Name Description

Jacob Wallenberg

Mr. Jacob Wallenberg has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Investor AB since 2005. He also chairs the Company’s Remuneration Committee and serves as Member of the Audit, Nomination and Finance & Risk Committees. He joined the Board in 1998 and served as its Vice Chairman between 1999 and 2005. Mr. Wallenberg is a former President and Chief Executive Officer of SEB. In the past, he also served as Executive Vice President and Head of Enskilda Division at SEB, as Advisor to the President and Chief Executive Officer at the company and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Investor AB. Apart from his duties at Investor, Mr. Wallenberg holds directorships at ABB, The Coca-Cola Company, Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation and Stockholm School of Economics. He also serves as Vice Chairman on the Boards of Ericsson, SAS and SEB, and as Member at European Round Table of Industrialists and IBLAC Shanghai’s International Business Leaders Advisory Council. Formerly, he chaired the Board of Directors of SEB, and held a Vice Chairman position at Atlas Copco. Mr. Wallenberg obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Peter Wallenberg

Mr. Peter Wallenberg has served as Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors of Investor AB since 1997. He was Member of the Company’s Board since 1969 and Chairman between 1982 and 1997. Mr. Wallenberg also serves as Chairman of the Board of the Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation and as Honorary Chairman of the Board of Atlas Copco AB. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Stockholms universitet.

Borje Ekholm

Mr. Borje Ekholm has served as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Investor AB since 2005 and as Member of the Company’s Board of Directors since 2006. He was appointed Member of Investor’s Management Group in 1997 and previously served as Head of New Investments. He joined the Company in 1992. In the past, he also served as Chief Executive Officer of Novare Kapital, as Analyst at Core Holdings, Investor AB, and as Associate at McKinsey & Co Inc. Mr. Ekholm holds board assignments at Chalmersinvest AB, EQT Partners AB, Ericsson and Husqvarna AB, and chairs the Boards of KTH Royal Institute of Technology and NASDAQ OMX. He obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from INSEAD and a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Kungliga Tekniska Hogskolan - KTH (the Royal Institute of Technology), Stockholm.

Sune Carlsson

Mr. Sune Carlsson has been Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Investor AB since 2011. He also chairs the Company’s Audit Committee. He joined the Board as Member in 2002. Mr. Carlsson is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Atlas Copco AB. He has executive experience as Vice Chairman of Scania AB, President and Chief Executive Officer of AB SKF and Executive Vice President of ASEA AB and ABB Ltd. He holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Chalmers Tekniska Hogskola (Chalmers University of Technology), Gothenburg.

Susanne Ekblom

Ms. Susanne Ekblom has served as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Group of Investor AB since August 15, 2011. She was previously Chief Financial Officer at Sveriges Television and Controller at Scania. In the past, she also served as Head of Financial and Administration at Dynamate, Head of Accounting at LFR Media and Financial Manager at Ingenjorsforlaget. Petra Hedengran

Ms. Petra Hedengran has been General Counsel, Head of Corporate Governance and Compliance, and Member of the Management Group of Investor AB since 2007. Previously she worked as Partner and Head of Banking and Financing Group at Advokatfirman Lindahl, as Legal Counsel and General Councel Nordic Region at ABB Financial Services AB, as Assistant Judge at Stockholms Tingsratt and as Associate at Gunnar Lindhs Avokatbyra. Lennart Johansson

Mr. Lennart Johansson has served as Head of Financial Investments of Investor AB since 2011 and as Member of the Management Group of the Company since 2006. He has also been Acting Head of Core Investments in the Company since December 10, 2013. He previously was Head of Operating Investments at the Company from 2006. Earlier he held such positions as Chief Executive Officer of b-business partners and Emerging Technologies AB; Deputy CEO/Senior Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President Accounting at Atlas Copco AB Audit and Control; Business Area Controller at Atlas Copco Industrial Technique, and Management Consultant at Nordic Management, SMG. Mr. Johansson holds board assignments at Hi3G, Lindorff Group and SOBI. He has obtained a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from Handelshogskolan i Stockholm.

Gunnar Brock

Mr. Gunnar Brock has been Member of the Board of Directors of Investor AB since 2009. He also serves as Member of the Company’s Finance and Risk Committee. Mr. Brock chairs the Board of Directors of Molnlycke Health Care AB, Stora Enso Oyj and Rolling Optics AB, and holds Board Member positions at SOS Children’s Villages, Stena, Stockholm School of Economics, Syngenta and Total. He is also Member of The Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA). Mr. Brock has executive experience as Chief Executive Officer of Alfa Laval, Atlas Copco AB, Thule International and Tetra Pak Group of Companies. Ms. Magdalena Gerger has been Member of the Board of Directors of Investor AB since May 6, 2014. She is President and Chief Executive Officer of Systembolaget AB, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IQ-initiativet AB, Member of the Board of Directors of Husqvarna AB, and Member of the Research Institute of Industrial Economics (IFN), and of The Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA).

Hans Straberg

Mr. Hans Straberg has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Investor AB since 2011. Marcus Wallenberg

Mr. Marcus Wallenberg has been Member of the Board of Directors of Investor AB since April 17, 2012. He previously was President, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of the Company until 2005. He chairs Foundation Asset Management, Grand Hotel, The Royal Swedish Automobile Club and Kungstradgarden Park & Evenemang AB, and serves as Vice Chairman of The Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation. Josef Ackermann

Dr. Josef Ackermann has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Investor AB since June 1, 2012. His other board assignments include a Chairman position at Zurich Insurance Group and St. Gallen Foundation for International Studies, and a Vice Chairman role at Belenos Clean Power Holding and the Foundation Board of World Economic Forum. Additionally, he serves as Second Deputy Chairman on the Supervisory Board of Siemens, as Non-Executive Member of the Board of Royal Dutch Shell, and as Director at the International Advisory Board of The National Bank of Kuwait, Akbank and The China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC). Dr. Ackermann is a former President of the Executive Board of Schweizerische Kreditanstalt (Switzerland). Tom Johnstone

Mr. Tom Johnstone has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Investor AB since 2010. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of AB SKF and serves as Member on the Boards of AB SKF and Husqvarna AB. Grace Reksten Skaugen

Ms. Grace Reksten Skaugen has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Investor AB since 2006. She is also Chairman of the Finance and Risk Committee of the Company. Ms. Reksten Skaugen holds a number of board assignments. She chairs the Norwegian Institute of Directors, and serves as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Statoil ASA and as Member on the Board of Orkla. Lena Treschow Torell

Ms. Treschow Torell holds a number of board assignments. She chairs Euro-CASE (European Council of Applied Sciences and Engineering) and MISTRA (The Foundation for Environmental Strategic Research), and serves as Vice Chairman of the Boards of the Chalmers University of Technology and AF AB, and as Member of the Boards of Saab AB and AB SKF. Previously, she was Chairman and President of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences; Research Director at Joint Research Centre, European Commission, Brussels, and Professor in Physics at Chalmers University of Technology and at Uppsala University. In the past, she also served as Board Member at Gambro AB, Getinge AB, Ericsson and Micronic Mydata. Ms. Treschow Torell holds a Doctorate of Philosophy degree in Physics from Goteborgs Universitet (University of Gothenburg) and is Docent in Physics at Chalmers Tekniska Hogskola (Chalmers University of Technology).
