Name Description

Kim Mink

Dr. Kim Ann Mink, Ph.D. has been appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Innophos Holdings, Inc. Dr. Mink has been Business President of Elastomers, Electrical and Telecommunications at The Dow Chemical Company since September 2012. Dr. Mink joined Dow in April 2009 as Global General Manager, Performance Materials and President/CEO ANGUS Chemical Co. (then a fully owned subsidiary of Dow Chemical). Prior to joining Dow, Dr. Mink was Corporate VP and Global General Manager, Ion Exchange Resins at the Rohm and Haas Company (now a fully owned subsidiary of Dow), where she spent more than 20 years serving in numerous senior roles with increasing responsibilities. She has represented Dow Chemical as a member of the Board of Advisors of Catalyst Inc. since September 2012 and has been a member of the National Board of Trustees of the ALS Association since November 2012. In addition, in 2014, Dr. Mink was named to STEMconnector's 100 Diverse Corporate Leaders in STEM. Dr. Mink received her B.A. in Chemistry from Hamilton College and a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Duke University. She is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business Management Program.

Hermanus Kieftenbeld

Mr. Hermanus (Han) Kieftenbeld is Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of the Company. Mr. Kieftenbeld brings with him 25 years of international business and leadership experience. From June 2014 to July 2015, Mr. Kieftenbeld served as the Global Chief Financial Officer at AB Mauri, a worldwide leader in bakery ingredients. From December 2010 to June 2014, Mr. Kieftenbeld served as the Global Chief Procurement Officer of Ingredion Incorporated, a leading global ingredient solutions provider. Prior to that, Mr. Kieftenbeld served as Chief Financial Officer at Akzonobel N.V. from 2007 to 2010 and, before that, at ICI PLC from 1997 to 2007. Currently, Mr. Kieftenbeld serves as a non-executive advisor and board member at Themis Analytics, an international sales and marketing decision analytics solutions provider to the pharmaceutical industry.

Louis Calvarin

Dr. Louis Calvarin is the Vice President, Strategy and Chief Risk Officer of Innophos Holdings Inc. Prior to which he was the Vice President - Operations of Innophos Holdings Inc. Dr. Calvarin joined Rhodia in France in 1986. He has been Director of Manufacturing and Engineering for Specialty Phosphates since January 2004. Prior to that, Dr. Calvarin held the positions of Director of Manufacturing for Specialty Phosphates (U.S.), Mineral Chemicals Industrial Operations Manager for Home, Personal Care and Industrial Ingredients, and Projects Director for Paint, Paper and Construction Materials. Dr. Calvarin earned a Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering from the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Mines in France and graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in France.

Abraham Shabot

Mr. Abraham Shabot is Vice President, General Manager Mexico and Latin America of Innophos Holdings, Inc. Prior to which he was Vice President, Director General, Innophos Latin America of Innophos Holdings Inc., since July 2009. Prior to joining Innophos, he served as Managing Director of Kaltex Fibers, a acrylic fiber producer in the Americas, from 2007 to 2009. Before that, he held various positions in Sales and Business Development for Comex, a Mexican building supplies manufacturer and distributor. In addition, he was Latin American Director for Polyone Corporation, a publicly held manufacturer and distributor of plastic resin and rubber compounds. He earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Iberoamericana University in Mexico City.

charles Brodheim

Mr. Charles Brodheim, CPA, is Vice President, Corporate Controller and Information Technology of Innophos Holdings, Inc. Mr. Brodheim joined Rhodia in 1988 and held various tax, accounting and business analyst positions within Rhodia. Mr. Brodheim was the North American Finance Director for Specialty Phosphates from 2000-2002. After 2002, Mr. Brodheim was a Finance Director for various Rhodia North American Enterprises, including its Eco-Services enterprise. Mr. Brodheim earned a B.B.A. degree in Finance/Accounting from Temple University and is a certified public accountant.

