Boon Long Chin

 Mr. Chin Boon Long is Executive Chairman of the Board of Ingenuity Consolidated Berhad, formerly Ingenuity Solutions Bhd, since September 24, 2012. He has Bachelor of Engineering (Electronic Computers) - Universiti Pertanian Malaysia and MBA from University Kebangsaan Malaysia. Mr. Chin has over 15 years experience in the ICT industry. He began his career in 1995 with an ICT company in Taiwan. He had held various positions in the company before he was promoted to the position of Sales Director in 2003. He acquired PC3 Technology Sdn. Bhd. together with a business partner in 2004. Since then, he assumed the role as Managing Director of 1 Utopia Berhad.

Chuan Wah Khow

 Mr. Khow (Kenny) Chuan Wah is Chief Financial Officer of Ingenuity Consolidated Bhd. He has Degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and CPA Australia. Mr. Khow joined 1 Utopia Berhad as Chief Financial Officer in year 2010 till October 29, 2012 to oversee the group's financial affairs including accounting, finance, tax and treasury. He is currently an Executive Director/Finance Director in 1 Utopia Berhad. He also sits on the Board of AT Systematization Berhad ("ASB") as an Independent Non-Executive Director and members of Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee of ASB. Mr. Khow has experience in auditing (external and internal) for 13 years in the areas of corporate exercises covering IPO, demerger of a listed entity, management and integration of two companies in Malaysia, privatisation of a listed entity, rights issue, issuance of debt securities, as well as the sale and leaseback of key assets. His other experiences are financial due diligence, advisory, and numerous cross-border securities offering.

Gah Luen Low

 Mr. Low Gah Luen serves as Executive Director of Ingenuity Consolidated Berhad, formerly Ingenuity Solutions Bhd, since February 27, 2012. He obtained his Chartered Institute of Marketing-Advanced Certificate & Diploma from Segi College in 1996. He started his career at Acer as Head of Product with wide scope of experiences in product range such as Fax Machine, Scanner, Commercial PC and Consumer PC. During his tenure in Acer, with his extrepreneur capabilities and results orientated drive, he was then promoted as a Head of Department for Mobile PC and Peripherals and responsible for the Central Region as a Sales Manager.

Hun Liang Wong

 Mr. Wong Hun Liang serves as Executive Director of Ingenuity Consolidated Berhad, formerly Ingenuity Solutions Bhd, since March 29, 2011. He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the Universiti Putra Malaysia and is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer. He was with NCR Malaysia and AC Neilsen, where his experience were developing software programs for work process improvements, market research and CRM operations for the Asia-Pacific region, and as a Quality Assurance Auditor for ISO9001. He later joined the Asia-Pacific Institute of Information Technology, where he head the Information Technology Planning and Technical Operations and as a Specialist Trainer on software development, operating systems, networking and database management systems. He has over 16 years of experience in software development and engineering.

Seck Wah Lim

Boon Hong Lim

 Mr. Lim Boon Hong serves as Independent Non-Executive Director of Ingenuity Consolidated Berhad, formerly Ingenuity Solutions Bhd, since June 4, 2012. He is a member of the Audit Committee. He has Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (Majored in Actuarial Science) from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA and Canadian Grade 13 Certificate from Taylors College, Malaysia. He started his career as a Management Trainee with the AMInvestment Bank (Formerly known as Arab Malaysian Merchant Bank Berhad) in 1992. He subsequently joined Cullis Raggert Insurance Brokers Sdn. Bhd. (part of the Hong Leong Group) as Broking Executive. He was transferred to the group's stock broking arm, the Hong Leong Investment Bank (formerly known as Zalik Securities Sdn. Bhd.) as Research Analyst. In 1998, he ventured into business, mainly involved in trading of Technology and LCD products. He joined Green Packet Berhad as Special Assistant to Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer since 2006.

Kok Hok Ng

 Mr. Ng Kok Hok serves as Independent Non-Executive Director of Ingenuity Consolidated Berhad, formerly Ingenuity Solutions Bhd, since December 1, 2010. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Member of the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia. He held the position of an Accountant in several private limited companies involved in telecommunications and manufacturing of industrial plastic containers and the trading of industrial chemicals. He has also served as an Accountant and was later promoted to the position of Financial Controller for Public Mutual Berhad (formerly known as Kuala Lumpur Mutual Fund Berhad). He then joined as General Manager and subsequently as Chief Executive Officer of TA Unit Trust Management Berhad. Thereafter, he was involved in several businesses which included international trade, e-commerce and travel agencies. He is currently a businessman running an engineering company he founded. He also sits on the board of Tejari Technologies Berhad and AIC Corporation Berhad as an Independent Non-Executive Director. He serves as Chairman of Audit Committee since January 4, 2011. He is a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Kah Yong Tham

 Mr. Tham Kah Yong serves as Independent Non-Executive Director of Ingenuity Consolidated Berhad, formerly Ingenuity Solutions Bhd, since April 15, 2011. He serves as Member of the Audit Committee. He is a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees. He has Bachelor of Economics from the University of Malaya in 1979 majoring in business administration. He joined a foreign bank as credit officer for 4 1/2 years before taking up another appointment with a local bank in 1983.
