Name Description

Jacob Wallenberg

Mr. Jacob Wallenberg has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Investor AB since 2005. He also chairs the Company’s Remuneration Committee and serves as Member of the Audit and Risk and Nomination Committees. He joined the Board in 1998 and served as its Vice Chairman between 1999 and 2005. Mr. Wallenberg is a former President and Chief Executive Officer of SEB. In the past, he also served as Executive Vice President and Head of Enskilda Division at SEB, as Advisor to the President and Chief Executive Officer at the company and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Investor AB. Apart from his duties at Investor, Mr. Wallenberg holds directorships at The Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation and Stockholm School of Economics. He also serves as Vice Chairman on the Boards of ABB, Ericsson, FAM, Patricia Industries, SAS. He is also Member of IBLAC (Mayor of Shanghai’s International Business Leaders Advisory Council), The European Round Table of Industrialists (ERT), The Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, The Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA). Formerly, he chaired the Board of Directors of SEB, and was Vice Chairman position at Atlas Copco, Stora. He was also Member of the Boards of The Coca-Cola Company, Electrolux, Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, WM-data. Mr. Wallenberg obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is Reserve Officer of the Swedish Navy.

Johan Forssell

Mr. Johan Forssell has been President, Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Management Group and Member of the Board of Directors at Investor AB since May 12, 2015. Before that, he served as Head of Core Investments and Member of the Management Group of Investor AB from January 1, 2015 until May 12, 2015. He also held this position from 2006 until December 10, 2013. He has rotated to the health care and care service provider Aleris for the full year 2014. He joined the Company in 1995 and held such roles as Head of Research, Head of Capital Goods and Healthcare sector, Head of Capital Goods sector and Analyst Core Holdings. Mr. Forssell holds board assignments at Atlas Copco AB, EQT AB, Patricia Industries and Saab. Marcus Wallenberg

Mr. Marcus Wallenberg has been Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Investor AB since 2015. He has been Member of the Board of Directors at the Company since April 17, 2012. He previously was President, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of the Company until 2005. He also served as Executive Vice President of the Company. Mr. Wallenberg chairs the Boards of Directors of FAM, Patricia Industries, Saab and SEB, and serves as Member on the Boards of AstraZeneca, Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation and Temasek Holding. Helena Saxon

Ms. Helena Saxon has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Group of Investor AB, effective as of March 1, 2015. She was employed at the Company since 1997. She was previously Investment Manager at Investor. She is Board Member of Sobi. Previously, she was CFO at Hallvarsson & Halvarsson, Financial analyst at Goldman Sachs and Member of the Board of Aleris, Gambro and Molnlycke Health Care. She holds Master of Science degree in finance from Stockholm School of Economics and IMD from INSEAD.

Petra Hedengran

Ms. Petra Hedengran has been General Counsel, Head of Corporate Governance and Compliance, and Member of the Management Group of Investor AB since 2007. Previously she worked as Partner and Head of Banking and Financing Group at Advokatfirman Lindahl, as Legal Counsel and General Counsel at ABB Financial Services AB, Nordic Region, as well as Assistant Judge at Stockholms Tingsratt and as Associate at Gunnar Lindhs Avokatbyra. Ms. Hedengran holds board assignments at The Association for Generally Accepted Principles in the Securities Market and Electrolux. She was also Member of the Boards of EQT Partners and Lindorff Group. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Stockholms universitet.

Stefan Stern

Mr. Stefan Stern has been Head of Corporate Relations, Sustainability and Communications and Member of the Management Group of Investor Aktiebolag since May 13, 2015. Mr. Daniel Nodhall has been Head of Listed Core Investments and Member of the Management Group of Investor Aktiebolag since May 12, 2015. He is employed at the Company since 2002. He previously was Investment Manager, Head of Capital Goods at the Company. He is Member of the Board of Husqvarna. He holds Master of Science degree from Stockholm School of Economics.

Hans Straberg

Mr. Hans Straberg has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Investor AB since 2011. He is also Chairman of the Boards of Atlas Copco AB, Orchid, CTEK AB, Nikkarit and Roxtec, and Board Member of Hedson, Mellbygard, N Holding, The Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA) and Stora Enso. Mr. Straberg is a former President and Chief Executive Officer of AB Electrolux, where he also served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President and held various other positions, including Head of Floor Care Products and Small Appliances, Executive Vice President Frigidaire Home Products, Head of product division Floor Care Products and Head of product area Dishwashers and Washing Machines. He also was Assistant Technical Attache at The Swedish Embassy, Washington DC and served as Director of The Confederation of Swedish Enterprise and The Association of Swedish Engineering Industries. He holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Chalmers Tekniska Hogskola (Chalmers University of Technology), Gothenburg. He is Reserve Officer of The Swedish Army.

