Paul Zdebiak

 Mr. Paul Zdebiak has been appointed asPresident, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Jaxon Minerals Inc. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial and resource industries. Mr. Zdebiak was a Registered Futures Representative and Registered Investment Advisor for 18 years; he subsequently became an officer and Director of Eaglecrest Explorations Ltd, where he restructured that Company in 2002 and continued to guide it through to the advanced exploration stage until his departure in 2011. Mr. Zdebiak is also a Director of Explorex Resources Inc., a resource company, listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

 Mr. Oleg Scherbina is the Chief Financial Officer of Jaxon Minerals Inc.

James Lavigne

 Mr. James S. Lavigne is an Independent Director of Jaxon Minerals Inc. He has over 20 years experience in mineral exploration and development. Recently, Mr. Lavigne was VP, Exploration for Garson Gold Corp., where that company’s focus is the New Britannia Gold Mine, Snow Lake, Manitoba. He is the former Vice-President (Exploration) for Goldbrook Ventures Inc. Where he was responsible for exploration program design, implementation and management, evaluation or property/project submissions, project generation, written and oral presentation of programs and results to senior management and investors and the preparation of public disclosure documents. Previously, Mr. Lavigne was a senior geologist with FNX Mining Company. He has experience in all phases of mineral exploration and development predominantly in base and precious metal mineral deposits with some exposure to industrial minerals. Mr. Lavigne received his Master of Science (Geology) from the University of Ottawa in 1993 and a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1987.

Leif Smither

 Mr. Leif Smither serves as Independent Director of Jaxon Minerals Inc. He has been working with Westminster Resources Ltd. providing investor relations services since July 2008, and prior to that provided investor relations services to Zoloto Resources Ltd. from May 2007 to July 2008. Prior to that, he provided investor relations services to Starfield Resources Inc. from July 2003 to April 2007. From March 1998 until July 2003 he worked as an investment advisor for Union Securities Ltd. Mr. Smither completed the Canadian Securities Course in 1995, the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course in 1996 and the Professional Financial Planning Course in 1999, all through the Canadian Securities Institute.

Laurence Stephenson

 Mr. Laurence Stephenson is the Independent Director of Jaxon Minerals Inc. He has over 35 years experience in the field of mineral exploration, particularly guiding new companies in the acquisition and utilization of capital. He was instrumental in starting Glencairn Exploration Ltd. and its subsidiary company, Wheaton River Minerals Ltd. (formerly listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange before its plan of arrangement with Goldcorp Inc.). He was recently involved with Zoloto Resources Ltd. as a founding partner, President and Director, and has been a director of several other public companies. Mr. Stephenson received his Bachelor of Science from Carlton University in 1975 and his Masters of Business Administration from York University in 1985. He is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario and the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

Navin Varshney

 Mr. Navin Varshney is an Independent Director of Jaxon Minerals Inc. He is the President of N.K.V. Engineering & Consulting Ltd., a private company involved in providing structural and geotechnical engineering services on residential projects for the last 22 years. Mr. Varshney obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering in 1982 from the Aligarh Muslim University in India. Mr. Varshney has a P. Eng designation from the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of British Columbia. Mr. Varshney is also a director of Earny Resources Ltd., a CPC listed on the Exchange.
