Name Description

Anne Ellingsen

 Ms. Anne-Grete Ellingsen has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Interoil Exploration and Production ASA since January 11, 2013. She has been Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since December 20, 2012. She has a broad management and board experience from the North Sea oil and gas industry. She has held various positions in the oil and gas industry since 1976 and has served as deputy minister in the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy. She holds a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Technology and an Executive Master Energy Management degree.

Thomas Fjell

 Mr. Thomas J. Fjell has been Chief Executive Officer of InterOil Exploration and Production ASA since January 28, 2013. He previously was Director of Strategic and Legal Affairs at the Company from February, 15, 2010 until January 28, 2013, and Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company from December 19, 2012 until January 28, 2013. Prior to joining the Company, he worked as an attorney for 10 years advising various global and domestic business clients on legal and strategic issues related to corporate restructurings, mergers, acquisitions and Joint Ventures. He holds a Law degree from Universitetet i Oslo.

Erik Sandoy

 Mr. Erik Sandoy has served as Chief Financial Officer of InterOil Exploration and Production ASA since March 16, 2012. He has experience in Bridgehead Corporate Finance and Goldman Sachs International London. He holds Business degrees from the University of British Columbia and Handelshoyskolen BI (the Norwegian School of Management).

Jaime Mur Campoverde

 Mr. Jaime Mur Campoverde has served as General Manager Peru at InterOil Exploration and Production ASA since November 12, 2012. He is Industrialist with more than 30 years of international experience. He was previously Partner in Rodrigo Elias y Medrano Law Firm, Executive Vice President in MORAVECO S.A., Chief Executive Officer and Founder of TELE 2000 S.A., President of CORPANPYC S.A., President of RAXTER S.A., and President of PARAMONGA S.A., among others.

Tom Wolden

 Mr. Tom Wolden serves as Chief Operating Officer of InterOil Exploration and Production ASA. In addition to his role as Chief Operating Officer, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company between January 29, 2010 and March 8, 2012. Mr. Wolden is Petroleum Geologist with 30 years of experience in the oil business focused on offshore in North Western Europe, Africa, Russia, South Eastern Asia, Middle East and Norway. Over the years, he has been working for Saga Petroleum, Nopec and PGS, and he was Business Area Manager in the Middle East and Mediterranean for PGS Exploration AS until 2006.

Stefan Schaub

 Mr. Stefan Schaub has served as Chief Technical Officer of Interoil Exploration and Production ASA since March 8, 2012. He is Exploration/Production Geologist with 26 years of experience in the international business of oil exploration and production. He graduated from Basel University (Universitaet Basel), Switzerland. He spent more than 15 years working for Shell International, concentrating on exploration and new venture activities with assignments in the Netherlands, Oman, Gabon. As from 2000, he was a partner in the Swiss consulting firm Proseis Ag. He was Director geology in InterOil E&P Switzerland Ag from 2006 to March 2012.

Mauricio de la Mora

 Mr. Mauricio de la Mora has served as General Manager for Colombia at InterOil Exploration and Production ASA since December 2005. He is Petroleum Engineer with 25 years of experience in drilling, oil production, operations and reservoir. He completed studies in Administration and Finance and has worked for oil companies like BP Exploration, Hocol and Seven Seas Petroleum in Venezuela, the United States and Ecuador. For five years before joining the Company, he was Operations & Production Manager for MCOG.

Thor Haugnaess

 Mr. Thor Kristian Haugnaess has been Member of the Board of Directors of Interoil Exploration and Production ASA since December 20, 2012. He has been working in the upstream oil and gas industry for over 25 years, predominantly working on the oilfield services side with the Schlumberger group of companies in a variety of management roles (in Middle East, Asia, Europe and Africa). He was the President of Ocean Rig from 2003 to 2006. He is currently a Deputy Chairman of Visuray plc and Independent Non-Executive Director of Dragon Oil plc. He holds a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Norges Teknisk-Naturvitenskapelige Universitet (NTNU).

Hakon Sandby

 Mr. Hakon Sandby has been Member of the Board of Directors of Interoil Exploration and Production ASA since December 20, 2012. He has held various positions in Esso Norway AS’s downstream business from 1983 until 1991 when he joined the lawfirm of Arntzen Underland & Co during which time he worked with Total Norge AS as Legal Advisor. From 1994 he was the Director of Legal Affairs in Total Norge AS until he joined the legal department at Total’s headquarters in France. His experience includes work with oil and energy law in the North Sea area, the former Soviet Union republics and Turkey as well as mineral law in West Africa. He has been a consultant and in private practice since 2004. In 2006 and 2007 he was with DLA Piper and in 2008 and 2009 with Gram, Hambro & Garman. He has experience as a Director in Gasnor AS and Norsk Lufttankanlegg AS. He is a Lawyer and Economist with experience from the Norwegian and international oil and gas industry.

Nils Trulsvik

 Mr. Nils N. Trulsvik has been Member of the Board of Directors of InterOil Exploration and Production ASA since December 20, 2012. He previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 2004 until 2009. He has experience from the oil and gas industry across the world since 1974. Mr. Trulsvik worked for seven years at Saga Petroleum on assignments in the North Sea, Mediterranean, Africa, South and North America. He co-founded Nopec in 1981, working for 13 years in Northwest Europe, Africa and the Far East, and serving as its Managing Director from 1987 until 1993. In 1994, after working a year as Special Advisor to PGS, he lead an investment group that took an equity position in Fountain Oil Incorporated. He served as Managing Director in Fountain, until he left the company in 1998, to form The Bridge Group. In 1999, he joined Force Petroleum in London and was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) until 2004. Mr. Trulsvik is Director of Transeuro Energy Corp and is presently Technical Director of Starc Limited. He holds degrees in both Geology and Geophysics.
