Intersections in August 2012. From 2005 to 2007 Mr. Brown held the role of Chief Information Officer at Upromise, Inc. and in 2006 assumed the responsibilities of COO and EVP. Prior to that Mr. Brown worked for Capital One Financial Corporation from 1996 to 2005, where he held various IT management responsibilities. Mr. Brown holds a B.S. in Business Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Masters of Project Management certificate from George Washington University.

David McGough

 Mr. David A. McGough is a Director of Intersections Inc since August 1999. For more than 20 years, Mr. McGough has been President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Digital Matrix Systems, Inc. and DMS Services, Inc., companies that specialize in credit data and risk analysis. Mr. McGough has experience in the credit data and information technology industries, and operational experience gained as the chief executive officer of a technology company. For these reasons, he has been nominated to continue serving on the Board of Directors.

John Albertine

 Dr. John M. Albertine, Ph.D., is an Independent Director of Intersections Inc since August 2008. In 1990, Dr. Albertine founded Albertine Enterprises, Inc., a merchant banking, consulting and lobbying firm. Dr. Albertine has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Albertine Enterprises for the past 20 years. From 1986 through 1990, he served as Vice Chairman of the Fruit of the Loom Company. From 1981 through 1986, he served as President of the American Business Conference. From 1979 to 1980, he served as Executive Director to the Congressional Joint Economic Committee. From 1977 through 1979, he served as Legislative Assistant to U.S. Senator Lloyd M. Bentsen. From 1969 through 1977, Dr. Albertine served as an Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and ultimately as Chair of the Department of Economics at Mary Washington College. Dr. Albertine holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from King’s College. Dr. Albertine has been a director of 14 publicly traded companies in his career. Currently, Dr. Albertine is a director of Integral Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of satellite ground systems and equipment, and Kadant Inc., a supplier of technology-based systems for the global pulp and paper industry. The Board of Directors values Dr. Albertine’s current and past experience as a director of a number of public and private companies, and for these reasons, he has been nominated to continue serving on the Board of Directors.

Thomas Amato

 Mr. Thomas G. Amato is an Independent Director of Intersections Inc since January 2004. Mr. Amato has served as Chief Financial Officer of public and private companies since 1980. He is currently Managing Director of Amato Ventures which is engaged in domestic oil and natural gas development. Mr. Amato also serves as a director of Globalprivateequities.com, Inc. and is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Carrier Clinic, an independent mental health hospital serving New Jersey. He holds an AB in economics from Princeton University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Amato has in financial, accounting and risk management issues, and for these reasons, he has been nominated to continue serving on the Board of Directors.

 Mr. James L. Kempner is an Independent Director of Intersections Inc since August 2006. Mr. Kempner is a Senior Advisor at Lazard Frères & Co. LLC, which he joined in 1983, and was named a General Partner in 1993. In addition to his position at Lazard Frères, Mr. Kempner has been a Managing Director of Loeb Partners Corporation since January 2011. Mr. Kempner has been involved in numerous banking and capital markets transactions, including advising the Company on its initial public offering, and ran Lazard’s Corporate Finance department from 1995 to 1998. Mr. Kempner is the Vice Chairman of the Board of The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and its Finance Committee, and also is a Trustee of the James Loring Johnson 1994 Trust.

Dr. Mintz is a director of VirtualScopics, Inc., an image analysis provider. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs for Columbia University, where he taught economics, and has been a professor at New York University and Syracuse University. Dr. Mintz holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University. Dr. Mintz has over 50 years of experience in financial, investment and securities markets, and is an executive officer of shareholder, Loeb Holding Corporation. For these reasons, he has been nominated to continue serving on the Board of Directors.

William Wilson

 Mr. William J. Wilson is an Independent Director of Intersections Inc. Mr. Wilson currently is a principal of CAMBIAR LLC, a consulting firm, and is the sole proprietor of Wilson Connexions LLC, an M&A consultancy. Prior to his retirement in 2003, Mr. Wilson was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of market research company Roper Starch Worldwide Inc., and then Executive Chairman of NOP World, a division of United Business Media Ltd., which acquired Roper Starch Worldwide in August 2001. Mr. Wilson has considerable insight and experience as the former chief executive officer of a global market research firm and as a private investor in technology companies. Having been involved with the Company since its early days, he brings an historical perspective to the Board of Directors. For these reasons, he has been nominated to continue serving on the Board of Directors.
