Name Description

Razali bin Ismail

Tan Sri Razali bin Ismail has been Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of IRIS Corporation Berhad since May 31, 2013. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Malaya in 1962. He has extensive experience gained in the Malaysian Diplomatic Services with which he served over 35 years until his retirement in 1998. He held various posts: Ambassador to Poland with concurrent accreditation to the German Democratic Republic, Czechoslovakia and Hungary; High Commissioner to India, Deputy Secretary-General (Political Affairs) and Permanent Representative to the United Nations (“UN ”). At the UN , he served in various capacities: Chairman of the Group of 77, President of the UN Security Council, Chairman of the Commission on Sustainable Development and President of the United Nations General Assembly (1996-1997). He was involved in articulating and developing positions in various bodies on issues such as development and sustainability, poverty and marginalisation, political reforms in the UN and issues of human rights and the environment. He continues to keep abreast on these subjects at home and abroad, through participation at seminars etc. and interacting with personalities and bodies, ties established earlier. He was the UN Secretary-General’s Special Envoy for Myanmar from April 2000 to December 2005. He is involved in IT and environmental industries specifically in renewable energy and solar, and is the Pro Chancellor of the University Science Malaysia, Penang, was Chairman of the National Peace Volunteer Corp (Yayasan Salam), and was Chairman of a grant organization on Natural Disaster, Force of Nature (FON ). He currently serves as director in Cypark Resources Berhad, Allianz Malaysia Berhad, Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad, Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad and several private limited companies.

Say Jim Tan

Datuk Tan Say Jim has been Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Executive Director of IRIS Corporation Berhad since August 27, 2013. He was appointed to the Board on June 30, 1996. He is the co-founder, Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of IRIS Corporation Berhad. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK . He began his career with UMW Holdings Berhad and he was the Group Finance Manager when he left the company in 1986. Prior to joining IRIS Corporation Berhad, he was with the Lion Group of Companies as the Group Treasurer, a post he held till 1997. In December 2010, Datuk Tan was recognised as Ernst & Young Technopreneur of the Year, the prestigious business award pays tribute to exemplary business building by an entrepreneur within the technology industry.

Dato' Hamdan bin Mohd Hassan is Deputy Managing Director and Executive Director of IRIS Corporation Berhad since August 27, 2013. He joined the board on October 17, 2011. He graduated with a Diploma in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi MARA and Advance Diploma in Computer Programming from City & Guilds, UK . Dato’ Hamdan began his career with Bank Simpanan Nasional Berhad as Programmer Analyst in 1985, and was part of the Senior Management team responsible for the Computer Network Management System Department prior to his early retirement from the bank in 2002. In 2002, he joined a property development company – CY Hitech Development Sdn Bhd as Executive Chairman. He left in 2004 and joined Ukay Spring Development Sdn Bhd as Executive Director and was responsible for the development of 56 acres of land in Bukit Antarabangsa. He then left in 2006 to join Metroworld Development Sdn Bhd as Group Executive Director and was involved in the development of a high end condominium project at Jalan Damai off Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. He held the position until 2009. He is currently the Director and Shareholder of IRIS Land Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of IRIS Corporation Berhad and is also a Director for several private limited companies involved in sand dredging and reclamation works.

Mohammad Suparadi bin Md Noor

Dato' Mohammad Suparadi bin Md Noor serves as Executive Director - Business Development of Iris Corporation Berhad. He served as Executive Director from December 10, 2004 until August 31, 2009. He graduated with a Bachelor of Economics (Hons.) from University of Malaya in 1983. He began his career with Bank Bumiputra (M) Berhad, starting from Assistant Accountant and moving his way up to Entrepreneur Development Officer and to Special Assistant to Executive Chairman in 1985. He joined BBMB Securities Sdn Bhd as a Dealer Representative in 1988 and later joined SJ Securities Sdn Bhd as a Remisier in 1990. He served as the Chairman of National Sports Complex, Bukit Jalil from 2000 till 2003. He was actively involved in voluntary bodies, being the advisor for Tanah Merah Entrepreneur Club as well as the Charity and Sports Club. He is currently a director of Versatile Creative Berhad and several private limited companies.

