Richard Monti

 Mr. Richard Monti serves as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Jaguar Minerals Limited. He has held this post since October 14, 2009. He has experience over a 24 year career working in the technical, marketing and financial fields of the international exploration and mining industry. He worked for a number of international and Australian companies including Anaconda Nickel, RTZ Exploration, the North Group and the Normandy Group. During a seven year term at Anaconda Nickel, he held General Manager positions in technical, commercial and marketing fields. He has also held positions on the boards of Australian Stock Exchange listed and private mining companies. Moreover, he held Directorship roles in Triton Gold Ltd, Potash Minerals Ltd (formerly Transit Holdings Ltd), Whitestar Resources Ltd, Poseidon Nickel Ltd, Azimuth Resources Ltd and Bathurst Resources Ltd. Mr. Monti has qualifications in Geology, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours from the University of Western Australia. In addition, he received a diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.

 Mr. Lynton McCreery serves as Company Secretary of Jaguar Minerals Limited. He has held this post since November 24, 2008. Mr. McCreery is Accountant, who has been Director, Company Secretary or acted in corporate advisory capacity to listed Australian companies over the past 29 years. Andrew Parker

 Mr. Andrew James Parker serves as Non-Executive Director of Jaguar Minerals Limited. He has held this post since October 14, 2009. He is co-Founder and until December 2008, he was Managing Director of Perth-based corporate advisory and venture capital firm, Trident Capital Pty Ltd. Prior to establishing Trident Capital Pty Ltd in 2002, Mr. Parker was Legal Counsel to B Digital Limited, an Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) listed company, with his role being to oversee the international expansion of the company into South Africa and the United States (US). He remained in the United States as Chief Operating Officer of B Digital USA, Inc. until late 2001. He has held Directorship roles in Humanis Group Ltd, International Resources Holdings Ltd and Indus Coal Ltd. Mr. Parker holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Western Australia and has experience in the exploration and mining industry.