Mark Feuerbach

Mr. Mark Feuerbach is Vice President - Investor Relations, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis of Innophos Holdings, Inc. He had previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Innophos from August 2004 through April 2005 and again from June through September 2009. Mr. Feuerbach joined Rhodia in 1989 and was Global Finance Director of Specialty Phosphates from 2000 to 2004, including a two-year assignment in the U.K. immediately following the purchase of the phosphates business of Albright & Wilson. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Feuerbach was the Finance Director of Rhodia’s North American phosphates business from 1997 to 2000 and he previously held various finance positions in a number of Rhodia’s businesses. Prior to joining Rhodia, Mr. Feuerbach held various accounting and finance positions in both manufacturing and service companies. Mr. Feuerbach earned a B.A. in Business Administration/Accounting from Rutgers College and an M.B.A. in Finance/Information Systems from Rutgers Graduate School of Management.

Gail Holler

Ms. Gail Holler is Vice President - Human Resources of Innophos Holdings, Inc., since May 2011. Ms. Holler joined Innophos in December of 2010 as Senior Director Human Resources. She has 30 years of experience working in Human Resources for global as well as multi-national organizations in both corporate and operational environments, including pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, and IT companies. Prior to joining Innophos, Ms. Holler worked for Tata Consultancy Services, from May 2009 to December 2010. Previous to that, she was Vice President Human Resources for LifeCell. She also worked for Sanofi-Aventis (and its legacy organizations) for 14 years, with her last position as Vice President Human Resources for the Global Dermatology Division. Ms. Holler earned her BA in Business Communication from the University of Delaware.

Joseph Golowski

Mr. Joseph Golowski is Vice President - Global Specialty Phosphates of Innophos Holdings Inc., since April 2010. Joining Rhodia in 1989 in Market Development, Mr. Golowski has since then held progressive roles in Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Management. From 1997 through 2000, Mr. Golowski served as a Global Market Director for Rhodia Rare Earths based in Paris, France. Returning to the U.S., he became the North American Asset Manager for Phosphoric Acid and subsequently the Director of Sales for the Specialty Phosphate Business. This path brought him to be appointed Vice President of Sales in 2006 and to his current role as Vice President for the Specialty Phosphate Business. Mr. Golowski earned a B.S. in Ceramic Engineering from Rutgers University, College of Engineering.

Amy Hartzell

Ms. Amy Hartzell is Vice President - Supply Chain and Purchasing of the company. She began her career at Rohm and Haas Company as a process engineer. As she progressed in her career at Rohm and Haas, she took on leadership roles within the supply chain team, including Global Planning Manager in Biocides and Ion Exchange Resins and Regional Emulsion Planning Manager in Coatings. Through these roles, she gained experience developing and implementing supply chain improvement programs and processes on a global scale. Following the acquisition of Rohm and Haas by Dow Chemical Company, Ms. Hartzell was named the Global Business Supply Chain Director, Performance Materials, where she was responsible for ten businesses, including the integration of Rohm and Haas and Dow business units. Prior to taking on her most recent position in the Center of Excellence, Ms. Hartzell was the Global Business Supply Chain Director, Elastomers, Electrical, and Telecommunications.

Mark Thurston

Mr. Mark Thurston is Vice President - Nutrition and Business Development of Innophos Holdings, Inc. Prior to which he was the Vice President - Corporate Strategy and Worldwide Business Development of Innophos Holdings Inc. Mr. Thurston joined Rhodia in 1985 working in Fine Organics and has been Vice President of Strategy and Worldwide Business Development since 2009. Previously, he was Vice President of Specialty Chemicals from 2004 to 2008 and Vice President and General Manager of Food Ingredients North America from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, he worked in various sales and marketing capacities for Rhodia. Mr. Thurston previously worked at RTZ Corp. as an assistant planning and marketing manager and an assistant production manager. Mr. Thurston earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Aston in Birmingham, England.

Susan Turner

Ms. Susan Turner is Vice President - Quality and Regulatory of Innophos Holdings, Inc. Ms. Turner joined Stauffer Chemical in 1980 and has since held progressive roles in the areas of Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Project Management, and Human Resources. From 2009 to 2012, Ms. Turner served as Process Integration Lead for the ERP business systems redesign and then assumed leadership of the project post go-live through the stabilization period. From 2005 to 2009, Ms. Turner served as Plant Manager of the Chicago Heights and Waterway manufacturing facilities. Prior to that, her experience included assignment in Mexico and France. Ms. Turner earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University.