Mr. Lee Kwee Hiang serves as Executive Director - Manufacturing Technology of Iris Corporation Berhad. He served as Executive Director from May 31, 1994 until August 31, 2009. He is one of the co-founders of IRIS Corporation Berhad. He began his career in 1969 with Royal Malaysia Air Force in computer and electronics division. In 1974, he joined DE Electronic & Computer Sdn Bhd as the Managing Director, a post he held till 1984. He started up Microcomputer Systems (M) Sdn Bhd in 1985 where he is primarily responsible in helping Microcomputer to obtain the first computer manufacturing license with pioneer status with its first launched Malaysian designed PC in 1987. In 1989, its Microsystem 386sx computer was awarded “PIKOM PRODUCT OF THE YEAR.” He was a member of the R&D committee which designed and produced the ATO M 1 for the Malaysian Ministry of Education. The first batch of ATOM 1 was subsequently installed in 60 pilot schools throughout the country under the Computer in Education programme. In 1993, Microcomputer was merged with LIKOM Corporation, accompany under Lion Group and he is the Executive Director till 1994 after which he set up his own consultancy business named Power Metric Consultant Sdn Bhd, where he remains a director until present. In appreciation for his contributions to the IT industry, he was awarded the “PIKOMComputime IT Personality of the Year” in 1991 and in October 2006, he was honoured with the “PIKOM Key Industry Leader Award”.

Mr. Yap Hock Eng serves as Executive Director - Software Technology of Iris Corporation Berhad. He served as Executive Director from January 5, 1995 until August 31, 2009. He is a co-founder and was heavily involved in technical and technology matters for IRIS Corporation Berhad. He established Peripherals Connection (UK) Ltd and Supply Technology (UK) Ltd in 1984 and 1985 where these two companies are heavily involved in the import and trading of personal computers based system components. He started another company named MCS Microsystems, Ltd in UK in 1991. In 1992, he refocused the strategy of supply technology and targeting the global security markets by designing and developing a unique form of identification technology for sophisticated and enhanced security applications.

Noor Ehsanuddin Bin Hj. Mohd Harun Narrashid

Datuk Noor Ehsanuddin Bin Hj. Mohd Harun Narrashid has been Non-Independent Non-Executive Director at IRIS Corporation Berhad since June 4, 2015. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and Mechanics from Southern Illinois University. He began his career as an engineer, working for several private companies including Milford Haven Automation Sdn. Bhd. and Alfa Laval Sdn. Bhd. He then joined Behnmas (M) Sdn Bhd as Director in 1990 until 2005. He was then appointed as a Director at Daya Reka Nusantara Development Sdn. Bhd. in 2006. In 2008, he was appointed as the Director of Seranta (FELDA) in the Prime Minister's Department and he is now a Member of Parliament for the Kota Tinggi constituency. He is currently a Director of the Federal Land Development Authority ("FELDA"), Felda Holdings Bhd, Felda Global Ventures Holdings Berhad, MSM Malaysia Holdings Berhad and Encorp Berhad.

Nik Azman Bin Mohd Zain

Datuk Nik Azman Bin Mohd Zain has been Non-Independent Non-Executive Director at Iris Corporation Berhad since June 4, 2015. He holds Bachelor of Science (Hons) from Universiti Malaya and Master of Business Administration from Roth Graduate School of Business. He started his career with Unilever after his undergraduate study in The Technical Department of the Company. Post-MBA, he spent two years with Exxon Mobil as Financial Analyst in the Financial Reporting Department of the Company. From Exxon, he joined SGV (now Deloitte) in 1978 as an Assistant Consultant in the Firm's Management Consulting Division. He was made Partner of the firm in 1982. Azman became the Partner-In-Charge of Malaysia's Consulting operation in 1990. In 2007 when Deloitte Malaysia became a member of Deloitte SEA Cluster (comprising Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Brunei, Philippines and Guam), Azman was chosen to head Consulting for the Cluster.

