Name	Description
Socratis Kokkalis	Mr. Socratis P. Kokkalis has served as Executive Chairman of the Board of Intralot Integrated Lottery Systems and Services SA. He is also the Founder of the Company. He received an MSc degree in Physics and Electronics from Humbolt University of Berlin, Germany, in 1963. He is Founder and Chairman of INTRACOM S.A. In 1997, he was acclaimed a John Harvard Fellow after establishing the Kokkalis Program at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, United States. In 1998 Mr. Kokkalis founded the Kokkalis Foundation, a non-profit organization with a focus on educational and regional development issues. Mr. Kokkalis was for many years the major shareholder of Olympiacos FC.
Konstantinos Antonopoulos	Mr. Konstantinos Georgios Antonopoulos has been Executive Vice Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Intralot Integrated Lottery Systems and Services SA, since 1993. He is a founding member and shareholder of the Company. He is the Chairman of many companies of the Group and an executive member of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM Holdings. He launched his career by joining Greek industrial enterprises, such as the Hellenic and Eleusis Shipyards and held a succession of managerial positions at the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry. In 1989 he entered INTRACOM SA. He was awarded with the Manager of the Year 2004 distinction, as well as the Best Innovative Manager and the Best Global Oriented Manager awards of the year 2005 and Best Manager FTSE/ASE 20 for 2006. He is the President of the Greek-Latin American Business Council and the Hellenic-Chilean Chamber of Commerce and Culture. He was elected Vice-president of the Greek-Serbian Business Council, is a member of the BOD of the Greek-Turkish Business Council and founding member of the Hellenic-Romanian Chamber of Commerce, while being a member of the Executive Committee of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce. Moreover, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Greek Industries (SEV) and participates in Foreign Affairs Executive Committee of the Federation (SEV International). He is also a member of the Hellenic Entrepreneurs Association. He graduated in 1976 from the National Technical University of Athens with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He continued his studies at the University of Manchester (UMIST), England and received a Master of Science degree in Systems Reliability.
Ioannis Pantoleon	Mr. Ioannis O. Pantoleon is General Director of Finance and Business Development at Intralot Integrated Lottery Systems and Services SA since 2003. From 1997 until 2003, he was Contracts Director of the Company. He is a graduate of Economics specializing in Economic Analysis at the Economic University of Athens, and holds a Master's degree in Financial Management and Accounting from the University of Manchester (UMIST). He is responsible for the existing businesses of Intralot in China, Taiwan, Korea, Philippines, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand. Tom Little	Mr. Tom Little is President and Chief Executive Officer of Intralot USA at Intralot Integrated Lottery Systems and Services SA and has held those positions since Intralot USA's inception. Prior to that, he had 25 years of experience with one company, Scientific Games, where he worked as programmer analyst, an account liaison, Vice President of International Sales, and ultimately as Senior Vice President and part-owner. Antonios Markopoulos	Dr. Antonios Markopoulos is Deputy Managing Director - Oceania at Intralot Integrated Lottery Systems and Services SA. He holds a Ph.D. degree from the National Technical University of Athens, School of Electrical and Computer Engineering and graduated from the Department of Telecommunications and Informatics of the University of Athens. He has experience in research and development programs both within the academic community and through his career in the private sector, participating in the design of Integrated Information Systems, development of new Innovative services as well as Business Development and Strategy. Furthermore has worked with European Research Frameworks, managing projects in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). He published more than 25 research papers in internationally recognized conferences, books and journals in the areas of Wireless Networks and Next Generation Internet Services. Prior to INTRALOT he worked with Velti, Intrasoft International and National Securities (National Bank of Greece Group). From February 2010 until August 2012 he served as Special Secretary for Digital Planning in the Greek Ministry of Development having under his responsibility the European Structural Operation Program called Digital Convergence. As Special Secretary was responsible of the Country’s strategy reaching 3 pillars, e-Gov Services, Technological Infrastructure and Private Investments in ICT Sector.
