Name Description

Randolph Gress

Mr. Randolph Gress is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Innophos Holdings Inc. Mr. Gress joined Innophos as Chief Executive Officer and Director at the company’s inception in 2004. He joined Rhodia in 1997 and held various positions including Global President of Rhodia’s Specialty Phosphates business and Vice President and General Manager of the Sulfuric Acid business. Prior to joining Rhodia, Mr. Gress spent 14 years at FMC Corporation where he worked in various managerial capacities in Strategic Planning, Business, Operations, and Supply Chain. From 1977 to 1980, Mr. Gress worked at Ford Motor Company in various capacities within the Plastics, Paint and Vinyl Division. Mr. Gress earned a B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Robert Harrer

Mr. Robert Harrer is Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of the Company. Mr. Harrer comes to Innophos with over twenty years of experience in various global financial leadership positions. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for Avantor Performance Materials (formerly Mallinckrodt Baker). He previously was with Rohm and Haas, SKW Trostberg AG (Nature Products Division) and Alcatel. Mr. Harrer holds a Master of Business Administration and Mathematics from Albert Einstein University in Ulm, Germany.

Mark Feuerbach

Mr. Mark Feuerbach is Vice President - Investor Relations, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis of Innophos Holdings Inc. He had previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Innophos from August 2004 through April 2005 and again from June through September 2009. Mr. Feuerbach joined Rhodia in 1989 and was Global Finance Director of Specialty Phosphates from 2000 to 2004, including a two-year assignment in the U.K. immediately following the purchase of the phosphates business of Albright & Wilson. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Feuerbach was the Finance Director of Rhodia’s North American phosphates business from 1997 to 2000 and he previously held various finance positions in a number of Rhodia’s businesses. Prior to joining Rhodia, Mr. Feuerbach held various accounting and finance positions in both manufacturing and service companies. Mr. Feuerbach earned a B.A. in Business Administration/Accounting from Rutgers College and an M.B.A. in Finance/Information Systems from Rutgers Graduate School of Management.

Louis Calvarin

Dr. Louis Calvarin is Vice President - Operations of Innophos Holdings Inc. Dr. Calvarin joined Rhodia in France in 1986. He has been Director of Manufacturing and Engineering for Specialty Phosphates since January 2004. Prior to that, Dr. Calvarin held the positions of Director of Manufacturing for Specialty Phosphates (U.S.), Mineral Chemicals Industrial Operations Manager for Home, Personal Care and Industrial Ingredients, and Projects Director for Paint, Paper and Construction Materials. Dr. Calvarin earned a Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering from the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Mines in France and graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in France.

Mark Thurston

Mr. Mark Thurston is Vice President - Corporate Strategy and Worldwide Business Development of Innophos Holdings Inc. Mr. Thurston joined Rhodia in 1985 working in Fine Organics and has been Vice President of Strategy and Worldwide Business Development since 2009. Previously, he was Vice President of Specialty Chemicals from 2004 to 2008 and Vice President and General Manager of Food Ingredients North America from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, he worked in various sales and marketing capacities for Rhodia. Mr. Thurston previously worked at RTZ Corp. as an assistant planning and marketing manager and an assistant production manager. Mr. Thurston earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Aston in Birmingham, England.

William Farran

Mr. William Farran is Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Innophos Holdings Inc. Mr. Farran joined Rhodia in 1987 as Environmental Counsel and held various positions in the Rhodia Legal Department, including Senior Operations Counsel and Assistant General Counsel, providing and managing a wide range of legal services to various Rhodia North American enterprises. In addition to his legal responsibilities, Mr. Farran also led the North American Total Quality Management function and served as Director, Public Affairs and Communications. Prior to joining Rhodia, Mr. Farran was Senior Counsel for UGI Corporation, Valley Forge, PA, and an associate with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Farran earned his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of the bars of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Charles Brodheim

Mr. Charles Brodheim, CPA, is Vice President, Corporate Controller of Innophos Holdings Inc. Mr. Brodheim joined Rhodia in 1988 and held various tax, accounting and business analyst positions within Rhodia. Mr. Brodheim was the North American Finance Director for Specialty Phosphates from 2000-2002. After 2002, Mr. Brodheim was a Finance Director for various Rhodia North American Enterprises, including its Eco-Services enterprise. Mr. Brodheim earned a B.B.A. degree in Finance/Accounting from Temple University and is a certified public accountant.

Gail Holler

Ms. Gail Holler is Vice President - Human Resources of Innophos Holdings, Inc., since May 2011. Ms. Holler joined Innophos in December of 2010 as Senior Director Human Resources. She has 30 years of experience working in Human Resources for global as well as multi-national organizations in both corporate and operational environments, including pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, and IT companies. Prior to joining Innophos, Ms. Holler worked for Tata Consultancy Services, from May 2009 to December 2010. Previous to that, she was Vice President Human Resources for LifeCell. She also worked for Sanofi-Aventis (and its legacy organizations) for 14 years, with her last position as Vice President Human Resources for the Global Dermatology Division. Ms. Holler earned her BA in Business Communication from the University of Delaware.

