Name Description

James France

 Mr. James C. France is Chairman of the Board, Assistant Treasurer of International Speedway Corporation. He is a director since 1970, has served as Chairman since July 2007, and as Assistant Treasurer since June 2009. Previously, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from July 2007 until June 2009 and he served as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from April 2003 until July 2007. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer from 1987 until 2003. Mr. France is Vice Chairman, Executive Vice President and Assistant Secretary of NASCAR.

John Saunders

 Mr. John R. Saunders is President of International Speedway Corporation, since June 2009. Previously he served as Executive Vice President from April 2004 until June 2009 and from April 2003 until June 2009 served as Chief Operating Officer. He had served as Senior Vice President-Operations from July 1999 until April 2003, at which time he was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He had served as a Vice President since 1997 and was President of Watkins Glen International, a subsidiary of the Company, from 1983 until 1997.

Daniel Houser

 Mr. Daniel W. Houser is Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Treasurer of International Speedway Corporation. He is a Certified Public Accountant, was named a Senior Vice President in June 2009. He became Chief Financial Officer in February 2009 and has been a Vice President since 2004. Prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Houser had been Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for five years.

Daryl Wolfe

 Mr. Daryl Q. Wolfe is Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer of International Speedway Corporation, since April 2012. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer from April 2007 to April 2012. He had previously served as Vice President, Sales and Media from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Wolfe had served as Managing Director, Marketing Partnerships from 2003 to 2005, and as Senior Director, Marketing Partnerships from 2001 to 2003.

W. Garrett Crotty

 Mr. W. Garrett Crotty is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of International Speedway Corporation. He became a Senior Vice President in April 2004. Brett Scharback

Laura Jackson

 Ms. Laura E. Jackson is Vice President - Human Resources of International Speedway Corporation, since April 2010. Prior to that, she had served as Managing Director, Human Resources from January 2009 through March 2010. In February 2013, Ms. Jackson was named Vice President, Corporate Services. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Jackson served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Textron, Inc. from September 2003 through January 2009.

Joie Chitwood

 Mr. Joie S. Chitwood is Vice President of International Speedway Corporation, since August 2009. In August 2010 was named President of Daytona International Speedway, one of the subsidiaries. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Indianapolis Motor Speedway from November 2004 through August 2009. He served as Senior Vice President, Business Affairs for Indianapolis Motor Speedway from October 2002 to November 2004. Mr. Chitwood served as Vice President and General Manager of Raceway Associates, LLC, which oversaw construction of Chicagoland Speedway from 1999 to 2002.

W. Grant Lynch

 Mr. W. Grant Lynch is Vice President of International Speedway Corporation, since April 2012. Prior to that he served as Vice President - ISC Strategic Projects from August 2009 until April 2012. Mr. Lynch served as Senior Vice President – Business Operations from April 2007 to August 2009 and as a Vice President of the Company and President of Talladega Superspeedway, one of the subsidiaries, since November 1993. He served as President of Kansas Speedway, another subsidiary of the Company, from its inception in 1997 until 2002.

Brian Wilson

 Mr. Brian K. Wilson is Vice President - Corporate Development of International Speedway Corporation, since February 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Wilson served as Managing Director of Acquisitions for American Realty Advisors from 2004 to January 2006. Mr. Wilson served as Senior Vice President, Global Real Estate from 2001 to 2003, and Vice President, Finance and Investment Management from 1999 to 2001, for Vivendi Universal.

Craig Neeb

 Mr. Craig R. Neeb is Vice President - Business Development, Chief Digital Officer of International Speedway Corporation. He served as Vice President — Multi Channel Marketing from June 2009 until February 2013. Mr. Neeb served as Chief Information Officer from November 2000 until February 2013. In February 2013, Mr. Neeb was named Vice President, Business Development and Chief Digital Officer. Mr. Neeb also served as Managing Director of Marketing Services from 2008 to June 2009.

 Mr. J. Hyatt Brown is Lead Independent Director of International Speedway Corporation, since 1987. He serves as the Chairman of Brown & Brown, Inc. and has been in the insurance business since 1959. Mr. Brown serves as a director of NextEra Energy, Inc. and Verisk Analytics, Inc.  Mr. Christy F. Harris is Director of International Speedway Corporation, since 1984. He has been engaged in the private practice of business and commercial law for 40 years and is Of Counsel with Kinsey, Vincent, Pyle, P.L. Mr. Harris serves as a Managing Director of AMA Pro Racing. Mr. Harris has served on the Board of ACCUS (Automobile Competition Committee for the United States) for over five years and as a judge of the FIM International Tribunal for Motorsports Controversies and Disputes.

Falk College of Sport and Human Dynamics for his alma mater Syracuse University. Mr. Woodard co-authored: Inside the Minds: Advertising as a Branding Tool. Mr. Woodard is the past recent Chair of the New York Council of The American Association of Advertising Agencies; a Director of Advertising Week in New York City; Chair of The Deacon Ministry of his church Shiloh Baptist in Eastchester, New York and has served on the Board of Governors of the Westchester Area YMCA's.

Larry Aiello

 Mr. Larry Aiello is an Independent Director of International Speedway Corporation, since 2003. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Corning Cable Systems, which is part of Corning, Inc. from 2002 until his retirement in 2008. Mr. Aiello joined Corning, Inc. in 1973.