Josef Ackermann

Dr. Josef Ackermann has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Investor AB since June 1, 2012. His other board assignments include Honorary Chairman position at St. Gallen Foundation for International Studies and Chairman of Bank of Cyprus. Additionally, he serves as Member of the International Advisory Board of Akbank and Member of the Board of Renova Management. Dr. Ackermann is a former President of the Executive Board of Schweizerische Kreditanstalt (Switzerland). In the past, he was also Chairman of the Management Board and the Group Executive Committee of Deutsche Bank AG. He also served as Chairman of Zurich Insurance Group Lt, Second Deputy Chairman of Supervisory Board of Siemens AG and Non-Executive Member of Royal Dutch Shell plc. He holds a Doctorate of Philosophy degree in Economics and Social Sciences from Universitaet St. Gallen. In 2007, Mr. Ackermann accepted an appointment as visiting professor in finance at the London School of Economics. In July 2008, he was appointed Honorary Professor at Frankfurt’s Johann Wolfgang Goethe University. Furthermore, he is an Honorary Fellow of the London Business School and holds an Honorary Doctorate from the Democritus University of Thrace in Greece.

Gunnar Brock

Mr. Gunnar Brock has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Investor AB since 2009. He also serves as Member of the Company’s Audit and Risk Committee. Mr. Brock chairs the Board of Directors of Molnlycke Health Care AB, Stora Enso Oyj and Rolling Optics AB, and holds Board Member positions at The Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA), Patricia Industries, Stena, Stockholm School of Economics, Syngenta and Total. Magdalena Gerger

Ms. Magdalena Gerger has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Investor AB since May 6, 2014. She is also Member at the Company Audit and Risk Committee. She is President and Chief Executive Officer of Systembolaget AB, Member of the Board of Directors of Husqvarna AB, and Member of the Research Institute of Industrial Economics (IFN), and of The Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA). Tom Johnstone

Mr. Tom Johnstone has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Investor AB since 2010. He is also Member at the Company Remuneration Committee. He is also Chairman of the Board of Combient and Husqvarna and Member of the Board of Volvo Cars and Wartsila. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of AB SKF and served as Member on the Boards of AB SKF. His previous work experience includes such roles as Director at Electrolux AB and The Association of Swedish Engineering Industries, Executive Vice President of AB SKF and President of Automotive Division at AB SKF. Grace Reksten Skaugen

Ms. Grace Reksten Skaugen has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Investor AB since 2006. She is also Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Company. Ms. Reksten Skaugen holds a number of board assignments. She chairs the Norwegian Institute of Directors, and serves as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Orkla and Member of the Board of Lundin Petroleum. She previously served as Director at Atlas Copco AB, Corporate Finance Enskilda Securities (Oslo), Opera Software ASA, Renewable Energy Corporation ASA, Storebrand ASA and Tandberg ASA, and chaired the Boards of Entra Eiendom AS and Ferd Holding AS. She was also Consultant at Argentum Fondinvesterigar AS, Special Project Advisor at AS Aircontractgruppen, Venture Capital Consultant at Fearnley Finance Ltd and Microelectronics Research Officer at Columbia University. Ms. Reksten Skaugen holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Handelshoyskolen BI (BI Norwegian School of Management) and a Doctorate of Philosophy degree in Laser Physics as well as a Bachelor of Science, Honors, degree in Physics, both from the Imperial College of Science and Technology at London University. Additionally, she has completed Careers in Business Program at New York University.

Lena Treschow Torell

Ms. Lena Treschow Torell has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Investor AB since 2007. She is also Member of the Company’s Remuneration Committee. Ms. Treschow Torell holds a number of board assignments. She is Chairman of the Board of the Chalmers University of Technology and MISTRA and is Member of the Boards of Saab AB and AB SKF. Previously, she was Chairman and President of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA); Vice Chairman of AF, Research Director at Joint Research Centre, European Commission, Brussels, and Professor in Physics at Chalmers University of Technology and at Uppsala University. In the past, she also served as Board Member at Gambro AB, Getinge AB, Ericsson, IRECO Holding AB, Imego AB and Micronic Mydata AB. She holds a Doctorate of Philosophy degree in Physics from Goteborgs Universitet (University of Gothenburg) and is Docent in Physics at Chalmers Tekniska Hogskola (Chalmers University of Technology).
