Luca Sabelli

Mr. Luca Sabelli serves as Chairman of the Board at Italcementi Fabbriche Riunite Cemento S.p.A. Bergamo since July 1, 2016. From 1986-87, he was associate at the Studio Wilkie Farr & Gallagher, New York. Since 1988, he is partner at Studio Legale Sabelli. He graduated in Business Economics and Law, both from Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza. He holds Masters degree in Comparative Law from University of Illinois.

He was appointed Chairman of KPMG SpA and Chairman of the KPMG Italian Network in 1997, a post he held for 13 years until January 2010, when he reached the statutory limit for the post. In May 2012 he was appointed Chairman of 035 Investimenti SpA.

He is Professor Emeritus in European Economic Policy and Director of the Institute for Latin American Studies and Countries in Transition (ISLA) at the Bocconi University, Milan. He conducts research work as a Member of numerous scientific committees, boards or entities active in science and culture. He holds a degree in Business and Economics from Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi of Milan. He graduated in Economic Planning from Institute of Social Studies, The Hague, in 1970, and also in Economic Planning from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam in 1972.

Laura Zanetti
