| Lamach, Michael | Mr. Michael W. Lamach has been appointed as the President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Ingersoll-Rand Company Limited. Mr. Lamach was named president of Trane Commercial Systems in June of 2008. Previously, he was elected senior vice president of Ingersoll Rand and named president of Ingersoll Rand's Security and Safety Sector in February 2004. He joined Ingersoll Rand after 18 years with Johnson Controls in both the automotive and controls businesses, where he progressively advanced into leadership roles with greater global responsibility." Lamach received a bachelor's degree in engineering from Michigan State University and a master's degree in business administration from Duke University. He serves on the Board of Directors of Iron Mountain Inc. (NYSE: IRM). |
| Shawley, Steven | Mr. Steven R. Shawley is Chief Financial Officer of Ingersoll-Rand Company Limited following the acquisition of Trane in June 2008. Previously, Steve was named Senior Vice President and President of the Climate Control Technologies Sector in August 2005. Steve joined Ingersoll Rand in 1997 through the acquisition of Thermo King, a business of Westinghouse Electric Corporation, where he was vice president and controller. | Pannier, David | Mr. David (Dave) R. Pannier serves as President of Trane Residential of Ingersoll-Rand Company Limited. Pannier joined Trane 32 years ago, and has worked in the applied products and unitary products groups, as well as the after-market business. He has held several senior management positions within the Unitary Products Group including vice president, commercial marketing; vice president, marketing and product management; and vice president, residential marketing. Prior to his most recent appointment, he served for four years as vice president and business leader of the North American Unitary Products Group.
