| Jin, Baofang | Mr. Baofang Jin has been Chief Executive Officer of JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. since August 3, 2009 and Chairman of the Board since June 30, 2009. He has served as Chairman of JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. since May 2005. Mr. Jin has been Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Jinglong Group since 2003. From April 1984 to January 1992, Mr. Jin was General Manager of Ningjin County Agricultural Equipment Company. He currently also serves as Vice Chairman of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of Ningjin County. Mr. Jin graduated from Hebei Radio and TV University, China, with an Associate’s degree in 1996. |
| Chung, Ming Wai | Ms. Ming Wai Anthea Chung has been Chief Financial Officer of JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. since January 5, 2009 . Ms. Chung has more than 16 years of financial management experience at public and private companies, including most recently the Chief Financial Officer position at Solar Enertech Corp., a public company that manufactures solar cells and solar modules in Shanghai and Menlo Park, Calif. | Jiang, Qingtang | Dr. Qingtang Jiang has been Vice President of Operations of JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd since September 2007, and has been Acting Chief Technology Officer of the Company since December 21, 2007. He has over 15 years of experience in operation management, new product and technology development, and academic research at national laboratories in the United States. Prior to joining the Company, Dr. Jiang was Vice President of Technology and Development at Huahong NEC Semiconductor Corporation, a post he held from August 2005. | Li, Boping | Mr. Boping Li has been Vice President at JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. since August 2009. | Huang, Jiqing | Mr. Jiqing Huang has been Independent Director of JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. since August 3, 2009. Mr. Huang has experience in the research and manufacturing of monocrystalline silicon and related products. | Zhao, Yuwen | Mr. Yuwen Zhao has been Independent Director of JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. since October 19, 2009. Mr. Zhao has experience in the study of high efficiency solar cell and solar energy materials. Currently, he serves as Vice Chairman of the Chinese Renewable Energy Industries Association and is Director of international solar energy industry associations such as PVSEC and WCPEC. Since 1978, Mr. Zhao has been Vice Chairman, Chief Engineer, Director of Academy Committee and Chief Scientist of Beijing Solar Energy Institute. He is also Member of the Editorial Board of Solar Energy Journal.
