Name Description

Angeliki Frangou

Ms. Angeliki N. Frangou is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of IRF European Finance Investments Ltd. She is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Navios Maritime Holdings Inc. Ms. Frangou was the chief executive officer of Maritime Enterprises Management S.A., a company located in Piraeus, Greece, that specializes in the management of dry cargo vessels of various types and sizes, from the time she founded the company in October 2001 until August 2005. From 1990 to October 2001, Ms. Frangou was the chief executive officer of Franser Shipping S.A., a company that was located in Piraeus, Greece, and was also engaged in the management of dry cargo vessels. Prior to her emplyment with Franser Shipping, Ms. Frangou was an analyst on the trading floor of Republic National Bank of New York, from 1987 to 1989. Ms. Frangou was also a member of the board of directors of Emboriki Bannk if Greece, the second retail bank in Greece, from April 2004 to July 2005. Since 2006, Ms. Frangou is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of IRF European Finance Investments Ltd. She is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Proton Bank, based in Athens, Greece. Ms. Frangou is a member of the Mediterranean Committee of the China classification Society and a member of the Hellenc and Black Sea Committee of Bureau Veritas. Ms. Frangou received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University (summa cum laude) and a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Columbia University.

Loukas Valetopoulos

Mr. Loukas Valetopoulos is Chief Executive Officer, Director of IRF European Finance Investments Ltd. Mr. Valetopoulos is also Chairman of family-owned VALEUR Real Estate Advisors, a Greek real estate consultancy specializing in commercial property while offering brokerage, valuation, consulting and investment advice services to companies and individual investors. Prior to joining IRF Loucas Valetopoulos was Vice Chairman and then Advisor to the Board of ELECTRA, a subsidiary of Piraeus Bank which quoted on the Athens Stock Exchange which developed into Piraeus Bank’s quoted vehicle for real estate activities, one of the only two Greek– equivalents of REITS. Prior to that he was General Manager of ELKE, the Greek Government Investment Promotion Agency which he helped to set up. Loucas Valetopoulos has held managerial posts in corporate and investment banking positions with CITIBANK, ABN-AMRO, BNPPARIBAS. He studied Economics at the London School of Economics in London, UK and holds an M.Phil (Dev. Studies) from the Institute of Development Studies in Sussex, UK.

Mr. Sheldon Goldman is Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of the Board of IRF European Finance Investments Ltd. Mr. Goldman is the Chief Executive Officer of S. Goldman Advisors LLC, a preeminent international financial advisory firm that specializes in crafting creative solutions to complex financial and strategic challenges. S. Goldman Advisors LLC provides intellectual capital, through a select team of skilled professionals, to the thought process of corporate and financial development. A seasoned international investment banker, Mr. Goldman has built experience through mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations and restructurings in the US and Europe. Mr. Goldman has focused on a number of asset intensive industries, including maritime, telecom and utilities. Mr. Goldman also worked on structured finance products in the United States and Europe, evolving the US SPAC to an institutional product and creating and implementing the EuroSpac on London's AIM. Mr. Goldman has operating and management experience in a number of industries. Mr. Goldman served as a Board member and executive officer of Viatel, Inc., an international telecommunications company, and CEO and Board member of KNT Network Technologies, LLC, a service provider to US telecommunications companies. Mr. Goldman also has investment experience, having developed investment opportunities in distressed situations through Goldman Strategic Value LLC and later Sunrise Goldman Special Opportunity Fund LP. A lawyer by training, Mr. Goldman clerked at the United States Tax Court and later specialized in corporate and securities law, focusing on complex structures in heavily regulated industries. Mr. Goldman graduated with a BA from Yeshiva University in 1981, a JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1984 and a Master’s in Tax Law from Georgetown University Law Center in 1985.

Alexander Meraclis

Mr. Alexander Meraclis is Company Secretary, Non-Executive Director of IRF European Finance Investments Ltd. Mr. Meraclis is the Director of institutional Equity trading and Sales at Megatrust-Olympic Securities, the equities arm of DEMKO Group of companies. His main role is to provide advisory services to a selected Greek and foreign institutional client basis on equities trading, and to promote Greek listed companies to foreign and local institutionals. Moreover he is part of the Investment committee of the Group, actively participating in the Asset management division.Mr Meraclis started his career at Sigma securities in the early 90’s, the securities and money market broker at that time in Greece. Over the years he acquired various positions within the company that granted him the opportunity to gain experience in different financial fields; starting from FX he moved then to money markets and capital markets, derivatives and finally European equity trading and. Having to deal with foreign clients, he speaks fluently English and French and has a working knowledge of the German language. Mr. Meraclis has a Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and he is also an MBA holder from the Dutch Nyenrode University.