Joshua Horenstein

Mr. Joshua Horenstein is Acting Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of the company. He has served as General Counsel for Specialty Ingredients and Nutrition since October 2015. Mr. Horenstein joined Innophos in 2010 as Corporate Counsel and M&A Attorney and has since held various legal positions of increasing responsibility. Before joining Innophos, Mr. Horenstein practiced law at several leading law firms, including Ballard Spahr, LLP, Pepper Hamilton, LLP and Flaster/Greenberg P.C. and was also Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Rock Your Phone, Inc., a technology start-up company.

Gary Cappeline

Mr. Gary A. Cappeline is Lead Independent Director of Innophos Holdings Inc. Mr. Cappeline currently serves as an Operating Partner of AEA Investors LLC, a private equity investment fund headquartered in New York City. Before joining AEA in 2007, Mr. Cappeline was president and chief operating officer of Ashland Inc., a diversified chemical company, to which he returned in 2002 after service as a senior executive in the chemical sectors at Engelhard Corporation and Honeywell International. He also served as chemical industry partner at Bear Stearns Merchant Bank. Mr. Cappeline currently serves on the board of directors of Evoqua Water Technologies (a manufacturer of water purification equipment), Shoes for Crews LLC (a manufacturer of slip resistant footwear), Swanson Industries (a mining equipment repair business), and RelaDyne Inc. (a distributor of lubricants and fuels).

Peter Thomas

Mr. Peter T. Thomas is Director of the Company. Peter T. Thomas has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Ferro Corporation ("Ferro"), a publicly-traded producer of specialty materials, since April 2013. Previously, he served as interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Ferro beginning in November 2012. Mr. Thomas was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ferro in April 2014. Prior to his appointment as interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Ferro, Mr. Thomas served as the Operating Vice President of Ferro's Polymer and Ceramic Engineered Materials Group, which included its Polymer Additives, Specialty Plastics, Tile Coatings, Porcelain Enamel, and Pharmaceuticals businesses. Mr. Thomas joined Ferro in 1999 as Director of Sales for Polymer Additives. Prior to joining Ferro, from 1991 to 1999, Mr. Thomas held various positions at Witco Corporation, a specialty chemical company, including Vice President of the Oleochemical-Derivatives business unit, Vice President of Sales and Global Market Director. Mr. Thomas earned his BS in Chemistry from Duquesne University and his MBA from Loyola University.

Robert Zatta

Mr. Robert J. Zatta is Director of the Company. Mr. Robert J. Zatta was the Acting Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Rockwood Holdings, Inc. (" Rockwood "), a leading global developer, manufacturer and marketer of specialty chemicals, from July 2014 and April 2001 , respectively, until January 2015 . Mr. Zatta was instrumental in leading the transformation of Rockwood, which resulted in Rockwood's acquisition by Albermarle Corporation on January 12, 2015 . Prior to joining Rockwood , Mr. Zatta spent twelve years with the Campbell Soup Company, where he held several significant financial management positions, including his final position as Vice President responsible for Corporate Development and Strategic Planning. Prior to joining Campbell Soup Company in 1990, he worked for General Foods Corporation and Thomas J. Lipton , Inc. Mr. Zatta is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Merrimack College .

Amado Cavazos

Mr. Amado Cavazos is the Independent Director of Innophos Holdings Inc., since 2008. Mr. Cavazos retired from Du Pont, S.A. de C.V. in 2003 after holding numerous management and executive positions in Mexico, Venezuela, Puerto Rico and USA since 1968. From 1996 to 2003, Mr. Cavazos was Director of Coatings Businesses for Mexico and Central America. He was Group Director of Du Pont Mexico from 1993 to 1995 and Director of Corporate Planning from 1989 to 1993. During this time he represented Du Pont on several Boards of Directors; Nylon de Mexico, Tetraetilo de Mexico, Química Fluor, and Industrias Tecnos. From 1982 to 1987, Mr. Cavazos was Group Director for Du Pont Mexico and COO for three of its joint ventures, reporting directly to the Boards of Directors (Pigmentos y Productos Químicos, La Domincia and Química Fluor). Mr. Cavazos earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. from Tecnológico de Monterrey. He served as member of the executive committee 1990-1999 and Chairman 1999-2001 of ANIQ, the chemical manufacturers association of Mexico.

