Mr. Michael W. Lamach is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Ingersoll-Rand Plc. Maria Green

Ms. Maria C. Green is Senior Vice President, General Counsel of Ingersoll-Rand Public Limited Company, effective November 2, 2015. Ms. Green joins Ingersoll Rand from Illinois Tool Works where she served as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary since 2011. During her tenure as general counsel, she provided leadership for environmental, health, safety and sustainability. With more than 30 years of experience, she began her career at Continental Illinois National Bank & Trust Co. and practiced law with Hazel Thomas Fiske Beckhorn & Hanes, P.C. and Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, LLP in Washington, D.C. Green also held leadership roles at the Chicago Transit Authority and AMTRAK. Francesco Incalza

Prior to American Standard/Trane Incalza was with Bulgari SPA in the Netherlands, KPMG Audit in Italy and a lieutenant in the Italian army. His career also includes audit and accounting positions. Dr. Jared L. Cohon is Independent Director of Ingersoll-Rand plc since 2008. He is - President Emeritus at Carnegie Mellon University, President of Carnegie Mellon University from 1997-2013 and also appointed University Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering / Engineering and Public Policy and Director of the Scott Institute for Energy Innovation. Dr. Cohon’s extensive career in academics, including 16 years as president of an institution known throughout the world for its leadership in the fields of computer science and engineering offers the Company tremendous insight into the latest developments in areas critical to commercial innovation and manufacturing process improvement. A member of the National Academy of Engineering, Dr. Cohon is a recognized authority on environmental and water resources systems analysis and management. As such, Dr. Cohon also brings unique perspectives on sustainable business practices, both within our own operations and on behalf of our customers and communities. In 2008 and 2009, at the request of Congress, Dr. Cohon chaired the National Research Council Committee that produced the report, “Hidden Costs of Energy: Unpriced Consequences of Energy Production and Use.” In 2014, Dr. Cohon was appointed co-chair of the Congressionally-mandated Commission to review and evaluate the National Energy Laboratories. Myles Lee
