Name Description

Timothy Main

Mr. Timothy L. Main is Chairman of the Board of Jabil Circuit Inc. Mr. Main has served as Chief Executive Officer of Jabil since 2000, and as President and director since 1999. He joined Jabil in 1987 as a Production Control Manager, was shortly thereafter promoted to Operations Manager in 1987, to Project Manager in 1989, to Vice President Business Development in 1991, and to Senior Vice President, Business Development in 1996. Mr. Main has resigned from the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer, effective March 1, 2013. In addition, it is expected that the Board will appoint Mr. Main, if elected as a director at this Annual Meeting, to succeed Mr. Morean as Chairman of the Board immediately following Mr. Morean’s departure from the Board as of the date of the Annual Meeting. Prior to joining Jabil, Mr. Main was a commercial lending officer, international division for the National Bank of Detroit. Mr. Main earned a B.S. from Michigan State University and Master of International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).

William Peters

Mr. William E. Peters has been appointed as the President of Jabil Circuit, Inc., effective March 1, 2013. Peters was Executive Vice President, Human Development, Human Resources since April 2010, joined Jabil in 1990 as a buyer and shortly thereafter was named Purchasing Manager. In 1993 Mr. Peters was named Operations Manager for Jabil’s Michigan facility and was promoted to Vice President, Operations in January 1999. Mr. Peters was named Senior Vice President, Operations in October 2000. He was promoted to Senior Vice President, Regional President — Americas in September 2004. In September 2007, Mr. Peters was named Senior Vice President, Human Development. Prior to joining Jabil, Mr. Peters was a financial analyst for Electronic Data Systems. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Michigan State University.

Mark Mondello

Mr. Mark T. Mondello is Chief Executive Officer, Director of Jabil Circuit Inc., effective March 1, 2013. Mr. Mondello was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in November 2002. Mr. Mondello joined Jabil in 1992 as a manufacturing supervisor and was promoted to Project Manager in 1993. Mr. Mondello was named Vice President, Business Development in 1997 and served as Senior Vice President, Business Development from January 1999 through November 2002. Prior to joining Jabil, Mr. Mondello served as project manager on commercial and defense-related aerospace programs for Moog, Inc. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida.

Thomas Sansone

Mr. Thomas A. Sansone is an Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of Jabil Circuit, Inc. Mr. Sansone served as President of Jabil from 1988 to 1999 when he became Vice Chairman of the Board. Mr. Sansone joined Jabil in 1983 as Vice President and has served as a director since that time. Prior to joining Jabil, Mr. Sansone was a practicing attorney with a specialized practice in taxation. He holds a B.A. from Hillsdale College, a J.D. from Detroit College of Law and an LL.M. in taxation from New York University.

Forbes Alexander

Mr. Forbes I. J. Alexander is Chief Financial Officer of Jabil Circuit Inc. Mr. Alexander joined Jabil in 1993 as Controller of Jabil’s Scottish operation and was promoted to Assistant Treasurer in April 1996. Mr. Alexander was Treasurer from November 1996 to August 2004. Prior to joining Jabil, Mr. Alexander was Financial Controller of Tandy Electronics European Manufacturing Operations in Scotland and has held various financial positions with Hewlett Packard and Apollo Computer. Mr. Alexander is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants. He holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Abertay Dundee, Scotland.

William Muir

Mr. William D. Muir Jr., has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Jabil Circuit Inc., effective March 1, 2013. Mr. Muir was Executive Vice President, Chief Executive Officer, Manufacturing Services Group since April 2010, joined Jabil in 1992 as a Quality Engineer. Mr. Muir has served in management positions including Senior Director of Operations for Florida, Michigan, Guadalajara, and Chihuahua. Mr. Muir was promoted to Vice President, Operations-Americas in February 2001, was named Vice President, Global Business Units in November 2002 and Senior Vice President, Regional President — Asia in September 2004. Mr. Muir recently served as Executive Vice President, Chief Executive Officer, EMS Division from September 2007 to April 2010. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Florida.

Hai Hwai Chiang

Mr. Hai Hwai Chiang is an Executive Vice President, Chief Executive Officer - Materials Technology Services of Jabil Circuit, Inc., since November 2011. Mr. Chiang joined Taiwan Green Point (subsequently acquired by Jabil in 2007) in 1998 and served in Research and Development, Sales, Engineering, Production and business ownership roles until 2003. Mr. Chiang served as General Manager of Taiwan Green Point from 2003 to 2007 and as Senior Vice President of Mobility and Materials Technology Services until 2011. Prior to joining Taiwan Green Point, Mr. Chiang was employed by Gintic Institute of Manufacturing Technology, Singapore, where he studied thin-wall molding and other manufacturing processes essential to the mobile phone industry. He holds a Masters and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.