Linda Myrick

Ms. Linda J. Myrick is an Independent Director of Innophos Holdings Inc., since October 2006. Ms. Myrick is Program Director for Research & Development for American Air Liquide, Inc. in Newark, DE, a position she has held since January 2012. Previously she was Group Manager for Research & Development for Air Liquide Santé International in Paris, France, and Vice President & General Manager for Scott Specialty Gases, Inc., which was acquired by Air Liquide in 2007. Before joining Scott in 2004, she served as an independent member of the Board of Directors of Berwind Pharmaceutical Services, Inc., West Point, PA. From 2001 to 2003, she held various executive management positions with Rhodia, Inc. including Vice President & General Manager, North America for Home, Personal Care & Industrial Ingredients, and Vice President & General Manager, North America for Specialty Phosphates. Prior to joining Rhodia, Ms. Myrick held a number of positions in marketing, strategic planning and business management with FMC Corporation, Philadelphia, PA. Ms. Myrick earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware and an M.B.A. from the Wharton Graduate School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Karen Osar

Ms. Karen Rohn Osar is an Independent Director of Innophos Holdings Inc., since 2007. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chemtura Corporation, a $4.0 billion specialty chemicals manufacturer headquartered in Connecticut from 2004 through Chemtura’s formation in 2005 (and from 2004 was Executive Vice President of a predecessor company) until her retirement in March 2007. From 1999 through 2003, she served first as Chief Financial Officer of Westvaco Corporation and subsequent to its merger with Mead Corporation in 2002, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MeadWestvaco Corporation, primarily a provider of packaging solutions and products to major branded goods manufacturers. She also held the position of Vice President and Treasurer of Tenneco, Inc., an industrial conglomerate, from 1994 to 1999. Previously she served as Managing Director, Investment Banking, at JP Morgan and Company. Ms. Osar currently serves as a director of Webster Financial Corporation, a bank holding company, and SAPPI Ltd., a leading global producer of paper and chemical cellulose based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

John Steitz

Mr. John M. Steitz is an Independent Director of Innophos Holdings Inc., since February 2009. Mr. Steitz was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Addivant Corporation, a leading global supplier of antioxidants, intermediates, inhibitors, modifiers, UV stabilizers and other additives to the plastic and rubber industries, in March 2015. Before joining Addivant, Mr. Steitz served as President and Chief Operating Officer of PQ Corporation, a leading worldwide producer of specialty inorganic performance chemicals and catalysts, from October 2013. Prior to joining PQ Corporation, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Avantor Performance Materials from August 2012 and, prior to that time, as President and Chief Operating Officer of Albemarle Corporation, a leading global developer, manufacturer, and marketer of highly-engineered specialty chemicals. During his tenure at Albemarle, he led global expansion into China, Russia, South America and the Middle East. He also managed several strategic acquisitions and integrations, while restructuring Albemarle’s R&D function to improve the company’s vitality in new product offering and revenues. Before joining Albemarle, Mr. Steitz spent twenty years at Mallinckrodt, Inc., holding a variety of positions of increasing responsibility. He eventually served as vice president and general manager of Mallinckrodt’s pharmaceutical chemicals division, where he helped the company generate record earnings and growth.

James Zallie

Mr. James P. Zallie is Independent Director of the Company., effective September 26, 2014. Mr. Zallie serves as Executive Vice President Global Specialties and President North America and EMEA for Ingredion Incorporated, a global leader in ingredient solutions for food, beverage, brewing, pharmaceutical and other industrial markets, where he is also a member of the executive leadership team. Mr. Zallie joined Ingredion in 2010 with the acquisition of National Starch LLC, a company where he had worked for more than 27 years in various positions of increasing responsibility, first in technical, then in marketing and international business management, and finally as President and CEO. Mr. Zallie holds master’s degrees in food science and business administration from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science degree in food science from Pennsylvania State University.
