Linda Lang	Ms. Linda A. Lang is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Jack In The Box Inc. Ms. Lang has been a director of the Company since November 2003. Ms. Lang has been Chairman of the Board since October 2005, and is currently the Chair of the Executive Committee. She has been Chief Executive Officer of the Company since October 2005. Ms. Lang was previously President of the Company, and also served as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and she has held other officer-level positions with marketing or operations responsibilities. Ms. Lang has more than 24 years of experience with the Company in marketing, finance and operations positions. Ms. Lang is a director on the board of WD-40 Company, a publicly traded company.
