Brewster, Norman Mr. Norman E. Brewster is the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board and Director of Iberian Minerals Corporation. and has previously served as the Vice-President. Mr. Brewster joined the Corporation in 2002. Since November 1997 he has served as the President of ELEN Enterprises, a private company. Mr. Brewster is a professional geologist and also currently holds directorships for the following: Cadillac Ventures Inc. (since 2007), International Mining Corp. (since 2005), Galantas Gold Corporation (since 2002), and Spider Resources Inc. (since 1999). From 2004 to 2007 he served as a Director of Ecometals Limited (previously Goldmarca Limited). He also served as a Director of Verdex Resources from 1999 to 2006; of EAG Resources from 1996 to 2002; and as a Director and Chairman of Ambrex Explorations from 1997 to 2000. Mr. Brewster holds a B.Sc. and a B.Ed. from Acadia University. He is also a P. Geo with the Association of Geoscientists of Ontario.
Vanin, Daniel Mr. Daniel George Vanin is the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Iberian Minerals Corporation. Mr. Vanin is the former Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice-President of High River Gold Mines Ltd., which position he held since 2006. Prior thereto, Mr. Vanin served as a Consultant for Vandec SAC during which time he was involved in, among other things, the evaluation of various Peruvian gold and polymetallic operations. From 2001 to 2002, Mr. Vanin served as Chief Operating Officer of RBG Resources PLC during which time Mr. Vanin managed all operations of a smelter and tin mine in Bolivia. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Vanin served as Managing Director of Peruvian Operations for Glencore International AG. Mr. Vanin has over 33 years of experience in the mining industry, including in Canada, South America, Africa and Russia. Mr. Vanin has expertise in both underground and open pit mines and possesses experience in dealing with metals trading companies. Mr. Vanin holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) from McGill University received in 1975 and is a designated Professional Engineer.

Poynton, David Mr. David Poynton is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Iberian Minerals Corporation since November 2008. Mr. Poynton has over 20 years of legal experience in private practice, primarily focusing on the mining industry. With a solid background in corporate and commercial business law, ranging from day-to-day advice to structuring and implementation of complex domestic and global M&A and financing transactions, Mr. Poynton has a unique understanding of the industry, and the issues that face the industry.
Gunter, Lionel Mr. Lionel John Gunter is a Director of Iberian Minerals Corporation since October 2004. Mr. Gunter has over 45 years experience in the mining industry. In addition to his activities with the Corporation, Mr. Gunter is a director and officer of Galantas Gold Corporation. Fernandez Lopez, Jesus Mr. Jesus Fernandez Lopez is a Director of Iberian Minerals Corporation since February 2008. Mr. Fernandez has been a part of the Trafigura team since 2004 and is currently head of the M&A mining activities for Trafigura and CFO for Trafigura’s mining division. Mr. Fernandez has more than 5 years of experience in the corporate finance market and assists on the structuring of financing packages and solutions for Trafigura’s clients worldwide. During the three years prior to joining Trafigura, Mr. Fernandez was employed with International Power Plc in London working in the project finance department. Mr. Fernandez holds an MA in Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter and a Licenciatura (Economics) from the Universidad de Cantabria, Spain.
Blavier, Philippe Mr. Philippe Blavier is a Director of Iberian Minerals Corporation since September 2008. Mr. Blavier is an independent consultant and a Director of Foncière des VIe et VIIe Arrondissements de Paris. In addition, he currently sits on the Board of Directors of three European private companies. Mr. Blavier retired as Head of Corporate and Investment Banking from BNP Paribas in 2006, where he had held various executive positions, including Member of the Executive Committee for 7 years. He was active in the commodities sector during his 25 years tenure at Paribas and then at BNP Paribas, where he marshalled the investment bank since the merger between Banque Nationale de Paris and Banque Paribas in 1999. Mr. Blavier graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris in 1967 and holds a D.E.S (Diplôme d’Études Supérieures) in Law. He is a Chevalier de la Legion d’Honneur.