Iris Alvarado

Ms. Iris Alvarado is Vice President - Purchasing, Logistics & Distribution of Innophos Holdings, Inc. She joined Albright & Wilson in 1996 working in the Logistics Department and she has since held progressive positions in the areas of Purchasing, Logistics and Distribution. Ms. Alvarado was Manager of Purchasing of Raw Materials, MRO, Logistics and Packaging for Rhodia Mexico from 2000 through 2002 and Corporate Purchasing Manager in 2003. After her next positions as Innophos’ Supply Chain Director from 2004 to 2008 and Global Director of Strategic Sourcing of Raw Materials & Energy from 2009 to October 2010, Ms. Alvarado was appointed interim Vice President of Supply Chain from November 2010 to January 2012. She studied Political Science from 1991 to 1992 in the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen in Germany. Ms. Alvarado earned a B.B.A degree in International Relations from the University of the Americas-Puebla, Mexico and holds an M.A in Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.

Joseph Golowski

Mr. Joseph Golowski is Vice President - Specialty Phosphates Business of Innophos Holdings Inc., since April 2010. Joining Rhodia in 1989 in Market Development, Mr. Golowski has since then held progressive roles in Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Management. From 1997 through 2000, Mr. Golowski served as a Global Market Director for Rhodia Rare Earths based in Paris, France. Returning to the U.S., he became the North American Asset Manager for Phosphoric Acid and subsequently the Director of Sales for the Specialty Phosphate Business. This path brought him to be appointed Vice President of Sales in 2006 and to his current role as Vice President for the Specialty Phosphate Business. Mr. Golowski earned a B.S. in Ceramic Engineering from Rutgers University, College of Engineering.

Michael Lovrich

Mr. Michael Lovrich is Vice President - Planning and Customer Service of Innophos Holdings Inc. Mr. Lovrich joined Innophos in August 2007 as Vice President, Supply Chain and served in that capacity until 2012. Prior to joining Innophos, Mr. Lovrich served as Vice President, Supply Chain from 2004 through 2007 for Coach, Inc., the specialty leather and women’s accessories manufacturer. Previous to that, Mr. Lovrich was with Engelhard Corporation where he held various positions in Supply Chain Operations and Information Technology, several supply chain transformation initiatives at the business unit and corporate level. Prior to Engelhard, Mr. Lovrich held positions with Fisher Scientific, Thompson Medical and Becton-Dickinson. Mr. Lovrich earned his B.A. in History from William Paterson College and his M.B.A. from New York University Stern School of Business. Mr. Lovrich also holds professional certifications in supply chain and operations management.

Abraham Shabot

Mr. Abraham Shabot is Vice President, Director General, Innophos Latin America of Innophos Holdings Inc., since July 2009. Prior to joining Innophos, he served as Managing Director of Kaltex Fibers, a acrylic fiber producer in the Americas, from 2007 to 2009. Before that, he held various positions in Sales and Business Development for Comex, a Mexican building supplies manufacturer and distributor. In addition, he was Latin American Director for Polyone Corporation, a publicly held manufacturer and distributor of plastic resin and rubber compounds. He earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Iberoamericana University in Mexico City.

Susan Turner

Ms. Susan Turner is Vice President - Quality and Regulatory of Innophos Holdings, Inc. Ms. Turner joined Stauffer Chemical in 1980 and has since held progressive roles in the areas of Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Project Management, and Human Resources. From 2009 to 2012, Ms. Turner served as Process Integration Lead for the ERP business systems redesign and then assumed leadership of the project post go-live through the stabilization period. From 2005 to 2009, Ms. Turner served as Plant Manager of the Chicago Heights and Waterway manufacturing facilities. Prior to that, her experience included assignment in Mexico and France. Ms. Turner earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University.

Russell Kemp

Mr. Russell W. Kemp is Chief Risk Officer, Vice President - Research & Development of Innophos Holdings Inc. Mr. Kemp joined Rhodia in 1989, first holding several manufacturing management jobs and – from 1998 through 2007 – fulfilling a business management role. Previously, he worked as a process and production engineer at Monsanto. Mr. Kemp earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville.

Gary Cappeline

Mr. Gary A. Cappeline is Lead Independent Director of Innophos Holdings Inc. Mr. Cappeline currently serves as an Operating Partner of AEA Investors LLC, a private equity investment fund headquartered in New York City. Before joining AEA in 2007, Mr. Cappeline was president and chief operating officer of Ashland Inc., a diversified chemical company, to which he returned in 2002 after service as a senior executive in the chemical sectors at Engelhard Corporation and Honeywell International. He also served as chemical industry partner at Bear Stearns Merchant Bank. Mr. Cappeline currently serves on the board of directors of Houghton International (a manufacturer of metal working fluids), Shoes for Crews LLC (a manufacturer of slip resistant footwear), and RelaDyne Inc. (a distributor of lubricants and fuels). He previously served as a board and executive committee member of the American Chemistry Council (a chemical industry trade association) and the Board of Unifrax Corporation (a manufacturer of high temperature insulation products).

