England, Simon Mr. Simon Christopher England serves as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Iron Mountain Mining Ltd. Mr. England is a lawyer with over 15 years experience in private practice. He has considerable experience in all areas of commercial law including the formation and listing of public companies on the ASX and ASX compliance requirements for listed companies. He has been involved in many agreements between various participants in the mining industry. He has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course for Company Directors. Mr. England's other directorships with public companies in the past three years is Actinogen Limited.
Killmier, Mark Mr. Mark Killmier has been appointed as Company Secretary of Iron Mountain Mining Limited with effect from July 20, 2009. Mr. Killmier has over 27 years experience in Business and Finance, working in the mining, manufacturing and engineering sectors, in Australia and the United Kingdom.