Marios Mitromaras	Mr. Marios Mitromaras is Deputy Managing Director of INTRALOT Asia Pacific at Intralot Integrated Lottery Systems and Services SA. Prior to joining INTRALOT, Mr. Mitromaras held senior management positions in wire, consumer electronics, logistics & transportation, defense and aviation industries, having worked for O. Byron Boothe	Mr. Byron E. Boothe, Jr. has been Vice President Government Relations of Intralot USA at Intralot Integrated Lottery Systems and Services SA since 2007. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky in 1985. He began his lottery career with Interlot Technologies in 1999 as an account representative. At Interlott, Mr. Boothe assisted in state procurement needs, RFP responses, lottery and retailer assistance and machine design (holder of at least one design patent). In 2003, because of a merger he began working for Gtech as a regional Vice President of Government relation. Primary duties included assisting state governments as well as Gtech with gaming issues. In 2005, his duties were extended to Account Development Manager and in addition to government relation duties he also managed the Kentucky and Tennessee accounts for Gtech. In 2007, Mr. Boothe accepted a position of Vice President of United States Government Relations for Intralot. His duties include working closely with lotteries to ensure they benefit from Intralot’s full capabilities. He also works constantly to update lotteries and state governments on the benefits of gaming and the new opportunities that arise within the industry.
Konstantinos Farris	Mr. Konstantinos (Kostas) Farris has been General Technical Director of Systems at Intralot Integrated Lottery Systems and Services SA, since 2003. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering and Information Technologies from the Technical University of Patras. He also holds a Masters degree in Databases and Data Mining from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom. He started his professional career in 1989-1991, as Software Engineer in the Technical Division of Intrasoft SA. During the period 1992-1996, he was Head of the Wagering Systems Department. He has a BSc and a MSc in Electronic Engineering from Sheffield University and a Ph.D in Bioengineering from the University of Strathclyde. He started his professional career in 1981until 1987 as a Research Worker and External Consultant, first of the University of Sheffield and subsequently of the University of Strathclyde. Lampros Klironomos
John Pittman	Mr. John Pittman is Vice President of Marketing of Intralot USA, at Intralot Integrated Lottery Systems and Services SA. As a lottery professional with more than 27 years of industry experience, Mr. Pittman has led efforts to initiate and implement turn-key Lottery startup operations in the United States and abroad. In his role as an industry consultant and during his 12 years with Scientific Games, he has developed strategic, operational and marketing plans for Lottery clients globally, and has played a role in all lottery-related functions including operations, new ventures/strategic planning, sales and marketing, negotiations, communications and technology. Mr. Pittman's previous positions at Scientific Games include the positions of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Vice President of Operations and Administration, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Executive Vice President. He also served as President and CFO of Lottery Support Group. Mr. Pittman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with honors, from the University of Florida. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Christos Tzoumaras	Mr. Christos Tzoumaras is Vice President of Operations of Intralot USA, at Intralot Integrated Lottery Systems and Services SA. He has been with the Company for more than 11 years and six of them have been with Intralot Inc. in the United States. He is the Vice President of US Operations and responsible for the day-to-day operations of companies with the North America region such as Nebraska, Montana, Idaho, South Carolina and New Mexico. He is also responsible for the preparation and coordination of the projects cash flows as well as their budgets, and last but not least for the operation of the local facilities. Mr. Tzoumaras also acts as the liaison officer between the US company and the Greek headquarters, he has worked in Greece for five years with Intralot S.A. and then moved and lived to Nebraska, Montana, Idaho, South Carolina and New Mexico and was involved with their start-ups. Dimitrios Klonis	Dr. Dimitrios Christos Klonis is Non-Executive Director of Intralot Integrated Lottery Systems and Services SA. Dr. Klonis holds a MSc and a PhD degree in Economics from the University of London and a BSc degree in Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business. He has received a number of educational awards and scholarships from the Greek Government, the Bank of Greece, and the Alexander S. Onassis Foundation. Dr. Klonis served as a Senior Economist in the Research Department of the Bank of Greece until March 1994, a Professor at Deree College from 1987 until 1997 and a Member of the Council of Economic Advisors to the Mayor of Athens from 1990 to 1992.