Hartmut Liebel

Mr. Hartmut Liebel is an Executive Vice President, Chief Executive Officer - Aftermarket Services of Jabil Circuit Inc., since April 2010. Mr. Liebel joined Jabil in 2002 as Vice President, Global Services. He was appointed as President of the Aftermarket Services Division in 2004. Prior to joining Jabil, he served as Director of Business Development in the power conversion and communication subsystems group at Emerson Electric (formerly Artesyn Technologies). He has also held positions as Assistant Treasurer of W.R. Grace, and as Vice President-Capital Markets at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. He received an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and holds the Charter Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Michael Dastoor

Mr. Michael Dastoor is Senior Vice President, Controller of Jabil Circuit Inc. Mr. Dastoor joined Jabil in 2000 as Regional Controller — Asia Pacific and was named Controller in June 2004. Prior to joining Jabil, Mr. Dastoor was a Regional Financial Controller for Inchcape PLC. Mr. Dastoor joined Inchcape in 1993. He holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Bombay. Mr. Dastoor is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Robert Paver

Mr. Robert L. Paver is General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of Jabil Circuit Inc., since 1997. Prior to joining Jabil, Mr. Paver was a trial lawyer and partner with the law firm of Holland & Knight. Mr. Paver has served as an adjunct professor of law at Stetson University College of Law and guest lecturer at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He holds a B.A. from the University of Florida and a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law.

Sergio Cadavid

Mr. Sergio Cadavid is Treasurer of Jabil Circuit, Inc., since June 2006. Prior to joining Jabil, Mr. Cadavid was Corporate Assistant Treasurer for Owens-Illinois, Inc. in Toledo, Ohio. Mr. Cadavid joined Owens – Illinois, Inc. in 1988 and held various financial and administrative positions in the U.S., Italy and Colombia. Martha Brooks

Ms. Martha Finn Brooks is an Independent Director of Jabil Circuit, Inc., since March 24, 2011. Ms. Brooks is a Director of Bombardier Inc. and Harley-Davidson, Inc. She was a Director of International Paper from 2003 to 2009. From 2007 to 2009, Ms. Brooks served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Novelis Inc. Mr. Mel S. Lavitt is an Independent Director of Jabil Circuit Inc., since September 1991. Mr. Lavitt is a Senior Advisor to Needham & Company, LLC, an investment bank. He is the Managing Member of The Lavitt Group L.L.C., a financial consulting firm and serves as Chairman on the Board of Directors of the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Development. From July 2007 to June 2008, Mr. Lavitt held several positions with GC Capital Management LLC, a registered advisory firm, including Co-Managing Partner and Senior Advisor. Mr. Lavitt served as a Managing Director at the investment banking firm of C.E. Unterberg, Towbin (or its predecessor) from 1992 (and also as Vice Chairman beginning in December 1999) until July 2007. From 1987 until 1992, Mr. Lavitt was President of Lavitt Management, a business consulting firm. Lawrence Murphy

Mr. Lawrence J. Murphy is an Independent Director of since Jabil Circuit., Inc. Mr. Murphy is an independent business consultant focusing on mergers and acquisition related matters and has served as a director of Jabil since 1989 and as an independent consultant to Jabil from 1997 until 2004. Frank Newman

Mr. Frank A. Newman is an Independent Director of Jabil Circuit Inc., since January 1998. Since May 2012, he has been Chief Executive Officer (initially as the non-executive interim Chief Executive Officer before transitioning to the full-time position of Chief Executive Officer) of the Stow Company in Holland, Michigan. Mr. Newman served as Chairman of Medical Nutrition USA, Inc., a nutrition-medicine company, from 2003 to February 2011 and its Chief Executive Officer from 2002 to February 2011. Steven Raymund

Mr. Steven A. Raymund is an Independent Director of Jabil Circuit, Inc., since January 1996. Mr. Raymund serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tech Data Corporation and is also a director of WESCO International, Inc. Mr. Raymund began his career at Tech Data Corporation, a distributor of personal computer products, in 1981 as Operations Manager.