Amado Cavazos

Mr. Amado Cavazos is an Independent Director of Innophos Holdings Inc., since 2008. Mr. Cavazos retired from Du Pont, S.A. de C.V. in 2003 after holding numerous management and executive positions in Mexico, Venezuela, Puerto Rico and USA since 1968. From 1996 to 2003, Mr. Cavazos was Director of Coatings Businesses for Mexico and Central America. He was Group Director of Du Pont Mexico from 1993 to 1995 and Director of Corporate Planning from 1989 to 1993. During this time he represented Du Pont on several Boards of Directors; Nylon de Mexico, Tetraetilo de Mexico, Química Fluor, and Industrias Tecnos. From 1982 to 1987, Mr. Cavazos was Group Director for Du Pont Mexico and COO for three of its joint ventures, reporting directly to the Boards of Directors (Pigmentos y Productos Químicos, La Domincia and Química Fluor). Mr. Cavazos earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. from Tecnológico de Monterrey. He served as member of the executive committee 1990-1999 and Chairman 1999-2001 of ANIQ, the chemical manufacturers association of Mexico.

Linda Myrick

Ms. Linda J. Myrick is an Independent Director of Innophos Holdings Inc., since October 2006. Ms. Myrick is Biomarkets Program Director & Med-Tech Program Director, R&D, American Air Liquide. Ms. Myrick is responsible for global R&D programs for Food, Pharmaceuticals, Water and Waste Treatment, Biofuels, and Medical Technologies based in Newark, Delaware. She relocated from the Centre de Recherche Claude-Delorme in Paris, France where she spent 3 1/2 years as the R&D Group Manager for Medical Gases for Air Liquide Santé International. She began working for Air Liquide with the acquisition of Scott Specialty Gases, Inc. in 2007 where she was General Manager for Scott Medical Products in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Before joining Scott in 2004, she held executive management positions with Rhodia, Inc. from 2001 including Vice President & General Manager—North America, Home, Personal Care & Industrial Ingredients, and Vice President & General Manager—North America, Specialty Phosphates. Prior to joining Rhodia, Ms. Myrick held positions in marketing, strategic planning and general management with FMC Corporation. Since 2006, she is an independent Director for Innophos, Inc., a publicly traded specialty phosphates and minerals corporation, and previously served as an independent Director for Berwind Pharmaceutical Services, Inc., a company providing pharmaceutical coatings and excipients. Ms. Myrick earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware, where she is a member of the Alumni Association and the Chemical Engineering Advisory Board. She has an M.B.A. from the Wharton Graduate School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Karen Osar

Ms. Karen Rohn Osar is an Independent Director of Innophos Holdings Inc., since 2007. Ms. Osar was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chemtura Corporation, from 2004 through Chemtura’s formation in 2005 (and from 2004 was Executive Vice President of a predecessor company) until her retirement in March 2007. From 1999 through 2003, she served first as Chief Financial Officer of Westvaco Corporation and subsequent to its merger with Mead Corporation in 2002, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MeadWestvaco Corporation, primarily a provider of packaging solutions and products to branded goods manufacturers. She also held the position of Vice President and Treasurer of Tenneco, Inc., an industrial conglomerate, from 1994 to 1999. Previously she served as Managing Director, Investment Banking, at JP Morgan and Company. Ms. Osar currently serves as a director of Webster Financial Corporation, a bank holding company, since 2006 and SAPPI Ltd., a global pulp and paper company whose shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

John Steitz

Mr. John M. Steitz is an Independent Director of Innophos Holdings Inc., since February 2009. Mr. Steitz is is President and Chief Executive Officer of Avantor Performance Materials, and has held that position since August 2012. Prior to joining Avantor, Mr. Steitz served as president and chief operating officer of Albemarle Corporation, where during his tenure he led global expansion into China, Russia, South America and the Middle East. He also managed several strategic acquisitions and integrations, while restructuring Albemarle’s R&D function to improve the company’s vitality in new product offering and revenues. Before joining Albemarle, Mr. Steitz spent twenty years at Mallinckrodt, Inc., holding a variety of positions of increasing responsibility and eventually served as vice president and general manager of Mallinckrodt’s pharmaceutical chemicals division.

James Zallie

Mr. James P. Zallie is Independent Director of the Company., effective September 26, 2014. Mr. Zallie is Executive Vice President Global Specialties and President North America and EMEA for Ingredion Incorporated, a global leader in ingredient solutions for food, beverage, brewing, pharmaceutical and other industrial markets, where he is an officer and member of the executive leadership team. Mr. Zallie came to Ingredion in 2010 with the acquisition of National Starch LLC where he held various positions of increasing responsibility since 1997 and served as President and CEO from 2006 to 2010.