Abu Talib bin Bachik

Dato' Dr. Abu Talib bin Bachik has been Senior Independent Non-Executive Director at Iris Corporation Berhad since November 7, 2016. He holds BSc and MSc in Agronomy from the Louisiana State University, USA; and Doctor in Agriculture Science from the University of Gent, Belgium. He has wide experience in R&D, Operational and Management aspects, including Marketing, Business Development, Communications and Public Relations, when he was at the Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) promoting the development of the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) from 1999 to 2008. Prior to joining MDeC, he was a research Scientist in Malaysia Rubber Board (MRB). He was a respected researcher and scientist in Agronomy and Soil Chemistry who has authored about 50 technical, scientific and research papers. In RRIM, he held various administrative and management positions. In 1997, he was appointed as the Deputy Director General (Development) of the Malaysian Rubber Board and held the position until he opted for early retirement in 1999 when he joined MDeC. He is currently Chairman of Java Berhad, a public listed company with "Timber" as the core activity; other activities involved are oil palm plantations and rubber forests. He is Director at Java Berhad.

Mohamad Zawawi Bin Ismail

Dato' Dr. Mohamad Zawawi Bin Ismail has been Non-Executive Independent Director at Iris Corporation Berhad since October 18, 2016. He holds Bachelor and Doctorate Degrees in Electronic Engineering from University of Leeds, England. He was Professor of Electronic Engineering and founding Vice-Chancellor of University Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), and prior to that, the Dean of Engineering, and Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Other previous appointments include Founding Director of Commerce Leadership Institute of CIMB Group, and one of the founders of Mimos Berhad, the Malaysian National R&D for ICT. He served the Ministry of Higher Education through being on the Board of Malaysia Qualfications Agency MQA, Chairman of the Higher Educaiton APEX Committee, Board Member of National Defence University, UPNM, Chairman of Universiti Sains Malaysia and Chairman of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He is currently on the Board of Higher Education Leadership Academy, AKEPT since 2010. Dato' Mohamad Zawawi had served several national bodies including National Information Technology Council, National Aerospace Council, National Scientific Research and Development Council, and National Higher Education Council. He was once advisor to both the National Science Centre and National Planetarium. Until lately he was on the Board of Razak School of Government. He had served the Boards of several corporate entities including CIMB Bank Berhad, iCIMB Sdn Bhd, and Mesiniaga Berhad, Bumi Armada Berhad and Commerce Asset Ventures Sdn Bhd. He was a recipient of the Senior Commonwealth Academic Fellowship and the Fulbright Fellowship. He is a Foundation Fellow of the Academy of Sciences Malaysia, a Member of the Institute of Engineers Malaysia, and a Honorary Fellow of The Institute of Physics Malaysia for which he once served as its President. He is currently Chairman of NanoMalaysia Berhad, a business entity under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation.

Feoi Chun Chan

Mr. Chan Feoi Chun has been Independent Non-Executive Director of IRIS Corporation Berhad since January 23, 2009. He graduated with a Master of Business Studies (Banking & Finance) from University College of Dublin, Ireland and attended the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK . He is a fellow member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. He is currently the Chairman of the CIMA South East Asia Regional Board. He is also a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He has gained extensive experience of 35 years from the international working experience in Britain and Thailand; in areas of financial management and business re-engineering. Prior to joining IRIS Corporation Berhad, he held senior management positions in financial services Group of MB F Holdings and various senior positions in PJD Berhad Group of Companies. Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Swiss-Garden International Vacation Club Berhad, an Independent Director and Audit Committee member of Versatile Creative Berhad and a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee member of Perisai Petroleum Teknologi Berhad. Mr. Chan currently serves as Chairman of Audit Committee.
